Video Description: He welcomed everyone to meet old and new friends. He said he is not a teacher but to share some experiences that he have had because he was able to spend sometime with a PLM. Any ordinary person can be so effected by a PLM that can change one’s entire life. He came to explain basis of that miracle from Sawan Singh Ji who initiated him in 1936. He came to share ultimate news with us that answers to questions who are we, why are we here, what is purpose of being here, creating a world in which there is so much misery…what was the whole purpose of world this kind and they bother us because we cannot find easy answers. Obviously, whoever did the full show must have done something for a purpose. To answer this we have fundamental questions in our mind and he came to share those answers. The answers are little surprising because we find out what we are taking to be real…a real world of pain and pleasure actually is not real at all! That makes a big difference. There is a way to realise this world of duality is also like a movie…no different than that. Its an illusion created to look real..a movie look real too as we cry, laugh. The point is we get emotionally involved and take characters as real. By emotions being expressed there…a reason expressed long ago by Aristotle who explained a drama on stage he said drama is essential for our emotional health that we get filled up our heart and we don’t express them and when we go to see a play we identify with characters there and get our emotions released…he calls that experience where we willingness suspension of disbelief. Same reason illusion of life is made so real…nothing is left undone..it’s a GREAT illusion because it has been suppressed and it looks like real so we can have better experience within ourselves. The true self needs a release too..it is looking for release from bondage of this experience which has become a trap for it…it is a spiritual experience. Seeker discovery…who am I? We had it ever since the creation and why am I here the answer can only come when we go to who we are…self is not outside us. The self feels this is not our place, that’s lonely nobody seem to understand us…we cant know who we are due to covers up on us. What are these covers? The first cover is physical body…obviously body is different from us…something in us that never dies and yet in this world we take body as ourselves. The name given to our body is taken as our name. We don’t realise that is not our name as its only a temporary name. So what is our true name? So very first distraction is fact we identify ourselves with physical body. Body operates through sense perceptions. All these 5 senses of perception are built into the body but do no belong to the body..if they were we cannot see something in imagination….where is that vision taking place. We can hear sound inside us where are you hearing that who is hearing that.

14min- What would happen if we were to withdraw our attention to concentrate on sense perception without physical body. This world we have created by associating with physical body therefore sense perception are cover up on ourselves. Practice of withdrawal of attention from physical body and have outer body experience. We have it every night when we dream. He talked about Fa-Hein who had a dream in which he felt he was a butterfly…he has wings to fly…small butterfly and smelling different flowers. He questioned am I really a butterfly or am I Fa-Hein that dream being butterfly. His pals said you cannot be a butterfly! Really sweet story where Fa-Hein saw his wings when he was flying because the SELF was exactly the same in physical body and self in the butterfly. Meditation is the art of withdrawing attention to discover form where we are alive. It proves to us to our own satisfaction that body is not ourselves and that we are something more and we can experience it ourselves. The driver seat must be behind these eyes. There are other centres heart, belly, sexual organs and below and all our attention is spread out but where are you operating from? That is not difficult to determine that it must be somewhere in the head that we sit and operate. If that’s so why not make meditation starting point what is inside the head what is operating the whole machine. With this you can start process of withdrawal of attention. Attention has great capacity to bring in to focus and wipe out what’s around it. If we were to use this power and place it within ourselves- the attention is scattered to everything (job, family, experiences, memories etc.) if we can gather this attention and bring it by process of concentration i.e. gradually think of nothing else except what’s behind the eyes and start thinking and sit there…what will happen…gradually you will have no attention going outside.

24min- The inner darkness will disappear and you will forget you have hands and feet…then you will forget you have a body and you will experience a different self of yours. This process of withdrawing of attention is almost like dying! Some people call this process dying while living. Your inner self eyes are better than outside eyes. All your sense perception are perfect inside you…you might call sensory/ astral body. It is nothing else but except the ability of sense perception to work independently of the physical body…we refer to it as out-of-body experience. It is not a body bu ability of senses to perceive even though we have no physical body. It’s an exercise on withdrawing attention inside but not outside the head. Imagination come from the sensory/astral body without it we cannot image anything…it is being created by our internal sensory system (astral body) because it can function like a body. People say what happens to us when we die…we don’t die physical body dies…astral body never lies…if you want to remember past life…the best thing is withdrawal your attention from this body and go to astral self. If you can spend enough time to withdrawing attention, you can remember the past of your astral self.

31min- Be awake in astral body and you will remember life has been there for 1000s of years. Average life of astral body is between 1000-3000 years. You can recall your previous life and inkling of what’s going to happen. Nothing better than a personal checkup. Don’t beleibelieveve in anybody unless you believe it yourself. This meditational practise is not a belief system. Religion is a belief system spirituality is not. Spirituality is meant for all seekers. When we have experience of astral self which is not dependent on physical body…we say this is our atma/ soul till we find out that also born and dies…i .e. its a cover also! Sensory perception is as much cover as this body.

He talked about life on the astral plane- We need experience guidance…beyond that it’s not possible and we are all the pictures we made are satisfied there…we can fly…immense memory go and complete task we couldnt do here. Libraries are very convenient there. No weight problem, such a remarkable experience we think its heaven our true home. So many Gurus and masters has said so because that’s where we come from and then return to the physical plane. Thoughts coming in this and astral body…origin of thoughts is from where? Where does mind functions from? It judges good and evil etc. it is nothing to do with sense perception are we not still trapped in that? So we still have a way to go on spiritual path. People take us beyond astral plane are not so common and you can meet them and talk to them about how we can go beyond sensory system and go to our true universal mind where all thoughts originate. Therefore, a process of going there is same…we withdraw attention within astral body. The process of withdrawing attention from astral is same and we open up something else…we find our mind is an independent entity on which senses were covered. We call it causal body as all things are caused from there. Law of karma is all coming from there. Mind IS the causal body. It has so much stuff…you could take millions of life it contains blue print of blue of every astral, physical life we can have. It’s like having DVD of lives we can have and stacked together. We pick it up our own soul that picks up …it cannot pick up one life…law of astral plane says we must have cause and effect…these two are birthplace of karma rising from there. We pickup one life from there…and the life is connected with past life…and future lives…we have never lived those lives…we have million of past and future lives and we get trapped into them and they become real as its all a question of memory now. All the perceptions we have in time and space do not need to be spread out the mind can perceive all at once and that’s great experience.

42min- All our concepts does not go anywhere beyond time and space. Without T&S we cease to exist. Every thought takes time….all conversation take time. Therefore, so long as these are realities they end at causal plane. Many Gurus stop there…yet there are few rare people that say that is not the end! What about life-force making our mind alive. There a re a few people ALWAYS who can say none of this is your soul but bodies around you…if you want to find soul go beyond mind, time and space. True-self is our immortal soul! Average age is 1-5millions of years of physical time. So in one mind one set of memories we had several incarnations of astral bodies and yet it is all been created by universal mind. There is no time and space all these are illusions made into reality. Maya is not illusion…it is not really excatly illusion because illusion is a illusion. Why does it look real? Experience of dream is still there without items…what was real? Experience or the cup? Experience was real not the cup! That’s exactly definition of maya…it means experience is real. Experiences are always real…and you cannot deny as you are having it. Experience is real…but what we think causes experience is not real and that’s illusion within maya. When you wake up experience is still there.

You can build real experiences which need not exist, and yet they become real because of the experience…it is a conscious experience which generates experiences and makes the whole world real.

50min- He talked about cause and effect and materialists and idealists and what is a dream. There are very rare people counted on finger of the hand…karma is illusion whole show is an illusionl. It is lived through by consciousness to do that you have to go beyond the mind and method is same go within yourself and withdraw within the mind to pure consciousness and you find whole thing was created by consciousness. Only materials required for creation is consciousness which has the power where if you want to be conscious it becomes reality. It has complete freewill to create anything. Totality of consciousness is our true creator…it is understanding these cover up on us and going beyond these covers and discovering we are pure consciousness our soul and then discovering even individuation of soul is also an illusional. There are people…very few…who can lead us in that state in this life! This process is available to us right now…we can have these experiences in physical body…because it is the best thing every created top of creation nothing like it. It has centres of energy and consciousness. There are 6 centres below the eyes and there are 6 behind the eyes which lead to different opening awakening and another 6 centres beyond mind where totality of consciousness exists. These can all be opened by just putting attention on those centres.

Reality is only known when you wake up from one reality to another. This process of meditation of withdrawal of attention is like wakening.

58min- This whole world is operating in the pairs of opposite. Every experience is based on the principal of duality. He talked about Kabir’s book Anurag Sagar. Many in the one those many become unit of the same stuff they are many. Stuff was consciousness so they become units of consciousness, they are experiencing the job and bliss of being one. The many are experiencing joy of being one. Then some of soul want to go on adventure. They create past, present and future. We are all living in the NOW. Present is a lose term to describe the immediate past. Present is an illusion, therefore if there is no present and past is being called…where is the past coming from? Suppose we have no memories, we would have no past whatsoever. What about future? If we remove 3 words from dictionary- hope, fear and anticipating, there is not future. When many in one come down here and go through other opposite (pain suffering) and then they return their appreciation of original state is so much more ❤ The very purpose of coming here is to experience and when we awaken to state thank God it was just a dream. When these souls come down and return to true home and dancing with true joy- Buns (never left) and Hans (that did leave).

1hr8min- Happiness is a very delicate term…bliss is the highest happiness. What we are seeking now- lonely sole seeking, is the reality. We came for this experience time to go back to our original state our true home and method is available to us in human form by getting in touch with various energy centres and able to have all experiences. We look at sky to find God…the entire source of creation is inside. Outside is merely a device to have experience in material world. The truth is in the balance of pain and pleasure here it looks unhappiness prevails more than happiness, although both are equal in this world even though we dont feel like that. This was explained by Oscar Wilde on essay on suffering. It’s a one long moment. We experience happiness less time and unhappiness longer time. That’s why we say its an unhappy place. When it’s unbearable, we want to get out of this trap. Relationships are skin deep and sooner or later we find this is not what we were looking for but for own companionship. How can we possibly see the self inside us? There is a way…our own self creates our own experience outside in form of another human being at same level and that person comes into our life…and seem to know more about us than we do. Such person we call a perfect living master. He/ she is not a teacher, they come for projection of our own self and take us back home. When we are a seeker we can find such a person. The qualification of a seeker is no more than to seek. Qualification of a PLM is no more than to be in touch with that level of consciousness of all time while he is here. A PLM in human form is in all stages at all times in human form. How can a person like that find you then? If he cannot response to your seeking he cannot be a PLM. He finds you with coincidences and make sure your mind which has capacity to create doubt but unconditional love that flow in master overcome those doubts.

Nothing beats the mind except unconditional love.

1hr18min- Seeking is not one life time thing and at right time they come across when they are ready to go back to their home. There was a Q&A session. Someone has concerns with environmental and social issues. Only soul/ spirit is pure…as we move further away from soul impurity increases. Is there another path where we do not need a PLM? Yes this is the fastest path in this age (iron age) which has 2 parts concentrating behind and pulled by inner sound. There are many paths which take us half way and no harm in travelling on those paths and waiting for next master taking above. Many masters can help us go part of the way. Soul uses the mind for communication. All communication is done via mind. Communication itself is a mental act. Soul is a listener and mind is being used to speak. Language is a very local element for communication in the physical world. If we go to Astral plane person can speak Greek and other doesn’t speak will understand. Someone asked please describe the soul…which is many in the one! Consciousness is one invisible power of totality of Consciousness, and many are within that totality. The mind loves effort therefore we say start with effort. If mind was not coming in the way no effort would be needed.

1hr28min- The soul has no levels of hirechary it is same in all of us (plants, animals,Gods etc.) Its a unit of conciouness. What creates the higheracy is embodiments human, tree, animal, mamamls are different- these create higherachy. We have so many worldly desires and these prevents us to go within. Once you start meditation there is a fullfillment of desire inside which is superior to desire outside. Actually our mind funcitons on that basis- if you give it something better it will give up something it likes less. Most religions of the world they all think their founder was the master and how he helped people around him and spirit of that master still helping us. But its difficult to find out when worshipping on past master or mind being worshipped. They themelsves in human form that they were able to tell people what their mind is sayinga nd what the totality of conciounesss is saying. If you have no human to point out that mind is making up something you are mislead by the mind. That is why system works on this basis when you are human being you should have a human being who is enlightened enough to go beyond you. Belief system can be made up by the mind. What happens to religion the spiritual message that was delivered by Masters is converted into ritual and ceremonies for outside activities in the name of religion. Spirituality becoming religion has given up true spiriaul methods….we shifted from meditation to worship and most end up worhipping their own mind. Most of us have been conditioned and tied down by religion. These PLM have said if you want true guidance find a PLM over here.

1hr35min- How many people overcome jealously and anger. Kindgom of God is within you…and we go outside. True temple/ church/ Mosque/ synagogue is inside us not outside.Thoughts take time and involves space but there are functions here right now that does not take time like Love, Intutition, Joy…these are immediate instantenous and functions of soul itself therefore even now we are having functions of joy, bliss, beauty, love, gut-feeling all coming from the soul. PLM pull us with their unconditional love.

There is supposedly a grave of Jesus the Christ in Kashmir. It says gone away from India…the whole history is there or he died on the Cross. Baba Ji’s response was open-ended referring to both known stories. He did state Christ’s teachings were similar to Hinduism and Buddhism. Most striking thing struck me was most ancient Indian text rid-vedas about the sound which created everything…its the creative power making all universe. In Bible it states the same in the beginning was the Word….these are such similar setences indicating similaries in teachings of all the teachers. The truth remains no matter whether Jesus went to India or not he did a really good job in relaying the message to the world. Initiation is perhaps most imporatant event in the life of a seeker.

1hr44min- At the end there was a surprise from the seekeres for Maste for his 87th Birthday celeberation ❤ He talked about receiving the biggest card he ever recevied. Happy birthday to you master. There was sugar free rice pudding for him. The Love we receive from Ishwar Ji is nothing similar to that. He said he meet a lot of cry-babies ❤
