Video Description: He welcomed all ❤ This body has some unique characteristics. It has physical, astral and spiritual elements. Unfortunately we run all over the world…a musk deer has fragrance from his head runs all over…lays down tired and doesn’t realise its coming from inside ❤ We are in same position…truth is inside but we keep looking outside because when we close our eyes it is dark and when we open we can see things. Therefore, we don’t realise it is not the eyes that we see but attention we see. Closing eyes does not take attention inside. Meditation is to withdraw attention behind the eyes. We have been taught to FOCUS on attention and we are so used to that we never practised withdrawal of attention. The technique of withdrawing attention is very different. He emphasised value of imagination in meditation. Your attention to 3rd eye centre you only imagine you are there…not that you make picture and I will tell you how to do it. Today our session will be how to imagine we are behind the eyes. Imagination can move to anywhere in the body is called the orange juice experiment. In this experiment, we will imagine that our body is hollow and made of glass it is so brittle if we move, it will crack. We fill it up with orange juice, it’s sticky and coloured. We fill from toes all way to head right to top. I was watching all of you, and you were putting attention where I was telling you. You all qualify as you have control over your attention. You placed yourself in different parts of your body by pure use of imagination, and yet it is the attention that moves. These sense perception that we have with which we experience ourselves. Sense perception are not working because of this body because it is built into something that operates via this body which is the astral body that was there before you are born and thereafter you die (physical body).

12min- In this experiment, you close your eyes and imagine you are sitting inside your head on the 6th floor. You are already in the wakeful state there…build a nice floor by imagination with nice carpet or rug on it behind your eyes. Place the best chair you can think of in the centre…sit on that chair. Have a small side table and place a bunch of flowers with a vase and a put a drink in a cup and a plate of your favourite snacks…all imaginary but happening in your head. You can have curtains if you like its going to be your meditation room for the future so make it as good as you can. That’s the room for meditation. He asks about the smell scent of the flower, taste of the snacks after the meditation. These sense perception are operating from within our astral body it has no matter all perceptions and operates in conjunction with this body are able to then feel outside physical eyes, hands etc because these are the one that are covering the body because of it it if there is a obstruction we don’t see. There you are always 20/20 so inner body (i.e. astral body) that is the one which is going to be meditating inside! The physical body is just a shell…that astral body may look imaginary but is more real than this body. And our assumption and experience of physical world is the only reality…we don’t experience other reality but we need to step out of this reality. This is only step 1 in meditation when you go to astral body because astral body also has a life…it does not give you permanent relief from these levels of creation there is a higher body also…that’s a wonderful body which is covered by astral body and does not have sense perception. That is the cause of all experience and everything we watch it creates all universes and everything we can experience in time and space. That is the most important body we call it the causal body. The other name is the mind is the causal body. The mind is has a very unique feature its a machine- it’s not ourselves.

20min- The astral body and sense perception look very real. Soul is not a body at all of any kind it is pure consciousness. Mind is a thinking machine and only creates in time and space. It creates karma and law of karma. Soul has no karma at all we are bearing karma of our mind which was given to us for a beautiful purpose think, write, speak use mind for all these things but not to become the mind. You are not the mind you are the power that makes the mind alive. Very few people have gone beyond the mind…some have come to delivery the message. Those people can be counted on fingers of your hand. How do we find those people? You can’t find them, sorry as we dont have means to find them. We cannot think anything outside of time and space as that is the limitation of the mind therefore all our searches is from the mind. But if somebody really wants to be a true seeker…if there is a seeker who wants to find immortality where there is no birth and death…if the person cannot find a seeker they are not qualified. When the seeker is ready the perfect living master appears in this life via coincidences.

You are the life force that makes life at all levels.

25min- He talked about Rumi. In our real self we love mystery. We are happy with mysteries but mind is not it wants to break up to see what’s inside. Mind is analytical in nature. Our soul is a synthesis that joins to see things in big grand way. Mind is only thinking machine that comes to conclusion and uses logic. It is given to us and useful only if we use it. But if mind starts using you then there is something wrong. He talked Aladdin’s story, where genie became master and Aladdin became the slave. His friend realised his friend is sad and asked him why. Friend suggested a way out. Mystics have used this analogy to say our mind is the genie. Bring the mind to the centre of the head, dig a pole aka repetition of a mantra so long as mind is repeating the mantra and when you want to solve a problem take it off from mantra. We are the soul and not the mind i.e. an ability in us to go beyond the mind and state of being where mind is left behind and that exists right inside our head. We need a help of a PLM as we always depend on the mind. The simran is chosen not to experience anything outside. He goofily used the example of using Shakey pizza as an example to be used as simran and how its associated with ‘outside’ thing. Therefore, mantra a word association inside is more valuable. The simran squeezes out words of thoughts. Nobody can stop thinking. The thinking is a continuous distraction for us as we think of outside things. Using simran we are squeezing out thoughts and putting something else. If these words have been given by PLM he empowers the word – they become empowered, when you repeat them it prevents negativity from you. So it’s very useful thing. If you are repeating the words day and night- then negativity never comes there…it’s a big advantage. These are all tested things. Listening to the words will withdrawal inside. Listening comes from the soul listening comes from the mind.

38min- Make the mind speak it louder till you can hear it clearly (the words) and repeat them steadily and ignore what is happening around any other thoughts, faces etc. stay in the centre. Concentration of attention takes place by listening and not speaking. Sounds emanating from soul, sound of the self if that can be heard you can drop everything else. 40min- The movie is on the screen and we see it on screen and we think movie is real as we cry, we laugh, joy etc. We are constantly looking at the screen not realising the screen doesn’t have the picture but behind in the projector. And unless light fall on projector you won’t see any movie. He talked about Aristotle about catharsis of emotions we do what we call a willing suspension of disbelief just to enjoy the movie which we have paid a fee. God’s exit plan from this universe is to make a PLM and come to the seeker. A person who seeks will find. If you get part of it and still seek you will get more. The qualification is to seek, whatever you seek you will find that. So God’s exit plan is simple as God himself comes to you with God’s consciousness and take you back. He talked about wheel of 84 means wheel of being born and reincarnated in 8.4million species. 5.6 million is in vegetable kingdom and human being in human form is in the last group of 400K species. The wheel of 84 for everyone because that is the very method you come into this form. This physical form results from another law- a law of karma. Karma is the very basis of having a life. It requires you should have a cause for every effect. If I am born and have to pay off karma, so when did I create it? So law of karma says you must have a past life in order to have this life and you will have a future life from this life. So what we say is our past life is only embedded memory and once we come we can connect with past life and so on and so on. So born in a very first time in wheel of 84 form we carry with notional memories which becomes our karma. The problem of this wheel is once you are trapped, there is no way to get out. We come for an experience, an adventure. So when we come for this we say its a minor trip but the law of karma says if you do good or bad things stay here and its trapping us all. To get out of this unless we have an advantage of a PLM. We can go to higher level of consciousness. Only human create karma and others are only paying off karma. How can one human create so much karma? The reason is karma is created by the mind, with the intension…the moment you use intention you create karma. We are creating karma at a tremendous rate at all time.

51min- Over 70% of time in prarabdha is predetermined. Then we use freewill…the feeling of making own decisions now…who can stop you! That feeling of freewill is the basis for creating karma. He talked about sanchit (reserved karma) and go with the flow 🙂 If you have karma-less life but reserve is so big its good for more lives. Kirayamana is what we create. That is why there is no escape unless we can find someone who can take us beyond the mind which is a PLM. Sinchit karma is destroyed once we are initiated by a perfect living master therefore it is the greatest event that can happen in our entire life. PLM can do anything! They can sometime do things which we want and sometime which we don’t want. They are truly helping us on our spiritual journey. They help us in our desires…their main purpose is to take you beyond the mind and they will full fill that obligation in all circumstances. He talked about a little story of a gardener- he was planting sapling and someone said you are planting it in midst of all the weeds..the weed will eat all of the fertilizers. He responded weeds do eat some of the food because plant will grow in spite of the weed…when plant grows under it shades…the weed dies. The responsibility a PLM takes it take you back home no matter what. He pretends on this plane why does he do that? Because the basis of going beyond the mind is love and devotion and that creates friendship like none other. His friendship and love is unconditional. He is playful with us in astral stage and true home where we find he and we are one. Therefore, masters can do anything but will do things that are to our benefit. We may not understand now but later we do understand.

1hr2min- Meditation can burn current karma. So meditation when you burn it is a karma which physically looks like it taking place but you don’t feel it and that’s how it becomes easy to go through. World is being created by God’s Mauj. Mauj can be playful- a playful will ❤ Meditation helps but it is also not the only factor- love and devotion also wipes out karma…life changes and began to change at initiation as we spend more time with an ordinary person that happens to be a PLM. He born, die, sick like us, eats like us. They do Sh Sh Sh like us. Only one level looks real to us at all times. We go to dream world physical world disappear wake up it comes back. We go to astral plane that becomes real- we were always there but we lost the awareness of Astral plane and so on. It’s like a dream within dream. Eventually you find everything is a projection. No stage is real not even sachkhand! What is real is the one that is experiencing all this- THE SELF…is the only reality. A PLM is able to hold memory while he is here he is constantly aware…when a PLM talks to us he is going to check out that region…so this direct awareness of all levels differentiates from human beings.

1hr8min- One mind taking 3 forms (pindi physical mind), astral plane is same mind waking up and associate with astral things and in casual plane the mind says I am the self and there are 100s of teachers who stop there because their mind is universal. When we go to other levels of consciousness therefore the mind itself becomes different and function differently creating its own reality which creates beings at the same level. If you look at this universe, the space extends to infinity in every direction…takes shape of a globe (theoretically). This universe is like a globe…there are astral universes which is also a bigger globe! Part of that overlaps this physical plane. Where space overlaps it becomes like a fish shape. This overlap is very interesting because one can experience both sides! The casual plane is also a globe…the biggest globe difficult to describe between astral and casual. Christ served 2 fish! We are talking of inside knowledge. The 2nd overlap has a wonderful experience where you can see both sides completely. That’s being termed as bunk-naal (crooked tunnel). People spend lot of time in overlap. When person commits suicide. Normal time is recorded in pralabdha karma. There are two types of disembodied bodies (pret- fixed, roam around- bhoot)…we call them ghosts as a collective. Overlap is a heavily populated area more than the physical world. He talked about life in Astral plane! Experiences are better there (you are a student, go to university, go to library there) but there are differences in our and their library. There search is easy…you say and book comes in front. Here we read page by page there we get all knowledge just by opening a book. There are scientists, inventors there still working on the same projects in similar institutions. They can fly, they have all the replicas of what we see here but not used the same way. All heavens and hells are there. When we die (physical death) what happens to us…we see a flash back of our life automatically and go right to our birth.

1hr22min- He asked a question if you had to go 1 month in heaven or hell, which will you choose first? Its interesting how many people chose hell 🙂 Answer is simple- they feel they went to heaven first then make heaven hell as thought of going to hell later. We are dreaming right now in the astral plane. 6 chakras work in such great harmony with each other like circuitry. All these levels I am telling you about are working together. We are dreaming in the middle of reality. We have desire good company, food all kinds of things because of how we use chakras to attach ourselves of outside things. Why was I born? We came here to have a different experience thinking its a great carnival; we came for adventure, somehow attachments trapped us here and we don’t know how to go back. We shut off our awareness to higher level so we made it real. Matter is nothing but space. Universe is hollow we know it in this plane and still we say its real as we can touch. All experiences are real but things we think are not. This world is maya. Maya means a real experience create things creating the experience are also real. We came to experience this and done a great job but now we are trapped. We don’t live on built in instincts, we have experience of freewill. May not be real but experience is real. Experience makes us seek and takes us out. What arrangement did we make? He talked about the movie Inception, where time in the dream is different. The movie takes us into 3 stages of dreaming, here we are in 6th stage! The film had a totem to wake up- so when they want to wake up they pain themselves with it. We have the same arrangement here that if we are fed up we have pain…we don’t like what we see…its not our place. When we are disappointed we turn into seekers and when we seek we have a totem which is a PLM which is also a part of a dream! He talked about fear. Fear is only in the mind…it comes from doubt…doubt is a natural product of mind. Thinking mind when it thinks it looks at different possibilities…our mind can look at negative side and become afraid. So doubt what will happen next creates fear. The more mental we are the more insecure we are. You are awake without opening your eyes its the shift of consciousness that says my dream has ended and I have awaken. It carriers its own proof and there is no proof like that. That is why doubt and fear only disappear when you go above the mind but there are many ways of tackling it but the mind will always have fear and doubt. A person who has enlightened himself to that point will never be afraid. The mind is not a collection of entities they are actually created by the mind…mind is the creative power to create things and experience. The concept of dying while living takes away fear of death because you know then that we are changing form and that form is better than this form ❤ When fear of death goes away a lot of fear and insecurities go away. The knowledge of death which is not death is very helpful. It affects your life right here and your confidence builds up and you are able to see things more clearly. You get extra perks when you do dying while living.

1hr41min- When we pray, it becomes a good prayer if you don’t ask for anything but we always praying for something. He talked about Bhagwaad Gita..where there are 3 ways to get enlightenment. Karma yoga, gyan yoga (yoga of knowledge) but highest of yoga is bhakti yoga…yoga of love and devotion as they arise from the soul not mind. He makes it clear we should be acting without reward. Leave it to other party- don’t expect this is the whole teaching…expectation creates our problem. Live life as given to you…you will get everything that you want. Are we not destroying our chance of getting things but expecting too much?

Prayer is to express what you have with no demand.

1hr44min- These building block exists in higher plane. We go to higher plane and say we want to Mr Blue today…it has a soul but has chosen to be in state at that level which is not here and used here as color. We use triangle to make every form. So these are forms and we can shake hands with circle. He quoted Aristotle and how we build a chair here came from an idea. That one idea was used millions of chairs but where did idea came from? That concept came from the casual plane. There application is taking place here. Those concepts are living entities with souls! So if we have karma to work out we can work out in many ways. All these building blocks of experience some are more subtle. Idea of jealously, competition? They are also born same way there! That’s called premonition- that you can feel what’s going to come…sometime you can see it too. Some have natural some cultivate. He shared an interesting story about Carol Canova who could feel what will happen next. I was a poor immigrant into this country with an alien card they all considered me as an alien (called green card now). I hired by company that began to give me things. Where can I meet her? She had a dream that she is meeting me in a 5-star hotel and waiting for me in a lobby and I am coming in a big stretched lemo…I dont have anything like that. So she thought it must be faulty. As it happened my partner bought a lemo and changed venue to 5-star hotel. How can it happen? It only happen if my event is already there…we don’t believe in pre-determination. How to explain it? Suppose I am reading a novel a nice story…by accident I turned 10 pages and see what’s going to happen but I dont understand as it 10 page later its by accident turning the page too quickly but the fact is it show is everything is pre-determined and we are just moving on it. Time is flowing…time doesnt we do. Time is still it never moves…it’s a link containing all events that can ever happen…we are time-travelling. In another part of physical universe there is a planet where your movement of time is controlled by you. People control their own time. The time and space are not distinguishable there at all. Einstein said the same thing but we don’t understand it but when we say time-travel we are travelling on time. I had a very interesting experience with a psychic in India…when I went to a naval job and I met a man with turban (Batras). It’s a very interesting story ❤ What bothered me was that he wrote it before I thought of it. I was so surprised and asked how you can do this. He gave my whole thought sequence after that. The guy not only knew correct answer but correct sequencing of thinking that I had with those answers. Best evidence I had for knowing predetermination. It doesn’t look like it. How did he learn it? He explained it- we are very few left now and called Batras and what person can think 5 minutes later.

1hr59min- Then I met another person and he said good luck to me…and I said why are you saying good luck…you are Punjabi…he said because you have good luck. Tell me what the good luck is. He says first give the fee…that show its all greed. I didn’t say how much…you can give me any fee…how about 1p…and he said yes and put it on my palm. He said in 29 days from today you will get good news (good luck) 29 days from that you will get bad news and 29 days later I will check to see if this came true or not. 29 days South India tea company made him head 29 days after that Great Master died (2nd April) and I was really sad and then there was a doctor homeopathy one. We opened a joint clinic and I went to Delhi for get supplies and man hit me back 29 days later…he said you really convinced me of something…Now give me the balance fee…now these experiences show how little we know of time, future and just going along with assumptions. When we say we are making future now…is it true or false? Truth is the entire destiny there is no time…therefore its now. When we say do we have freewill or not…but its only experience of freewill as we dont know what the future is so it feels like freewill. The maker of freewill is same as you…the self is the same. People tell me why I am having bad karma…if you blaming God you must knowing God. You are the maker at this level and higher you will find out you are the maker…and at top you will find you are maker of all. So answer change to our question at different level of consciousness. You will not make effort without grace…so at the end you discovery effort was also because of grace. I am sorry I am giving long answers. I will see you tomorrow ❤
