Video Description: Welcome friends to this 2nd day of this 3 day meditation workshop. As we found out yesterday, meditation is to put your attention on to something. We meditate on different things every day. Most of the time we meditate on things outside up on ourselves and we spend all our time thinking about them. For spiritual growth, we need to meditate on our inner, not outer self. For that we have a path and that is the pathway to realising yourself is within yourself, not outside. Consciousness is operating in a physical frame in a vast world in which experiences can be obtained outside but MUST vaster experiences can be experienced inside us. When you find out creation is merely a build up of experiences outside from what is inside…when the body dies the world dies with us and what is left is new world opening up which maybe a replica of this but it is a new world. It is similar to dream world. We have not come to suffer but to have an adventure. What we call suffering is a part of this adventure. To appreciate our original state, we create a pair of opposite (misery against happiness etc.).

The purpose of life is to have adventure here and to discover what is our true home..where we belong and to go back there.

7min- Our true home is where there is no birth and death, no suffering, no karma, no such thing as pair of opposite but just pure love. There is no such thing as death…as body is just a cover. Cover goes by the law of this nature and has to be ‘shed’ by everybody. The inner self tells us we will never die. If you are aware of the true nature of creation…our attitude start changing from NOW. How boring it will be if there is no ups and downs. Everyone is happy in heaven..its boring there but its great 🙂 Mark Twain said for company go to hell…there are places in creation for those who are completely totally good or bad but to be human you have to have a mixture of both. That’s why we are here…its a great experience, without them we won’t be seekers. There is built-in system here…we go through ups and downs lead to seeking. That is why true place for finding true home is human body in physical plane. I think it’s the best place to be a seeker and able to go back home WHILE you are HERE! Method to do that is meditation but there are so many kinds of meditation. Below the eyes are energy centres, and people meditate on those energy centres also. But they don’t lead to higher awareness of our true self. To do so, we have to stay behind the eyes and above the eyes and not below. The physical body has some energy ganglion below and above which overlap, so there are some points and those awaken when focused on them. 12 centres behind lead to awakening of higher awareness. You can jump some of them. Some are not keen on astral and casual but straight to spiritual plane..its quite possible and they have done work already to do so. One method of yoga…I have personally practised yoga many kinds of practises, I was able to have great energy experiences. I then practised via GM yoga…it was surat shabd yoga…put attention on the sound and you have yoga/ union with your self.

16min- Frequency and vibration require air and space. Sound requires air! Radio requires space and if you can hear it without air and space then it can be still called sound as it is audible and we call it shabd/ word different names. I am speaking to you that is also sound. Very first step is spoken sound varnatmak. Inside we put attention inside we do so again via spoken words to a point of 10th door and there it ends…spoken words are not useful or needed after that is to collect ourself to gateway to our home and we switch over to sound can be heard …it is dhunatmak purely sound to take up to casual plane…and above that there is continuous sound…we dont know what to call it its called aahat-shabd or Om. None of these work.,

21min- You know yourself we call it beyond Brahm…we call it parbrahm. Surat shabd yoga is the whole creative power coming right from the top, where there is no two at all. It takes you, stage by stage, all these forms all the way to top. My master gave me challenge to go and see other yogas as something better…he also said if you find something better come and tell me I will also take it ❤ It convinced by sceptic mind. Not only I haven’t been able to find something better…(maybe I didn’t search well enough!) but I couldn’t even find a description of anything better. It is possible to hear the sound while in this physical body. Our distraction keeps on increasing, that is why grace of those also more…it is flowing at a rate never flown before. Of course we miss it…its like rain fall…it is falling if you put cup upside down it never gets filled but if you turn straight up it will fill up in no time. This is a great opportunity, I am feeling so luck to be between seekers…we are all co-travellers who are seeking true home. One has to pray for something…why not pray for the Giver of all things ❤ He is willing to give at all times. This is possible through proper meditation.

27min- Initiation is given at a stage when they feel we are ready for it. They have a judgement…they look at us…they don’t look at our face or body but look at our entire karma and what we destined to live in the future. Initiation is not telling you words to repeat…it is a connection between master and disciple of enteral being together till we reach back our true home. A permanent relationship created at the 10th door behind the eyes during initiation (or something even little earlier). Baba Ji shared story of that old man who saw GM in his dream…and he walked on foot for a month as he was so poor…he was missing someone who have seen in dream…he carried a little bag…GM was standing outside his house…I along with others were standing their with folded hands…he ran to feet of GM and got hold of his feet..please give me naam…GM looked at him and said what once again? Quickly he said no you were initiated when you left your village…I will give you formality tomorrow. Initiation took place a month earlier. Empowered words by PLM they become so powerful that repeating them keep all negativity away. I would routinely repeat these words but I wanted to play with these ghosts they run away. Initiation is a connection developed between disciple and master. Master is carrying totality of consciousness at all times. GM live like an ordinary person otherwise how can he become our friend. Love and friendship is with people like ourselves we dont have that kind of love for someone extraordinary that cannot be friends. They are sometime more ordinary than ordinary people and make sure they are in a position to be friendly with us that they can call us friend. That veterinary doctor Isher Singh…we have never recognised them…they are friend first master next. That is real relationship with us and the master. He is a friend unconditionally at all time.

36min- Don’t mistake him to be a teacher. Guru term has become a great business too. PLM do this as service both us and their master at the same time. Its a very different ball game when it comes to PLM and when comparing them to teachers.

True love transcends the mind, where there is no judgement and ego is put behind. In true love ‘I’ disappears. In attachment we say I love you and in true love we say ‘you you you’.

40min- You need the ego to seek! You need the Iness to do things! You use the ego properly. two ways- one is to use it for your spiritual purposes (I am going to meditate) same ego but using positively. when you deal with the world…I have to be used all the time…merge your I with your master…master is doing everything! You have not crushed your ego…you are able to do work in the world as you are using master power! I power is small and master is big…when we come across such issues in our life we have right to go to master and get the guidance. If living master passes away and you have his presence in you via initiation…you have direct access to him. He gives you recipe to prevent mind interference…charged words, use them mind negativity cannot reproduce the master. So many protections provided on this path. I recommend those who want to go to true home to try surat shabd yoga.

44min- Do we eventually stop using the repetition? The repetition only takes us to short journey after sound takes us to the creative power. Eat less means instead of two scoops take one scoop of ice-cream. Our mind loves tasty delicious things…if you feed mind same thing it gets fed up and it loves variety. Real answer is if you get something more tasty INSIDE your experiences…inside there is greater taste satisfaction than outside. In astral plane there is variety of taste than in physical world. Sexual energies is concerned that is one of the big things draw us out…great master used to recommend do more running drain your energy by external exercises. Contemplating the face of the master- when you see face of the master..there is certain part EYES And the FOREHEAD cannot be duplicated by the mind. If you can repeat the empowered words and eyes and forehead is there it is the master. Love and Devotion is act of love you are experiencing. Love is something that is pulled…it pulls us…what we are experiencing is our reaction…love comes from the master side and our reaction is called devotion. PLM try to feel bad, sad…so far forgiveness is concerned its always there…they forgive all the time. This man committed all the sins and you forgave him? What else I could do…don’t put me into punishers…his mind is punishing him…let me stay in the category of forgivers. They understand what trap we are living in…whole karmic system is punishment and reward. They are forgivers at all times. Okay we take up more questions later…meditation socialising whatever you want to do…we meet at 3pm.
