Video Description: He spoke about structure of human body and what lies within it. He talks about “what is Life and different 5 levels of Consciousness. Ishwar Ji describes physical death, that mind creates time and space, karma, thoughts, astral sense perception, past, present and future, illusion. Reality of the Self is inside, Ishwar Puri explains withdrawal of attention”. We have completely new body (by decay and replacement of the old cells) after every 11 years but face and mind remains the same.

Non-physically, sense perception which come through body can come otherwise also. Example- we can see flowers with eye closed, taste snack without anything in our hands. Imagination can create all those sense perception therefore it does not belong to any organ of the body. The inner eyes which can see are different from physical eyes. Inner eyes has great vision it has capacity far more than the visible eyes. He talks about time when someone is near death…there is a particular route of death. Meditation leads to same experience hence referred to as dying-while-living. Out of body experience is also shared in this video.

He provides an in-depth elaboration of Physical, Astral,sub-Astral, Causal, Soul and Sachkand. 

For many it feels like Suchkhand, where as its only one step above where we are now. He shares a cute story of two boys going to Juhu beach in Bombay, where they saw a Guru making beautiful sand-castles. Experiences in the Astral region in our consciousnesses is much vaster world than physical world. He tried “impossible task” to describe in form of stories in region above Astral regions (or within) we call it Casual region. It is cause of every experience that has been created. He share story of Socrates. Aristotle stated of playing three types of plays (comedy, tragedy and real life like story). Willing suspension of disbelief was also explained by him as Socrates stated. How can one experience God…by “becoming” God. The 3rd plane Casual plane is the home of the mind 🙂

Astral plane has always twilight sky its never completely dark. In casual plane its always sunlight…a golden sun not too bright…the sky there looks like a broad sunset….above that there is no time-space…in light of a Single soul= 16 suns together! There are two types of PLMS- Sathgurus, Sadhgurus. He spoke about “drop of the ocean” analogy. We can experience all levels by Dying-while-living.

Consciousness is THE creative power that creates and experiences it as the same time. It does not merely becomes  consciousness  of something it creates something to be  conscious of and immediately becomes consciousness of what it has created.  

He talked about Surt Shabd Yoga, where idea is to put your attention to the inner sound by gathering attention inside by stopping mind running out. Use mantra in Sanskrit, German etc. so when you repeat those words you don’t think of anything outside…the repetitions of a mantra help stop thinking of outside things is a good step to concentrate our attention behind the eyes where sound can be heard…once sound be heard forget about the mantra. The sound is coming from the inside…it is so beautiful melodious (like music is being played…music behind the music…).

He talked about GM’s American disciple Julian Johnson and his cave came to known a Johnson cave (where Baba Ji also meditated). Meditation is make the mind repeat the simran words so it cannot think of anything else. He talks about seeing the radiant form of your friend & teacher. He talked about the bibis- Rukko (Swami Ji’s time), Rukki (short), Ralli (tall) and Lajwanti or Laajo (tall). Rukki was somewhat bullied by the other two and was pushed out in GMs’s kitchen. Bibi Laajo was in control. The one in the house was in the house had many Astral experiences. The short one made the most progress according to Baba Ji. She had the most amazing experiences (Rukki) and once had a bad experience where out of curiosity she went to ‘hell’ in the sub-astral region. GM advised don’t stray into sub-astral plane even if you are initiated no one will hurt you but you can get scared. He also talked about Dr. Shakuntala, who loved GM because of his white beard but she never was into spirituality but an incident with one of the bibi occurred which changed it all…

Then around the end he talked about an “intoxicated” guy Mastana and about axis-of-spirituality localizing itself in the world’s greatest nation The United State of America 🇺🇸 🙂 He talked about working as a servant for his Beloved GM ❤
