We are not the mind but spirit of consciousness that is making the mind and senses work. Both mind and senses are merely tools not ourselves…they disappear in time. Mind allows us to communicate, think but that’s it….its just a machine….a cover…we call it a casual body. Sensory body outlives physical body. God has never been separated from us. He is Total & Perfect. Nothing is ever separated from God, therefore God must be within ourselves. But we have created distance inside us by believe outer body is ourselves. Withdraw attention from outside to inside…then gradually we will find covers we thought was us are merely just cover.

He explains on consciousness, where we are conscious from…it is coming from the inside. More precisely it is coming somewhere from the head…think a little more…you will find out attention is flowing and consciousness is active we are seeing through the eye and we are located the level of consciousness to one single point right behind the eyes. Withdrawal of attention to itself is the key…its an 🎨 art of self-discovery. There is music in us that is not created by us…it has no beginning or end. The ♪ music within consciousness is immortal.

Detachment cannot be practiced. The more you try to detach the more it attaches you as the power of desire and bonding with things we are attached to. What causes detachment to happen is higher attachment. When you find lights inside are far more attractive than lights outside..you automatically get attached to the inner lights. Holiday should be relaxing but there is strain, loneliness, stress related to buy gift when they cannot afford. Best way to relax is through meditation.

What is which turns struggling meditation into an effortless meditation…it must be Grace of some kind ❤️ There is a catch 22…it is in order to grasp fact called Grace…it needs other element…called Faith. It is a strong element in accepting Grace is working. Cup to capture Grace depends upon how you place the cup. Grace of the Lord is flowing we just don’t recognise it. Blind & Living Faith difference is explained. Blind faith is accepting something by simply believing it without experience. Living faith grows with you on a daily basis with support of coincidence in form of little-miracles. Intution and reason both operating in us. In order to help us, to use intuition effectively coincidence outside will happen to confirm the gut-feeling…both contribute in building faith. How would you find a PLM…by coincidence. Friendship is key to the relationship between PLM and Spiritual Seeker. No matter how ordinary a PLM looks…his or her consciousness is not ordinary. He or her talks from his personal experience. When we are ready…PLM appears ❤️ When PLM initiates you he/her takes FULL personal responsibility for you to ensure you reach the same awareness that he has. He makes you identical to himself.
