Video Description: He welcomed everyone to 3 day meditation workshop. We have different ways of meditation. So what kind of meditation we will do at the workshop? What does meditation means? It’s simple, meditation means to think about something. That made the whole definition of meditation simple. WE think about so many things, so we are all meditating all the time. So what’s the big deal? We meditate on things. Why have a special workshop for it then? It is one area we don’t think about- the one area we do not meditate up on is our own self, but everything else. Where were we before we were born? What is a soul and where can we find it? If soul is functioning in the body why can we not have contact with it..our own-self? To meditate up on that which gave us experience of physical body would be a good subject to explore in the meditation workshop. Who is the questioning everything? We have strange experiences, not only questions but experiences of doubts. What is doubt? Why do we disbelieve something? Where is this doubt coming from? Is there a solution to this? Maybe we are not close enough to ourselves. We are sick and why don’t we find reason of our sickness. The very ignorance of these could because of these experiences. There is no doubt that the consciousness of self exists. Nobody says I doubt I exist. What gives us experience that we exist….obviously existence of our own self is certain that we are a SELF. Self is experiencing doubts and fears. Why don’t we explore the self and where it is? Its not very difficult to locate the self. The self is experience always inside the body. Self has to be found in limited space called human body and does not exist anywhere else only thing which we have no doubt. So let’s start with what we are sure of.

10min- The self speaks in us there is no doubt about that also. All this happens in the head of a person. When we think where do we think from? Its not difficult to know we think from within the head. The process of thinking is all taking place in a very limited space in the physical body within the head. Its happening too far from side of the head…right in the middle of the head behind the eyes in the centre as if two eyes look outside if we drew lines into the head and place a bar between our ears…we are sitting on top of that bar behind the eyes in the centre. If know the location for ourselves that should make it easy for us to find who we are. Who is sitting on that bar between the ears and behind the eyes. The two pictures seen by two eyes are combined not in the optic nerve at all…where do we see them…where we see world in 3D we see it EXACTLY at the point in the middle of the head…those are THE EYES! Seeing of the world is taking place inside. That area is as if it is a 3rd eye.. He talked about great mystic Jesus ❤ If your eye is single you have withdrawal power of seeing from two eyes to the 3rd eye infact we have been seeing with that eye all the time in the head. Its not even related to any organ of the body. When we see from 3rd eye and become aware of the 3rd eye…our whole body fills with light. That light exists in all of us! We just need to get aware of the 3rd eye but how? What is awareness? How can we be aware of something. He explained value of attention.

20min- We have power of attention which we use to become aware of anything we want to be aware of. Attention is so powerful it can generate experience of the entire world. He talked about meditation workshop is to teach us how to withdraw our attention to the 3rd eye centre. There is a little problem…the problem is we have used this power of attention to FOCUS on things but not to withdraw from birth till now that is how used our attention. We have never learnt how to withdraw attention…it is the opposite of what we have been doing. We want to put attention back to ourself. The self is conscious and aware can be conscious about things that self is projecting the attention out we have to pull the attention back to ourselves. Where is the self? Self is the one looking at the image. The difficulty is we never done it before, as we have always done focusing of attention outside. But now we are attempting to withdraw attention to its source where it arises. That makes meditation a little tricky. 26min- He talked about a little experiment of where the image we make when we close our eyes.

Closing the eyes does not pull us inside…the attention needs to go to where we are looking at from…where we are! Then only it becomes meditation, otherwise it is just imagination but not withdrawal of attention to the self.

29min- To know yourself, you have to know where you are. Its a difficult question on learning how to withdraw our attention. Power of imagination is arising from the same conscious self. The power of imagination can create images (inside or outside) and make us feel we are not where we are.

In meditation we first know the location of the self between the ears, behind the eyes in the center. Just imagine we are there. Then say what do we look like…what is my appearance here do I have a form? We are right in the area of knowledge of our own self. Therefore, its good to be able to do practise meditation step by step. Meditation I want to share with you is meditation where we PULL our attention back to ourself in the centre of the head.

34min- He asked to close eyes and be there. Without turning the physical head you can turn around and look at the back. That’s a good starting point. Once we can practice being there…we find there are some distraction pulling us. 37min- He shared a story of a friend who was a ‘great meditator’. He talked about friend playing charming spiritual/ calming music. Our anger, lust etc. nature that was come by constant nature of distraction was the same. There are lots of outside meditation for feeling good but if you are here for seeker of the ABSOLUTE truth then the only truth we know today is the self…start from there otherwise you are not seeking the truth. One that is observing has not changed..self does not change so how can I say anything else can be absolute truth. The covers up on us are preventing us to see the self. We become gradually unaware of whats happening outside when we mediate…gradually we don’t know where our body is. It does not happen immediately, but happens in stages. He talked about someone who is close to death. Meditation is sometimes called dying while living. If you do it slow and steady, one stage at a time, every enjoyable, then you come to know how you pulling yourself to your own SELF and knowledge of who you are. You have experience of light, sound, telepathic communications…knowledge of internal sensory body, astral body which is different from this one. You can withdraw further into the thinking body. You were consciousness per se which made life alive. Physical body makes physical world reality if you remove it the other reality (astral) becomes the only reality when you remove all this you find the only reality was yourself. This is called self-realisation. It does not end by just being there but it’s a process by which you are able to take away awareness from these covers while you are alive. It does not lie in physical or mental strength but in the consciousness itself.

46min- We are ignorant of what is already planned for us and we think we have to make choices..we have experience of freewill generates a special kind of experience- gives you power. The power of experience of freewill, we are making a choice…it’s an experience. This is very powerful thing available only in human body. It is not available to angels, ghosts etc. because they know what’s going to happen, we don’t. It makes us into seekers, and we meditate. We mediate as a choice…we are using the very experience of freewill, so it’s a wonderful thing to have no matter how real or unreal it is (freewill). Pain is necessary to experience reality…sad commentary. The truth is, we create reality one at a time. Therefore, in this physical reality we are using physical

Freewill makes us mediate…the freewill makes imagine…let’s use it so long as we have got it…whether by ignorance or intricate plan….whatever it is we have it. So we use our choice to mediate and thereby open up doors to discover choice is not real. That’s why freewill is a deep subject.

51min- He talked about orange juice experiment where we imagine our body is made of glass and we are going to fill it up with imagination with orange juice right from the feet all the way up every part of the body and right to the top of the head fill it up with orange juice. It is to demonstrate attention can move to any part of our body as we like.

We have the power to look within our own self. We were using just two things- Imagination and Attention. That’s it! The very combination we for the effective good meditation.

56min- Once you know how you imagined you know how its to be used. We will imagine body is not a glass jar but a house where we live. The house has many floors/ level. It has a floor at the bottom (ground /basement), level at genitals, navel, throat, eyes is the top floor sixth floor. We ONLY want to sit on the 6th floor behind the eyes and cover the entire area of head. Because of our habit of going lower floors we don’t sink. Therefore we build a steel/ concerete floor behind our eyes so when we sit on it we cannot sink. On that floor, we will sit on a comfortable chair. We take the best chair…most desireable chair by imagination place it in the centre of the room. Then we take a side-table…make your imagary next to your chair and place a bunch of flowers in a vase and a cup to drink and a plate of a snack..most delicious snack!

60min- He asked if you were able to do the experiment successfully. He asked how many of us noticed flowers we have never seen before. He asked about how many of us enjoyed the snack and have taste of it. We did this exerciser to show sense perception are independent of the physical senses. How is that possible? What did we learn? We learnt sense perception are NOT dependent on physical body as they function in the body that we used…no role by physical body…that is the inner cover inside physical body its called the sensory/ astral body and that is the very next step we use that body all the time that is the body that can be reborn. Little switching of attention behind the eyes can reveal inner body to us. It’s the body constituting our imagination…all imagination comes from astral body.

Reality is all relative. We only have one reality at one time.

1hr6min- He mentioned about how imagination and attention works. In meditation we use concept this body is a house and we reside in the 6th floor of the house behind the eyes and use power of imagination to imagine we are at the centre. We don’t look at ourselves but feel we are there. If we can sustain there with imagination for 10minutes…we will be filled with light. If we are scattered then it will take time. That means problem in meditation is not where to sit problem is how to avoid all kinds of distractions. He talked about imagination and exploring all questions about what is going on inside in the 6th floor and nothing outside. Be there! Open your eyes…welcome back ❤
