Video Description: He start session with need for patience to be on the spiritual path. It is necessary a living Guru/ Master one who can lead us the way. He knows ups and down on the way therefore trying to reach there on our own is dangerous. There are many paths on discovering ourselves. The soul does not move or goes anywhere…the EXPERIENCE around the soul moves around. Is the astral body (disembodied spirit) moves from one body to another. With our astral bodies we are free to fly.

The soul has no form its just a unit of consciousness. 

By force of our own meditation we can reach the astral plane. By going there with hard-work…we can’t go too far. He gave analogy of front wheel and rear wheel drive. There is a sound in US that can pull us. This sound is not created from outside but exists in us at all times. Many mystics have said best way to highest regiion is through the pull of the sound…its referred to as audible-sound-current. To learn how to use it requires help of a guide. This sound if we sit quietly we can hear it. It exists in different forms (little roar of thunder, train reaches station and echo when it reaches the platform, or crickets making noise or little or big bell ringing). None of the sound except the big bell sound has power to pull us. Mystics recommend listen to the sound gradually. In all religious rituals we make music/ sound of bell. The bell sound which has a long peal that is the real pull and take you to astral plane. Easiest and best method of doing meditation is sound to be pulled by the sound. Surat Shabad Yoga is the HIGHEST yoga.

He shared story of Chinese philosopher Fa-Hein who ‘saw’ a butterfly in dream. The best method of meditation by putting attention on the sound-current. Of course we need to do things before we reach that stage. Thoughts of this world come in between, that’s why the mantra (simran) is given…its given while we are chanting those words mind is NOT allowed to think of other things. He quoted Bible about ‘The Word’ or in the Rigveda ‘Nad’. The architecture of temples is designed like human head. So outside places of worship of religions were created in image of real place of worship which is inside our head.

"Body is a temple of living God" 

The artificial sounds are creating for meditation are not true meditation as they come from outside hence cannot pull us inside. PLM teach us how to catch the sound inside and how to prepare our-self to reach that sound. The master lies inside whom we can talk to him inside and get all the guidance from inside. With spiritual progress the sound-current is actually current of the master. All physical master are representation of the sound-current which is the core of consciousness itself. He talks about Master’s spiritual clone is inside us after initiated and also Master’s radiant form. After death one appears to those people and after dying while living meet those people in the Astral world. If we go to casual plane, where mind functions without senses. There is a world and sky there. Sky has different color than earth…kinda like an orange sunset. Above that there is a white light but cannot explain as there is no time and space there. Its impossible for mind to understand any concept that is not in time and space for any visualization and concepts.

At initiation one is instructed on how to use mantra to focus the mind on the words we utter than getting scattered. The words have magical powers do not allow negative entities near us! So they are words of safety also. They are charged with Master’s power. He talked about his comments are on his experience not from books. Reading books will not give what practical meditation does. The Bible and Hindu scriptures talk about going within not seeking spiritual knowledge outside. He mentioned about having a living Guru whom we can hold hands. We cannot rely on something that given by something to us by PLM who is not alive as there are so many interpretation with our minds. Therefore, only person who has traveled the path and is present while he speaks to us can help and guide us. He shared story of Sheikh Farheid of his PLM Sheikh Qutbuddin. Once that master has initiated us we are guided continuously on the path. Everyone who seeks the truth does go home one day. When masters come in physical body they carry a list of souls (marked souls). They become physical beings for our sake so they can be guided back home.

Many are called but few are chosen.

It means many people will be called to a master but chosen ‘marked sheep’ are taken home in this life-time.

There was a LIVE meditation within this discourse. The purpose of yoga is not to attain spirituality but to keep the body fit. Many yogis and practitioners dig caves (44min), close their eyes and ears so they are not disturbed and within the cave they can have body exercise. We have to exercise with our consciousness to go anywhere higher with these exercise. He talked about a cute meditation technique he referred to as orange juice experiment where we assume our body is made of glass filled with orange juice. He emphasized value of imagination during meditation.

In another exercise he talked about imagining body as a house with six floors and elevator at the back. He talked about decorating the sixth floor house with nice carpet…make it a wooden floor (very strong!). Strong floor will ensure we don’t go down or fall asleep. Put a rug or mat, chair on the floor to sit on it. Have a side table with a bunch of flowers and also a drink (doesn’t have to be water any favorite) and a plate with your favorite snack (yummy).

In meditation, its not uncommon to have only small part of the body goes to imaginary body than physical body. Our goal is to work towards having our entire attention focuses on our imaginary body than physical. What does inside body looks like? The element of discovering there is a third eye center when we are at the sixth floor of the body. All the possibilities of perception lies inside us. He expressed gratitude to the family that hosted him and cooked all the food for this event. (1hr 17min).

He talked about seva being service which is carried out without expectation of any reward. Seva is easier done by mind than meditation. Seva of the master or disciple is equally good. If he expect something back you don’t get it but if you don’t you do 🙂 When we do service we should think of reward. Service without reward thinking help the mind to remove itself from the thought its going to get something in return. The food cooked with love and devotion always taste better and has a spiritual value in it. He advised not when you are angry. If one has nice chanting to do…that’s the time to sing it in the head while cooking ❤

Love and Devotion is the basis of the spiritual path.

There was a question and answer session within this video. He talked about us coming to earth to have a great adventure. The souls that never left their ‘home’ (bans) never able to appreciate the amazement of what they have like ones that did come to earth (‘hans’). Souls that have never left their home their only experience is the internal separation from totality. But its a great experience of bliss and love they dance with it (its not same kind of ball rooms here hehehe). But the souls that returns after coming here can never be matched. Even appreciation of our home (Home Sweet Home) here is better when we return from a trip. The consciousness wants to expand its experience of consciousness (i.e. an adventure for fun) but when we expand experiences and we return back we appreciate what we have even more. Place and time here is a great investment to watch this illusion makes us live in this reality serves its purpose of appreciating true reality.

We enhance the appreciation of being in the Totality just being conscious beings. The experience is created but experiencer is that creates it.

When we go back to the knowledge of who we are …we will find we are pure consciousness totality of consciousness and everything else is created including suckhand! The self can never be unconsciousness..its always there…permanent…immortal. Its the soul of a human being. We are within God. When we say is it I speaking or God speaking…I cannot speak unless God speaks. There is Man’s will and there is God’s will. What does it mean? Where is God expressing his will. Rumi answered this question (1hr 35min)- if God places spade in our hand…then dig! The mind thinks and creates a departure on that God’s will…it creates a mind’s will. Manmukhs (mind followers) and Gurmukhs (followers of the guru). Mind has ability to create feeling of free will therefore diverts us from coincidences in life. In actual practice in physical worlds…even those two wills are will of God. Our mind is a thinking machine is thinking nasty, negative things and then inner feeling so …we create a diverge…mind will becomes separate. Sometimes God’s will (known as conscience) says don’t do this but mind says ‘it’s okay once in a while…’ mind argues go with attachment, desire and temptation which conflicts with our conscience…are we not departing from God’s will? Not only in God’s will is expressed but also outside by series of coincidences. He talked about free will (1hr 41min).

God is Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient

If God knows everything therefore we cannot have any free will at all. He talked about funny and amazing story of a friend of his about his experience with him over free will. His friend came to conclusion one day that we have no free will and karma is just an illusion. He played devil’s advocate on speaking both in favor of explaining free will and God’s will (i.e. no free will). He used examples of genetics for one going for tea or coffee at any given time 🙂 It’s ignorance of not knowing makes us FEEL/ EXPERIENCE free will. Therefore it looks like free-will. What about Karma? Karma is as UNREAL as freewill…its an illusion created along free-will. There is only one will of God prevailing which we can find by meditation…knowledge we get via meditation is immense to know exactly why things happen. He talked about cute story of Batras wear turban and have beard who are good at reading mind (1hr 50min) who Baba Ji bumped into in Lucknow.

The experience of free will is real but free will is not real.

Everything is pre-written. They say a divine person can change our destiny, which is true. Even change of destiny is pre-written. God’s will is the only will that exists…in appearance it becomes our will that is why its said man is created in the image of creator. He talked about intoxication without alcohol is nothing but inner experience. We have people who had great experiences people were called Mastanas.
