Video Description: He said he is happy to be in Toronto and wanted to be there to meet all the fellow co-travelers..he said he is an old guy and last surviving disciple of Sawan Singh Ji ❤ The spiritual path begins with the spirit and ends with the totality of consciousness which is our true home. It begins at parbraham and ends at sachkhand. Rest of the creation below are steps we need to go through but they belong to time…its a function. All these 3 worlds causal world of the mind, astral world of sense perception and physical for material world were created so we can have different experiences but not designed to live permanently but for short visit. Somehow we got caught up in time…namely we got trapped we will function only in time and space and cause and effect. Law of Karma keeps us trapped here…we also forgot our true home. We have choices to make…we think we have freewill and very belief of it creates karma…a deed which has reaction. Good thing – reward, bad thing -punishment…this business of punishment and reward keeps us here. It’s trapped karma keeps us here in time and space. Its a big trap for us…as we take this for the only reality…we have been given these gifts like human body but we are also given an astral body consisting of sense perception (seeing, touching etc.) it divides perception into five functions and mind can process everything without dividing and has been given ability to think- a great feature of human mind…it never stops thinking…it creates doubt…thinking mind realise on its own logic…and when there is doubt its followed by fear…we identity that we are the physical body…and we identify completely with the mind. Something given as a gift not properly used and mind thinks randomly…we have become slave to the mind.

8min- We live life of doubt and fear as we follow will of the mind…if we were able to distinguish between mind and soul we would have no such problem. One of the teachings of GM was how to understand nature of the mind…how to control, bypass or ignore it so we realise we are the soul! The soul is consciousness it gives us awareness…without soul we cannot have any experience. The soul is empowering all experiences…we are the soul…creator of all our experiences. But we identify our self with body and mind and this misidentification prevents us to be who we are…and question of going home does not even arise due to law karma we circulate in the time cycle and there is no end to it. We can circulate in human or other forms. Humans are the most unique specie every created where we have feeling we make choices…no other species can make choices (animals, plants they live by instincts) only human being we think shall I do it or not do it.

Experience of free will we can seek! No other specie other than humans can do that

12min- God must have the real freewill and we think we have the free will. But the experience is we are making the decision….this strange feature free will as experience…we want to go home as we are tired of the mess we are in. There are some moments of pleasure and pain but we are lonely here. These things arise in us and we say let us seek something real…it is the seeking that come up which makes us different from others. IF we are a seeker we will find. Seeking is a powerful thing…seek and you will find ❤ Seeking has to be in the heart and mind…it has to be talking to your higher self within us. Sometimes people look happy and go and stay at their place and you will realise how unhappy they are. People can be rich but their emotional life is wrecked…all the money they had cannot buy them happiness. When we look at situation we are in…we are seeker but we don’t know how to seek. Then you have yogis, mystics sadhus etc. tell us to meditate but we dont see anything but darkness…so therefore this must be something else in this process to go home.

17min- My master died…Ishwar ji who told you to go to physical teacher…he doesn’t initiate outside but inside…master place themselves inside us…we may not see them inside us but they are inside not outside ❤ Therefore, if we are initiated by PLM …we have master with us inside at all times…therefore question should be put inside not outside….master is in there listening to you hearing you….if you don’t have any success after initiation…how can this happen? Maybe our mind will image master…how will be sure master is really inside us and giving us the right answer…the master at time of initiation…he gives a useful device for that…they give simran…repetition of words…those words maybe ordinary but when master gives us those words to repeat they are no longer ordinary words…they are powerful words such that no negative power can come near us. If we have those words to repeat…this will prevent mind interrupting our spiritual path…one must not stop. He emphasized about dying while living. GM said best thing a disciple can do to do meditation and reach a point where they can see the radian form of the master inside ❤

23min- We can check if mind is interrupting….the Master’s face which we see in dhyaan…cannot be made up by the mind or negative power…especially the eyes and forehead of the master…if we feel Master has come to talk to us…and we repeat the simran…we will see eye and forehead will disappear. After meeting Master’s radiant form…RELAX…we do nothing…Master will take us every stage 🙂 He mentioned about soul associating itself with the mind! He will make sure we don’t think every stage is the last stage. Spiritual journey start beyond the mind (parbhram) as there is no karma in that realm. After we leave trikuti and go beyond there is no mind…for first time we realise we are soul…its knowledge is such it knows everything its full of love, beauty and bliss…the soul does not think…these features are with us now right here. Intuitive knowledge is soul’s knowledge. 28min- There is fundamental difference between attachment and love. Love comes straight from the soul…when we realise we are the soul…we find love was flowing from there all the time. Meditation is only used to pass through the three planes…unconditional love of the master pulls us out.

30min- He explained what is Love and Devotion. It is the master;s love that comes to us and our response to that love is devotion. Therefore, when we think about meditation we are talking of going beyond the mind via love and devotion. People are doing mechanical meditation all the years…some of his own colleagues…what was holding them back was doing so mechanically. HE shared goofy story of his friend who wanted to meditate at 3AM with Baba Ji…who during meditation continue to look at the watch…really funny. When we have to look at watch all the time…we are not doing a useful meditation, treat it like ritual just like religion and then we become satsangis and continue make it a ritual…but spirituality is not religion…its a practical way of going within and does not focus on blind faith. If we want to repeat words do it with love and devotion. 35min- GM said 21 hours meditation and 2.5 hours of worldly things…for 2.5 hours in early morning meditate and rest of the day do simran while walking, talking and then at night before going to sleep do meditation for 30min…if we sleep with meditation as last thing then the whole night gets covered up.

Don’t forget anything we do in life…if done with thought I am doing this for the Master and not the fruit…as seva…service to master its as good as meditation ❤ Meditation should not be taken as a a low priority but should be way of life….it should be given PRIORITY NUMBER 1

40min- Meditation and seva should be No.1 priority. Try it out…if you put this top priority…all the worldly activities will fall into place! Its a wonderful thing…master does everything for us. They can take full responsibility (worldly and spiritual both) through us…when we have that kind of trust he does it for us. Therefore, way to approach path of the masters…turn them over to the master…when we talk to master inside he is our BEST FRIEND! He is a powerful friend can do anything for you ❤ Truth is PLM takes over all our responsibilities…but one needs to SURRENDER on this path to the master, which feels difficult. 42min- He talked about going to church in Rochester, MN and there was a sign saying “Worrying is Pray for Failure”. Because most of time we worry about things that may never come at all. Master’s grace and love is not to worry and love and leave to the master by talking to him and going within. 43min- He talked about living faith and blind faith…with experience faith grows! What we really need is living faith this can only develop if we are ready to surrender and test it out. Don’t believe just guru’s word but must believe what the Guru’s word could do if applied experiential. 45min- Number of coincidences increase when get on spiritual path. Why do they increase? The more meditate more increase in coincidences….what is the relationship with outside events with inside. Outside events tie up with our intuitive knowledge. Intuition /gut feeling is response from the soul…voice of God and when coincidences outside match that there should be no doubt. He talked about Rumi on living God’s will…he will crate circumstances around us and act on them is God’s will. It is designed by God we have two wills..God’s will (Gurmukh) and Mind’s Will (Manmukh). If we cannot find radiant form inside us…then we might go to physical master…if master has gone…go to an elderly co-traveler on the path who knows one step more than you….someone more advance.

50min- How do we find out who is a PLM or not? Don’t try to find…if master tells us go within..go that’s the right answer…master will take us to point where he/she has gone. If soul is not satisfied PLM will come and take you home. Keep on seeking…its duty of PLM to find seeker who is not satisfied our duty is just to seek…but do not seek outside…inside is where its made up…go back to seed of consciousness. In this physical body we have several centers.

In this physical body we have several centers…some of energy and some of awareness and dividing line is the eyes (below and above eyes). All energetic activities are taking place below the eyes. All the energies of the world are confined to these centers. We can concentrate on heart chakra to get out of body experience. But these don’t give higher awareness of where our soul is. Centre of awareness lead to higher and higher awareness and uncover these outside covering and give an idea of who we really are. The fact these centers exist in human body means we can experience anything we like just by touching your attention on the center. What we have in our control is our ATTENTION! We can put our attention wherever we like…we can’t control what we experience.

The power of a human being to control what his consciousness is aware of by his use of his attention is a secret of good meditation because we can put our attention to wherever we like

54min- By withdrawing attention behind the eyes we are able to have experience to go to any of the centers…that is the starting point. If we pull our attention and stablise it there…we can move into any of the areas in higher regions…we can see all levels of consciousness…the body does not die and we have experience when we die in the physical body…that is why it is called dying while living. He explained the process of physical death. If we do meditation on 3rd eye center…the same thing happens as at death. On physical planet we are bound to planet’s gravity…there is no gravity on next stage…here we have to use language…in astral plane just behind the eyes we can speak any language to understand….communication is based on what you mean by the word and other understand what we meant…there are so many other differences. We go to mental state- word of concept and ideas what mind was creating and use all those in this world….here we think soul can make body alive…soul is life giving there we find even concepts, forms as an example what is a triangle…we draw on paper…can you imagine soul can be a triangle on casual plane! All the building blocks on lower form and available there…as living things! We cannot go beyond casual plane without help of a PLM ❤ Such a person takes us through love and devotion. Physical plane is just temporary experience to experience…we are full of light. When we know who we are a…our journey starts…it takes from our knowledge of soul to the knowledge of that creates the soul…that is totality..its one! The many are experienced within that one! 1hr3min- The darkness we find even after we find our soul…we cannot cross it…but PLM light is beyond that and can take us right through it and its swirling and known as Bhanwar Gupha. Souls get trapped in that darkness…if they manage to go there via master…who is not PLM but who is a master to show reality (Sadhguru)…Sathgurus can take us beyond Bhanwar Gupha who can take us to Sath…The True Home aka Sachkhand where we belong…we belong to the whole ocean 🙂 He shared his story of discussion on being a drop or the ocean when he was a kid. Mind likes classification putting things in order…everything is within each other all are operating at the same time. The stages are not like that but mind likes it that way. Lot of teachings of PLM are for our mind which loves to ask questions. He talked about reading verse by Rumi in the train.

1hr9min- We use process of illusion to create reality. The reality we are looking for is via master in this illusion. When we create a dream body that is ourselves…in the dream when we wake up it was a dream…neither we existed nor any people within the dream. He talked about one having a dream and wondering if it is a dream or not. WE are using collateral evidence on physical plane to determine if its real or not…only way to confirm is to wake up at higher level ❤ He talked about Akarshic records at 1hr11min in golden hued sky. We pick up destiny’s there…we pick up and review it and become a human being to start with…we don’t become an animal as we haven’t build any karma..we see whole life birth to death…DVD contains life we have just come plus the past lives based on which karma is created in this and so on and on with infinite past lives. We haven’t lived those lives but we have karma to bear! We take karma so real but its just a device to make life possible! So we are a creating notional artificial karma…and previous life we never lived feels real like our live. But why did we pick up a destiny which has so many negative things? The reason was…we pick up karmic DVD we realise that its all good then we wont be on earth as human…we will be in heaven…to be human we have to pick up something that has high and low…good and bad. How do people here pick up DVD…we at the end of the live we find a key to get out of this whole mess! Such people who saw this pick up density are marked souls…they were marked at the inception of creation at suckhand…he talked about kabir to explain this as a story (1hr 16min). Masters are sathpurush in personal form come here to take the marked souls back. Its like Shepard collecting marked sheep…no matter what the karma is….every master comes with list in his hands. That master will take them back no matter what. Marked souls have to be taken back…but since we have a mind…we have judgement as important part…we judging all the time…masters don’t judge. They just look at the List. List A and List B. List B is for those who are marked but not him to take them back within 4 lives after initiated by a mater. List A- he initiates and we are on his list he will take us back in that very life…if in List B that means we have his darshan and initiated us but we haven’t done what is required (artificially laid out rules)…another master comes he will be in List A.

1hr22min- Go within and personally try to meditate with love and devotion because struggling to do things on our own…struggling with mind does not result good results but surrender with love and devotion with master really helps. Single message is do not do mechanical meditation.

Concentrate of the master…perform all 3 functions of simran, dhyaan and shabd equally. Start with simran all the time…make it 21.5 hours, dhyaan contemplate the form of your your master and do the simran while you are talking and looking at your master inside…you can communicate with him even if you haven’t reached his radiant form…but you WILL reach the radiant form if you do this…thirdly when the sound comes….forget everything, and focus everything on the sound…you can do dhyaan at the same time but give up simran just listen to the sound within…if the bell sound strong…resonance comes it will pull you up itself to the radiant form of the master”

If you follow these instruction with love an devotion, this is a sahaj yoga not haath yoga (yoga of stubbornness). Sahaj is gradual ascend…its to be relaxed and rely on the master, enjoy him, fly with him! Complain to him. Take advantage of friend so close to you…you make more progress than you would all these years. He said being probably the last surviving disciple of the GM. He said he is doing seva for his master. HE said he is no master…does not look like one behave like one but doing seva for his very selfish reasons ❤

1hr25min- Question and Answer session begins. He said he gives answers but those are GM’s answers. A friend (Hira Singh) of his in Ludhiana asked him (another initiate) a question- he said Ishwar you and I are colleagues. Amazing story on meditation to be done via love and devotion. Show your love, seva for master (“Master its all yours”) including my job is for you! He will give you grace even in meditation. That friend made more progress in those 6 months than he did in 40 years.

Really meaning of spiritual path is its a path of love and devotion.

God is one we cannot divide him….is in each of you…how is God different places without being broken up…can mind explain it…logic fails…spirituality and meditation explains it. One has to go in to find out. For intellectual they need answers, they need to accept temporary to try something but if they cross the hurdle then they become very good disciple and make progress but others who are illiterate they get sudden visions…they have no questions…but they are also handicapped…that something bad happens in life they can lose their experience….but intellectual does not get upset…its well balanced…intellectual should ask questions and get all answers.

1hr36min- Its a world of duality (3 worlds) with pairs of opposite. Therefore, the 3 worlds below parbrahm has created pairs of opposite. This whole world becomes the opposite of the worlds of no opposite. Buns and Hans are talked about 🙂 God exists by himself with nobody else…we won’t be if we were not part of God. He talked about universal mind. When we say mind is working we are talking from the universal mind…we think our own mind is thinking…the thoughts what creates karma her e but they are a big collection of DVDs at the akarshic records.

Mind thoughts are necessary to create karma, karma is necessary to have human life and human life is necessary to go back home.

1hr 42min- He talked about predetermination as we go higher levels this is natural of what is predetermined. Do we have real free will or everything predetermined. Answer is in physical plane nothing is fixed we can change our plans…we have freewill using it daily…when we go to astral plane that we decided when to go and not go already written up there but we felt we were making a decision there. Similarly goes for divine intervention. Experience of freewill is real but freewill is not 🙂 Predetermination is COMPLETE at the top…as we come down changes take place and choice is possible. If it wasn’t predetermined even God won’t know what we will. 1hr45min- He shared a story of a friend/ colleague of his on freewill during Harvard days. Experience of freewill is right here…his friend was stumped. He felt sad…that such a big discovery he made has been destroyed by a cup of coffee, tea and empty cup. Baba Ji took his side that there really is no freewill. OK…he proved to him…when he say making decision by freewill how does mind decide what to do? There are factors of choices built based on our life- genetics and environment and when we decide what to have both were already totally fixed. Freewill is merely an experience. Our freewill is based upon ignorance. If we look at the whole picture its perfect…any part of it is imperfect. God is everything….whatever creating is within the creator.

God we refer to is one soul who has done great good karma and is being rewarded for that karma…given that authority on the astral plane and controls whole of astral and physical plane.

Someone created God also? If we woke up again and again and go to absolute source…that created God…there is no word for it therefore lack of any word is why we refer to it as THE WORD!

1hr53min- He elaborated the value of “The Word”. If we go back what created God is the power which can be translated into Totality of Consciousness…most appropriate phase Baba Ji could find…it is what creates all souls, experiences it comes down cannot be disconnected from any part of creation. As humans we have source of ToC inside us. When we say spiritual path we are withdrawing ours-self to very root. These words are audible…God cannot be heard…but these are names (Word) that can be spoken, heard, music can be heard…its audible…is it fair to say ultimate creator is audible sound current? Its not literally true so what is the effect of this? If it can be heard…why not hear it! Withdrawal of attention is how its done. The power of listening can take us to the totality. LISTENING is the most important thing.

The soul is always the listener and the mind is always the speaker

1hr58min- We we want to go beyond the mind we have to listen. 5 basic kinds of sound that soul listens to-

• Varnatmak sound- which can be written spoken, without it we won’t have starting point. It takes us back to Astral plane.
• Dhunatmak sound- It means tune…like a note it stays and takes us to astral plane
• Anhad Shabd sound- It has no beginning, middle and end (Om). Its a resonance and we will we will always there. Om is not correct representation…the correct spelling of Om is…Mmmmmm Ommmmm…start as if there is no beginning.
• Saar Shabd sound- Shabd beyond the sound…its a creative power that creates all this.
• Sath Shabd sound- The True sound…the true creator that created everything…God the creator himself including us and our soul<3

2hr2min- Spiritual path is possibility to go to possibility to right to the top…we all everything without exception carrying it to experience it. We all have potential to be a PLM and go to the top. 2hr4min- He talked about importance of the ‘SELF’. What about the self where is the self at anytime? Its not outside its inside the body…where in the body…from the head…so the self appears to be in this body…when we sleep in dream state, we are in dream body. We are in the center of dream body self. What happens when we go to the astral plane…in the head of the astral body. He talked about Fa-Hein (2hr 5min) who had a dream he was a butterfly. He told he was friend…friends said Fa-Hein don’t make that mistake as he was not a butterfly. Where was the self…in the butterfly. Self stays within no matter what form we take. So we talking of knowing our self its knowing everything we however misidentify our covers with us…its just a costume we are wearing. Covers are different show we participate like in movies.

2hr9min- A Question and answer session. When we say a PLM we mean is living in a physical body like ours. The perfection is state above the area of duality…master must have attained state of parbrahm i.e. beyond the mind (Sath and Sadh gurus). A Living person who has reached that state is one we find who can take us home. He should be able to know more about us than we know about us. How will he come to us…via coincidences in which he will ‘appear’ just when we are ready. He is one who we are friend, he can be educated and uneducated. Believers and those who have faith…they are same provided it is not blind believe or blind faith. If its living believe and faith both are same…if there is no growth then its blind belief. Belief in our terminology means belief in religious dogma….it does not change and remains the same but faith increases. Concentration is a mental act and stays in the casual plane…only love and devotion pulls. A PLM who has reached sachkhand even when he is here is aware of all the levels…he is operating at all levels and at all time. Even parbrahm its only one reality. Seva, meditation is a part of devotion.

The secret is…if we meditate to get results we don’t get them so quickly…if we meditate as a part of devotion then we get results.

Seva with money, body, mind (most important) do meditation as an offering without expecting results it a part of devotion. Mind selects our parents not our soul. He laughed mildly. There are spiritual teachings negative and positive at same time. Negative takes us into ritual and ceremonies and positive takes us within. Follow a master that unconditionally pulls you till you find no more pull. Keep seeking don’t worry about people are saying…keep seeking inside and PLM job to find you.
