How we practice Love and Devotion (L&D)? We have some moments of Love for people for others and God but we reason about it then it disappears. Thinking destroys an experience. So how we can bring L&D in meditation…well we have to use whatever means we have. L&D two terms being used we do not love anybody- we can be responded to Love…we stretch love its ego-trip. Love is first born in heart of the beloved and that’s why you feel you are loving that person. Love comes from the Lord…when we are touched by that Love we can be devoted our response to Love is called devotion (Bhakti).

He mentions about Krishna talking to Arjun about 3 types of yoga and Bhakti yoga being one of them.

How to make meditation successful To make spiritual progress you listen to the sounds of bell. Keep repeating words and listen to sound a switch is needed when sound can be heard inside (by your own consciousness) switch to listening to that sound…it will help you pull back to your real-self. This sound changes more progress you make more changes in sound…it not only become melodious and then become resonance . This is a journey in company of a master. Beautiful experience to find the truth within ourselves. All experiences are created thing. Dream at night- in dream we are real…body is sleeping… people in dream becomes real..law of nature not applicable when we awake possible there and real. We create a reality an experience that is real. Its a use of illusion to create reality.
Power of consciousness creates both illusion or reality. Meditation should not be done mechanical. Spiritual path does not exist if Love and Devotion is not in meditation. Don’t wait 40 years to get the answer…switch to meditate with love and devotion put strain on your imagination and sensory system.
