Video Description: Welcome friends to 2nd day of the Bhandara day celebration. I mentioned to you earlier meditation is the gateway to the spiritual path. It is inside our head called 3rd eye or single centre or the 10th door. The technique consists of 3 days in which you can do that. To repeat words to prevent mind from thinking other things. There is a problem in that- I have noticed that problem that when we repeat words…mind keeps thinking of other things. Therefore, I am giving you a tip that was given to me and it works…while repeating words you find another voice speaking it tries to choose different voices i.e. the mind don’t go with that…make that voice join with repetition at the same time. So after that you will hear 2 voices at the same time then a 3rd, 4th one may come. Don’t try to stop- make every voice comes into your head join into the simran. Then mind jumps to another channel…visual channel, their face comes distracting in same way…make that face join in the repetition of the words. If you do this- no matter how active mind is…there is a big chorus of being repeating the simran at same time and helping withdraw attention to the centre. Other secret is your voice doing simran it takes time…when repeating in head tongue speaks but after practise goes away. Sometime you have to raise your voice with your mind (not tongue) you can hear very loud repetition in your head and that can block out mind distracting. We are in control not the mind. 2nd way is to listen to the sound inside because eventually the sound will pull us. I met a Japanese commentary and we hear too many sounds so he build a sound proof meditation chamber in Japan (20 miles outside Tokyo). When I went inside I could hear my heart-beat never like before and you will notice that with practising simran these sounds are interfering with us! So its only by practise takes time when you hear inner sound without heart beat hearing. People done pranayama (breathing exercise) they have problem…it takes longer for them as physical sounds distracts them. So depending on our background we may take time to hear the sound. The regular sound resembles more like a bell sound…it comes in little bells but before in cricket sound. Behind these sounds you will notice sound doesn’t have same distance from you. When you hear different layers of sound go from one to the other this way you approach the bell sound which has a power and when you hear it seem to pull you THAT is the original sound of the 3rd eye centre.

12min- That’s a very melodious…its a beautiful experience and they draw your attention in. Attaching yourself to bell sound you will be pulled. That’s 2nd way of holding your attention. The 3rd one is- because the mind distracts you both by verbal thoughts. The real journey starts when you are at the 10th door where PLM who initiated you he is appearing in his own ways and he is calling you from a distance. Image come and go…mind is not concentrated enough…take times when image is held when you talk to the image but one danger image could be just imagined by your mind. Therefore, the empowered words at time of initiation. Master is there all the time- you will notice that the imaginary inside is different from outside in sense you never have total darkness and then grey light appears. In astral plane there is no total darkness and t here is twilight and in that where light is not so strong things have their own radiance as they shine themselves. In that light, you will see everything illuminated master is illuminated everything is radiant there that’s the nature of astral plane. The moment you step more into that experience when you are less conscious of this physical body. Those experiences, he will be with you forever. He will never go away you will feel him beside you at all time. You will never miss him even if he dies physically. GM said if you do your homework I will never die. While master is alive do this part of your homework to manifest him inside. These masters manifest themselves so well and they take in charge of our destiny. So this is the process of meditation after that your journey is together. You don’t run the risk into going to hells. So its a useful thing that this path is not travelling alone but with a friend who knows everything about the journey and is able to guide us to every level of consciousness. It’s a continuous awakening for us. Master can change forms in these experiences but they will tell you. In the astral plane our form is not what it is here. In Astral life we have another life but first time you appear to have same form as we have it here. Then we realise this master we knew in previous life all different forms can come up. You can read people’s thoughts also, people can’t keep secrets in the astral plane. So its a very clear kind of life there. You can live there as long as you like. Once in a while Master gives us a glimpse even higher. It’s a question of Master’s secret way of building our faith. Without which mind will work towards desires and once the mind disappoints you- all faith is shaken by the mind. Therefore, masters keep on giving you more and more glimpses to keep the faith.

23min- No faith than going within and you can see your whole destiny and you understand the nature of time it works differently at different levels. Also, in physical time we don’t believe time but watches and clock. Suppose we are having a good time and an hour pass you feel 15minutes same if you are suffering time goes slow 😦 In astral world we can freeze time and subjective time becomes the real time. In the casual world time can be seen clearly and we can go back both ways. There is no present just where we want to focus our attention on. After that experience, you know everything. There is still a possibility of doubt only if you go beyond casual level and we go there we discover soul and mind can no longer create doubt for you. Let’s try to do the simran first, total simran which means any voice and face comes up let them join in the simran. Remember it’s not the speaking of simran but listening to it that draws your attention. Attention should be on listening on the words, what are the sound like. We are the listener so close your eyes and start practising total simran. Practice makes anything possible. There was a king in India who was a very good marksman with bow and arrow. One day he was coming back from hunt and saw his wife standing on balcony of the palace who was wearing ornament on the head and he took his arrow send it right up and went through and took ornament down and she didn’t even feel it. He then told her look my arrow in the ornament and look its down there. She said not a big deal with practise one can do anything. So he got upset in those days he said I dont want you here in my palace. So guards took her in jungle and left her there. She saw a mama elephant and baby elephant being born. She took baby and gave it a bath and played with the cutie blimpy and place the baby near the mama. Beautiful story 🙂 By practise one can do anything and certainly applies in meditation and spiritual path. Regular practice is more important than a lot of practise with big intervals. Let’s try method of dhyaan/ contemplation. There was a live meditation but not shown. Dhyaan is done when you can recall an event with the master and seeing him in front of you. Dhayaan is a living experience. It’s a recal of an actual experienc with the master otherwise mind keeps on making images. The actual radiant form of the master appears when you make spiritual progress. since the time of initiation. He is there from time of initiation you may see him later sometime in dreams! Sometimes in strange experience outside! You see him outside physically and then disappears but Master is ALWAYS with you.

36min- When you do dhyaan you need to remember the physical face of master. Keep your eyes closed till I count 5….1,2,3,4,5. Open your eyes…welcome back ❤ Practice more practise will give you all that I talk about. Its all inside but once you are inside you will find what is the grace flowing. We will do more meditation tomorrow…we will also flying exercise for inner skies how its to be in the Astral plane. He talked about building committee, dedicated to name in my Master. We were planning to go and see the site but there has been so much snow. Not accessible right now. So we are trying to postpone to a later date and on 3rd April we will have more time and tell you personal experiences with GM as well as with other advanced satsanghis. So many miracles start happening. Don’t make it a religion or ceremonial.

Spirituality is NOT religion. You can follow any religion as spirituality is an exploration of the self. Spirituality doesn’t divide as its common for all humanity.

41min- You are here because of the seeking. Passion can be used for attaching to this world or to go within. There was a gangster/ dacoit and he was part of a gang go and rob people. His name was Shaadi / Shadi who was a Muslim guy? He saw GM was holding a discourse so he walked about in dera and found children sitting…he saw kids taking care of gold. He saw some ladies take care of the gold…he said this is the easiest target for him. What surprised him was how much people have so much influence that they don’t care where their gold is! So he decided what he is saying…with that curiosity he went to see GM satsangh and when he went there. GM said something that startled him. So he waited for Satsang to finish and went to master how you know who I am about gangsters have that sound inside them. He became one of the most advanced satsanghi in the dera. He had great spiritual experiences- he met Christ, Mohammad and GM allowed him to speak about it. He setup a little generator and started putting a long belt where I used to play with it. And he was helped place first electric bulb in GM home ❤ Right now for this new building we will give a presentation. We have a committee doing this who will present on what’s going on. Dera was built on basis of donations and with people’s skills and labour. Shaadi contributed lot of labor. There was a mastana from Baluchistan. Seva has an advantage if you can’t meditate too much you can make up in seva. Meanwhile, I will take sometime off for more interviews.
