Video Description: People have been same in centuries…what is same about people is that they are all trapped with their minds…soul is their reality which is a completely different thing. Consciousness is the power that makes us alive/ aware and makes us have a life and experience anything. Soul is pure consciousness but when we add things to it then it messes up some of our functions. Human mind is the most addition to our soul.

The power given to the mind is given by the soul…mind is just a thinking machine…nothing else can match it. Mind thinks continuously never stops…its like the heart-beat. Mind is very useful to us…but instead of using the mind something went wrong…what went wrong…we began to believe we are the mind by identifying with it and that thinking machine is our soul. By making that blunder anything to mind we think its happening to us. Mind creates difficult for us is because thinking process itself is a creator of doubt (thinking creates doubt) therefore the doubt mind creates is a big spanner in our life as it leaves immediate to fear! Without doubt there is not fear. Mind does wonderful things it assembles impression we get from our senses (sense perception). It creates new meanings for everything that is around us. The sense perception get locked up in another cover.

Mind covers our soul then second cover is sense perception. The third most important cover is the physical body! It covers all these and by covering it we scribe everything to do this physical body. We misidentify with the cover as our-self is creating these problems. Something happen to body it happens to us. None of them belong to the soul…let us give them some names.

1. First cover is soul…what does soul covers…it must be very subtle…it is the individuation from other souls that’s a cover…soul is not a separate but we separate it.
2. Second cover mind– mind takes over the process of thinking and operates in close format i.e space, time, cause and effect. Mind say everything must have a cause and it should result in some effect- law of karma. Karma is nothing more than functioning of law of cause and effect. Following the law of the mind in time and space we do good things and stick around to get rewarded and bad things stick around to get punished. This cycle does not belong to us at all..soul has no karma whatsoever.
3. Third cover is sense perception– Its the causal being in us, with which we create and experience all levels of creation. Sense perception by themselves are only means we know/ perceives the world as it is. Astral body is nothing but sense perception
4. Fourth cover is physical body (13min)- which creates physical universe for us. SP working in this body helps knowing this world.

We wear different costumes…the mind becomes different. We become so many created out of one. The fact we had so many layer creates all the problems we have. Having awareness of wearing these costumes in this act is beneficial…Aristotle said when we go to a drama …we forget its a drama…we cry. If we were AWARE of this show how can be unhappy about it? In movie we are also acting on this knowledge…we create character of ourselves…our body is a character…when we want to look at this movie…who am I…I am not the audience but character…so who is the audience of the movie is the SELF within OUR-SELF! It is consciousness which is watching the show where we are both actor and audience. He talked about Ben Kingsley played role of Gandhi (18min). This physical body is outermost garment…we show other garment…which is go into sleep and dream and we all have it. We are sleeping in dream but running around in the dream (19min)…in dream we don’t know we are someone else. We wake up and realise it was a dream. In a dream we can talk to other characters…is it a dream!

Is there a proof of this theoretical model of different bodies we are wearing? We can all prove it…how can we do so about these covers being there? Well take off the cover…he shared a cute joke of Sherlock Holmes (21min) 🙂 Our bodies are covers we can take off…we do when we die. Spirits around us trying to tell us…yesterday we loved those people they were in the body…now they are ghosts and we are afraid of them. Therefore, how can be in this physical body take off body and tell someone it can be done. This is called the ART OF MEDITATION- it enables us to become unaware of the covers upon us…it is called dying while living (23min). He talked about how death comes on the physical body i.e. process of death. How about simulating this- copying it in meditation so we can have the body and still experience it. The art of withdrawing attention to head is same thing as actual death. But it can be done while we are in body. We would then know what it means to die…once we know we will not be afraid of death ❤ How do we pull awareness? In our consciousness there are two parts- Consciousness means ability to be aware of anything- awareness is a limited part of the Consciousness (26min). Therefore, awareness exists not in our control…its always there around us….consciousness is not…what is our role then? Our role is we can move one awareness from one region to another via through ATTENTION! That’s a wonderful gift…we can play our attention in our head…other things then will disappear. This ability of attention to be focused and concentration on one point so other things start disappearing in our awareness is the secret of the meditation (29min). A single point attention comes from behind the eyes center of the head…we need to pull our attention back to the same point. He talked about dying while living by withdrawal of attention to our own self. We will find sense perception themselves are body. The mind merely not a thinking machine but creating building block for experiences in astral and physical plane. We can see wonderful things how our own destiny was created by us.

33min- He talked about Akashic records (golden sky) in that sky the destiny that was created and picked up by ourselves. We can see and replace them. We cannot be human being if we have combination of good and bad karma. The whole purpose of duality of creation these pairs have been created so we can experience them. We only see light if we have seen darkness…that’s the purpose of duality to create opposite so we can appreciate the opposite. He talked about Totality of Consciousness being Opposite of the World of Opposite (which is here) 37min. He talked about Hans-Bans where Bans are ones that never came down from Totality. Whereas we are Hans we are jumping higher in happiness as we appreciate the amazement of the Truth after living in the physical plane. The best part of it is …thank God its just a dream ❤ The process of creation is same process as dreams are created here. At one time there is only one reality a creation should always look real…the power of making up has been used successfully in order to create reality. It is accessible to all of us…there is distinction of age, gender, religion as it is built into our system.

(42min)- He emphasised the value of being in the physical human form than beings on astral plane and not trees etc. because we have been gifted that no one has been gifted which is experience of free will. Angels already know so their knowledge prevents them to have free will…it only comes when we live in ignorance but the experience of free will is so real…whether we like it or not we are using it every day. He shared a story about a friend and a great student of meta-physics from Harvard days about free will and predetermination cancel each other so how both can be correct? There is no free will if we believe in God who knows everything. He shared a trick with a cup of tea, coffee and empty cup with the friend 🙂 Truth is he could not avoid usage of free will as it is a reality of EXPERIENCE. He shared another extraordinary story about the Batras (46min) on premonition. This, he mentioned, is attributed to certain yoga which enables one to see 5 minutes ahead of what someone is thinking.

He talked about factors in our mind which helps us make any choice- 2 kind (a) Genetic- Your dad loved coffee (b) Environmental- Sitting with coffee drinkers. Therefore, some are genetic and some environmental. What’s the advantage of free will on the big show? It is to enable one to become a seeker ❤ Unless we seek we will find nothing (53min). Even to have experience of choice making we are able to seek the truth…seek and we shall find.

Power of seeking, which arises from experience of freewill is very vital on the spiritual path.

Where do we seek? It depends on what we seek. If we are seeking own self than no other place to go than our own self! We shouldn’t stop with mind’s doubts. How far and how much will we find? We will find as much as we seek. Who are PLM? (55min). How do we find this? Don’t go look around…look for yourself within…if there is a real PLM…who is it? A master who is like us, human being like us, live like us, friend like us and yet in consciousnesses he/she should have attained different levels of creation but continuously have that experience. Some masters have one, two or three steps..masters at all levels. Only seek within! Don’t seek a master. By coincidence (58min) if we are seeking they increase in our life. They began to multiply that kind of miraculously coincidences a PLM will come into our life. If one is a seeker…a pull of master’s love will pull us. It is totally unconditional, free from any kind of judgement. That kind of love has strange quality…we will be pulled by that.

Why is love so important? Reason is that love does not emanate from the body, from senses , from thinking of mind but directly from the soul.

Love is the main instrument PLM use to pull us…in spite fight of our mind they will pull us. This was the last write-up on 21st December 2020 before Baba Ji made the transition from the physical plane ❤

Love does not emanate from the body…or from senses or thinking but directly from the soul…Love, intuition, beauty, appreciation of beauty are direct outcome from the soul. Since PLM come here to take us beyond the mind…Love is their main instrument to pull up above the mind…it is so intoxicating he eventually pulls us. What mind is still wondering if he is not perfect? We cannot judge…therefore as a friendly advise…if we are pulled by love of master…don’t judge him…so long he is teaching how to go within ❤ We will only go as far he has gone…if our seeking does not end after master can take us…another master will come in life and take you beyond.

1hr 3min- He shared story of Trilok Chand who was VERY keen to find the truth. He was a miser/ stingy co-traveler. He shared story of King Janak within this story (1hr 5min). In the story he shares the mystics like kheer (rice pudding). By coincidence Trilok Chand found GM…he was initiated and made rapid progress. One day in the evening Baba Ji remembered that 10-15 people being there and heard this cute conversation between Trilok and GM 🙂 No time is ever lost on spiritual path..its counting towards the end result. If a teacher is telling us to go within…that’s right process…

1hr 19min- A Question and Answer session in this video. Its all pre-written…we think we are making choices…its all pre-written. Someone asked about people who left…if we make choice here…we can complete that choice in the Astral plane. He gave an example of Egypt pharaohs. The decisions we make here with our so called freewill they continue there in Astral plane. We cannot create karma there but pay them off in Astral plane.

We create karma only when we use freewill

Astral plane is a vast plane …portion are called overlap / sub-astral plane (1hr 22min). Astral spirits can see and hear us…they are frustrated at us…why can’t we talk…therefore they try to say OK…we are going…we cry them…I miss you so much…won’t you come back…they stop their inner journey by us…what we do with departed soul…pray for them to move on…best thing is forgive and let them move on. Unfinished business because of attachment. The physical universe is of time and space…how big is it? How big is space and time? Infinite…Suppose infinite is a number…its in all direction. What would be shape it becomes a sphere…therefore…in conceptual term which physical world is a sphere. The astral plane is also a sphere for same reason and is a BIGGER sphere…if one overlaps another sphere..some part looks like a fish…suppose third causal plane…overlap astral…another fish. In 3 worlds of time-space the region of overlap looks like two fish. Disembodied spirits are in the first overlap…once we let them go…their attachment ends…they have a chance to move on…if we are doing in their interest…we should let them move on. Desire and attachment are makes us stay here. Attachment pulls us back. He talked about Shakey Pizzas (1hr 28min) about trying to detach from it. He talked about American going to Himalayas seeking a mantra to gain enlightenment 🙂 We cannot practice detachment…we can only do so by getting attachment somewhere else. Attachment creates detachment…the secret having a relationship with PLM attaches us to him in his radiant form inside..all other attachment began to fail away. Soul pick up mind that creates karma…it does not have or create karma. Soul could not complete some karma stay in overlap to complete it. Good and bad is determined by one’s own conscience. Karma is not totally isolated…most if it is carried out mutually…fastest way to burn karma is to get married. Suppose there was only one human being there would be no karma…karma is created with interaction.
