I think Mark has done a good job. Let’s give round of an applause to Mark…thank you Mark. I explained why its very important to have a perfect LIVING master if you want to return to your true home. If your goal is different, you don’t have to wait for that. If you don’t have a PLM i.e. a LIVING Master the only master you can have is your own mind. I was posted in Himalayas and met a lot of masters and I asked them if you are helping people in the USA…none of them said yes. They are doing our duty right here…not for other people in other continents. Some people say they can get guidance from nature even birds, dogs, kitties speak to them…but don’t they realise the interpretation is guided by your own mind. Power of mind cannot be underestimated.

Mind does not want you to go beyond itself! It’s the biggest wall between you and your truehome.

Therefore, a living master is essential.

Any master who says going within is guiding you in the right direction, no matter how perfect or imperfect he is. Secret is to seek and you will find.

6min- There is a distinct possibility a master who only pulls attention to our of body experience calls it true home. Astral plane is a vast plane about a 1000 layers within itself. All dead relatives of mine are here this is exactly what I thought. Our thoughts cannot comprehend our true home. But whatever is within time and space has definite life and will finish. Mortality is beyond time and space. Therefore, it’s very important if you want to go beyond true home you had enough of this. There are many ways to discover your own self. The self is the only reality all else is made up it’s illusion…its created by the self.

Self is consciousness per say …totality of consciousness is the self

8min- The experience that can be created by self is unlimited. It can create anything because its whole power is to be consciousness of anything. It operates most creative power that whatever it wants to be aware of it becomes a creation! Alak, anami etc are for satpurush to travel. The self cannot be hidden…it is always there no matter where you are, what you are, who you are…no matter if you are something or nothing. Satpurush means true being.

Self is the consciousness power inside us and is called the soul.

12min- People sitting here are some of us. Some of us want to go beyond the mind to our true home. That is only possible with company of a PLM and being initiated by a PLM. I mentioned, yesterday, that initiation is not a teaching method of meditation. Iniitaiton has very little to do with teaching, it is to discover a soul wanting to go back home, finding that soul and guaranteeing that I will take you back home. It is when a PLM guarantees this he places himself inside the head of that disciple so the disciple can have access to that master. PLM takes full responsibility to take you back home. Therefore, if you have desire to go back home, PLM like us and play and run together that kind of master…he will take you back home ❤ A PLM is the BEST friend you can have…his unconditional love is unparalleled to any experience you can have.

17min- I discovered GM is a yaar first and then master. A PLM who can guide you and be a part of your life and manifest in you is necessary to make spiritual progress to your true home. He will take you as far as he can. You automatically would know as you may like to go further. Your seeking will still continue. I remember the story about a friend of mine an engineer in Burma, Dr Trilok Chand. He was very keen to find a PLM. He heard PLM can give sound and simran to take us back home. Then he found there was a master but he lived in Madras (Chenai) and he found there was a swami who could do that. Trilok was a miserly person. He wouldnt touch his 30,000 rupees and met the swami, who was very impressive. Swami ji said to him have you heard of story of Ashtavakra and king Janak.

34min- Once GM initiated Trilok Chand ji he managed to get inner experience. He was a very humble man…became a very good frirne of mine and my family. One day we were sitting around GM…he said Master if I had known that you are the real master…how would have not given 30K to that master in Madras. GM said the day you came to me, I transferred those 30K to my account…don’t think you lost anything there…i.e. what you did there is accounted for. Follow if a teacher is teaching you to go inside. Your responsibility is not to find a guru…no PLM ever claims he is a guru…he claims he is a servant of the guru. A guru finds you and reveals to you through your experiences inside. It’s not easy but truth is your role is to seek and if you seek you WILL find ❤ So seeking should not stop. So, nothing to worry about this but I emphasied importance of PLM if you want to go beyond the mind. The company of the master, satsang, how important it is.

Satsang means company of the truth

40min- GM used to write letters to his master Jaimal Singh Ji. Satsang doesn’t mean big gathering but it is the company of the truth. For us, we don’t know any more visible than the master. So when we talk of the master, the truth comes in front. So there are so many ways of doing satsang to keep the mind on track. Unless we give the highest priority we won’t make progress, that is why satsang is very important. The third thing I mentioned was the importance of meditation at the right place- it’s not a meditation chair or a matt or corner of a room nor a temple nor any particular space. The special place for meditation the only place is in your head behind the eyes. So the meditation should always begin with meditation chamber there. Practise sitting in that little place, which becomes very big if you sit long enough. And those we have done some exercise, we will do more today. When you say meditation, forget everything around behind the eyes in the head and put your attention there. You only travel by one means- via attention. Then I mentioned hold your attention there. The only problem would be…scattered thoughts that take you out.

To overcome this distraction, I mentioned three methods:

1. Repetition of words (simran) and LISTEN to them and put attention on them

2. Listen to internal sounds (it is audible) this path is called surat shabd yoga/ audible life current. It is the best way- its the royal road to go back

3. Dhyaan/ contemplation of the face of the master because when you contemplate face of the master- to show love to the master- it becomes real- the master’s interaction within you that it will pull you. In that kind of meditation love and devotion will grow and will take you beyond the mind.

53min- The cause of negativity the whole places of negativity is placed on time. Time is kaal. Kaal is a principle its a function of negativity through which mind has been created. Sadpurush- the true being which we are in individuated form has been given access to experience negative area though time which devolves within us sits as mind. Mind is a unit of time. We experience karma when we began to identify with the mind. The mind just functions only in time and space cannot contemplate anything outside. Intellectuals came to see GM and said to him- master you keep on saying mind cannot know suchkhand, we are all trained to use our minds and we are experts in using our mind (legal, accounting, professors) to think properly. How do you say things cannot comprehend in mind. GM said are you believing in religion, do you beleive in God? How many Gods are there? We think its only one God who is inside us. So how does one God is in all of you? If you explain that with your mind I would be happy to go further- and they couldn’t explain. Mind has limited range to work. There is one more thing I would like to add- how do you measure progress? Whether you are making internal progress on the spiritual path? Progress can be measured what is happening outside and inside. Jaimal Singh Ji missing his master Shiv Dayal Singh…please give me time to see you. Swami Ji said your soul is roaming around and yes come and see me next month in the first week. So Jaimal Singh Ji went and said these letters are not for me. So Swami Ji said are you sure? Jaimal said you said my soul is roaming around whereas it’s going nowhere. They both went meditation and Swamiji asked if I wrote correctly your soul was roaming when I wrote those letters. Jaimal Ji said Yes master ❤ You can be blind-folded so you only get feeling of missing master. What is the need for blind folding? The answer is simple- we are going through a karmic pattern of life- which we have to pay off karma by punishment and reward. Is missing only thing to judge progress? Yes t here are 5 vices through our mind- lust, anger, greed, possessiveness and ego these are strong in us when we are in the world doing stuff karmically. If they become less you are making progress.

1hr3min- If coincidences in life change, they look like miracles to you…you are making progress! If sanskar/ attitude in life changes- sanskar is dependent up on previous life and those attitudes are hardest to change. These attitudes began to change and that’s a progress! Sometimes other can see changes in your more than you can. So the changes takes place in us gradually. The most important change you notice is development of faith. What is faith? Faith and belief same thing- not really. You can believe in something and have no faith. Faith is where you say there is something hidden behind something and you don’t know what it is. It is based on a mystery. Baba Ji shared a story of two boys on Juhu beach about sand castles. A story to emphasis on the importance of faith. There is blind faith (believing some else saying something) or living faith. Blind faith goes forever whole life based up on religious belief which does not progress. On other hand a faith that grows inches by inches every time new thing happening- it’s a faith increases daily that’s a living faith yet we haven’t seen anything- it’s still a mystery but not based on blind belief which never changes or becoming different. With meditation and putting own love and devotion you build faith that takes you up. The surat shabd method is best one I could find and I recommend it anyone who wants to find that. Seek and don’t worry who the master is…master knows you…he knows you inside out ❤ We are so transparent tehy can see our past lives, our sanskars, our attachments etc. When master says you are ready…he has seen you can step off and move so you are in a very good place tomorrow is my Master’s bhandara…he passed away on 2nd April 1948. Every year I still with my friends and remember it. It’s a very important day for me- its a day with abundance of grace and we open our bag and it will be filled with goodies of grace ❤
