Video Description: Welcome friends to this 2 day program in Singapore. I am very happy to come here after many years. We are all trying to go back to our true home as this world where we live has too many ups and downs…dualities therefore doesn’t appear to a right kind of place for us and want to go where this is peace, happiness, and bliss which is Sachkhand. Mind can question anything and after 8 years of my own initiation I was not satisfied and looked around. Only believing in blind faith will not help as it’s given to us by religion they tell us to believe things which will happen after we die but no where it says you can find it right now. The gift of a human body is the greatest gift. Who has arrived…that life can be put into a piece of flesh…isn’t that a miracle? This human body is the greatest miracle of all…it has got trillion of cells and each cell has its own DNA molecule and it has complete history of the universe. Apart from that, there are miles of nerves between cells sending signals.

6min- Body has a possibility of every life in it…what is life? The soul came out in birth totally with its own temperament, karma, totally different from everybody else. Its iris pattern is different from everyone else in the world. Our body is the greatest miracle and super miracles is within this body we have entire of the universe…does our body really contains all these things? Anyone can find by going within. We experience this world by power of attention and consciousness. Attention is secret of all experiences. Attention is so important to have experience…what we have to do so within ourselves?

Meditation is nothing but putting your attention within yourself but not outside.

11min- We have an inner body that has eyes, ears, nose…that body is embedded in this body…it is slightly bigger than this body…when we move our physical body we move that body also. That body can see without these eyes. Inner body power can make outer body see…inner body can see more. How could you see with outer body or imagine things? What is the power of seeing? The power of hearing, touching, tasting, they exist in the inside body. Two ways to find out- one if we die…naturally this body isn’t available..it turns into dust after inner body leaves (soul)…but why not try to die without dying? How can we do so? The power of dying while living is built into us…we can experience death while we are still alive…that ability exist in this body…how? To simulate when we physically die. Dying is not instantaneous. Baba Ji said pineal gland dies last. The longer you keep attention there, the more you become unaware of this body. It is like dying while living. What happens after death- it can examine right here. We have been told how to focus our attention, i.e. on anything other than our own self…never learn how to withdraw our attention. Its a miracle of having human body and discover is there more in this body than the physical part by withdrawing attention to own self. Beyond you will find even that body that creates sense perception behind lies another body with no shape…we call thinking mind or casual body…because it causes all experiences. That too is accessible because by withdrawing attention I am referring to body within the body.

19min- Astral body is also a body it has a life like physical body. This body has a limited time compared to time existing outside. Earth itself is 4-5 billion years old. Therefore, when we have small time here…the inner body has more time but not so much. It has 1000-3000 physical years of life therefore can have several human life times there. But mind has life of millions of years. It has body that causes everything, can think, understand, it can put sense perception in certain combination, it can be happy, sad, depressed…do all those things and put it in words…time and space…it all dependent on casual self inside. It is called universal mind, brahm. Through meditation, it is accessible to us. Karma is created, born and experienced by the mind in this body. Mind is a power thing…it can create and experience time and space. This beauty we have this wonderful thing inside…power of reasoning/ logic/ thinking, its a great facility/ gift given to us to use. The power of the mind is unbelievable. The mind is the greatest gift to us…we didn’t qualify to get a human body…its a gift given to us by the creator. We came for adventure…our true home is peaceful/ bliss and happiness..when we come here see pair of opposites…we go home and say now we can appreciate what we have i.e. our true home. Our power of consciousness appreciates which is opposite to what it already has. World of opposites has been created to we can go back and appreciate our true home which has no duality or pair of opposite. Our life is a great amusement park but we wanted that. We forget where we belong…why? If we realise we are here temporarily…our whole attitude will change. Why did we lock ourselves from our own reality? How did we forget our true home is? What could be the good reason for this? The reason is obvious..we did not come to experience illusion but reality…by forgetting what we knew.

28min- When we come here we forgotten where we came from so we can have a real experience here. I come from the USA they have big show on broadway and then there are street show for one dollar. In the broadway show, they are so real…we forget they are unreal. In the movie we cry we laugh, we get jitters and forget its just a shadow on the screen. We have done a wonderful job in forgetting our true home. Then we could be trapped here forever! Not too bad if we have made arrangements to trigger back home…these PLMs are those triggers. We made that arrangement ourselves…a PLM as a human being is also created by us. When did we create it? In the very beginning…so this arrangement we made ourselves and that is why when the time is right (by our own standard)…trigger works…PLM comes and says now is the time to go. In a story form…when we left our home..some of us were concern…the key was we make arrangement when we go back our essence of true home should come and take us back home. When we find a person like that when we are ready. The super-duper miracle is that we have freewill…we think we decide! Do we really decide? Everything is predetermined but we decide what is predetermined at INCEPTION! We decided the whole pattern that is our real true will created it. Now we exercise our freewill which is not real…it looks real…when we use our freewill here…when I was in India went to a job in Indian Navy..a Sikh gentleman (‘Batras’) asked me a piece of paper…wonderful story ❤

36min- What we think is freewill has somehow been decided somewhere else. I was very impressed first live proof about what we think is freewill is not really free. He said I am practising we are called Batras…very few are left we have learned how to read mind of person 5minutes before one can think. That means what I am going think is already written somewhere! How come …I am so confused…who decided it? When you discover truth of true home…you discover you wrote every bit of it…it was predetermined pre-will which you are now employing it now…its remarkable experience. But what is the value of this? No other life think should I chose this or not except human being…in our old classic scripture in India…8.4million life species and more than half are in plant kingdom and then other categories…in last 400K comes human being and in human being one alone in 8.4million have choice of freewill. The freewill is because of ignorance but other go via instinct. The value is…because of this function it can experience seeking…seeking the truth! We planted this freewill to seek truth. Its most useful thing- in world karma is the law and working on action and reaction. When you have freewill to decided…we have a little piece of the mind that thinks other thoughts conscience…we argue within us…conscience determines good and bad. It makes it via environment, religion, society…experience of world changes our concept of conscience keeps on changing.

43min- Spiritual karma extends over several life. Law of karma operates via mind and we get trapped into this. As it happens, we can do all the good things and do bad things..unfortunately (or fortunately) bad things can be more ‘delicious’…because of temptation but guilt holds and then we get ‘punished’. Freewill usage places us in a prison house…we are prisoners of our freewill, whereas it was given to escape from this world. Freewill was a secret weapon for seeking the truth. People ask where I can find perfect guru. You don’t have to run anywhere…if his consciousness has reached where its all one…does he not know we are seeking for him…when we talk of a perfect guru..who appears in our life when we are seeking for such perfection…seeking is in your heart…secret is not to run around but to stop running around. By series of coincidences he will appear in your life. There are so many gurus around at that time GM used to say..there appear to be more gurus than disciples. They take from people than giving…they all look the same…some more guru than others. Guru appears as one you can associate with love and devotion. Meditation is merely a way to find out your love and devotion. GM used to say its like a thermometer…it can measure fever not give fever. Your seeking is based on love and devotion and meditation tells you how far you have gone. Meditation has techniques which are physical. We use words to repeat…how can there be language there is no time, space and mind? A mantra cannot take us beyond time and space…it is therefore use to step inside to able to learn art of withdrawal of attention inside. The only language exist ther eis language of consciousness which is love and devotion.

50min- Language exists here…the method which my master taught…which I recommend is called Surat Shabd Yoga. How can there be sound if there is no time and space? That means sound is very limited…sound definition keeps on changing. There is a beginning in sound in physical world. Therefore, it starts with spoken language which we use for mantra (varnatmak shabd). Good step…we can use it to go within ourself. What next…next is there are no spoken words after that. We change it to Dhunatmak shabd. It can be heard, listen to but nothing somehting we can write and speak. It can also also be listened to i.e. pull our attention to. Listening involves attention! If you can listen attentively it can pull you beyond first to second stage and take you to casual self! Then it fails there…after that we are treading into area where there is no sound at all…no hearing device but listening devive to power resonance…creating universes…we go into sharshabd which takes us beyond all covers of mind. Astral body is not our soul, mind is not our soul…our soul is when we go to resonance of creation (Sar shabd) and our own soul is the creative source for everything. That discovery comes to us that we are the sound all the time. If you want to know who you are..that’s who you. Fortunately with help of PLM we can have that experience while sitting in this body! Our true home changes the sound…sat shabd….it takes us beyond all these levels and finds we are Totality of Consciosuness. Then you discover the truth…you are never born and die that you are immortal …that disocvery when you feel you are in true home. If this is possible, what greater miracle can you expect!

55min- Every step you take will be a miracle for you. I am not sayning there is nothing outside to be seen. Don’t make it a prison but make life a movie…a drama. Don’t get attached to things that you become dependent on this experience. When we go to sleep we don’t dream forever we always wake up. There was a nice movie…Inception where people can dream within a dream within a dream and dream. It showed interesting feature 10min dream feels like 1-2 hours within a dream 50hours and in 3rd dream it feels like whole life. What impressed me was that is the truth. When I went to USA in 1960s to study…it used to dynamic clinics called sleep clinics to study our reaction when we sleep via study of rapid eye movement. We all have several dreams every night- its a natural process but we don’t usually remember it. Timings is quite different…in that movie they also showed in order to wake up they carried a little toutum. Therefore painful event helped to wake up. Isn’t it true we have created the same thing…we are pained by our life we think of going back home. Its so much like that movie as PLM comes as a totum and wakes us up. We are in the 6th level of dreaming (7th is when we dream in the physical plane). We wear different bodies…when we withdraw our attention we are awakening ourself to higher level of memory.

1hr3min- This mind of ours can create infinity..what is inifinity? Because of nature of time and space we take them as absolute…and that is one of the prison houses for us…time particularly a prison house for us because our karma operates…that is the prison house we got into and by forgetting this is not our true home and we serve prison terms in one body and another. But when time is right we go on path of self realisation. We can start practising right now and see if I can treat this world like a movie/ show. Try it for one week your whole life will change…if you can do that…you then learn things you took so seriously has no significance…the great mantra I ever heard…is SO WHAT! I am hoping that you will all benefit from knowledeg by PLM to go back to true home. True home isn’t too far…somebody asked me how far…right here in our own head. Its where you are operating from. Experience has moved around you created by your power of consciouness…we are consciousness beings and part of totality of consciousness. Truth is so amazing its a big wide world around us…we have just come for a short time…we created this world when we open our eyes. But its not something blindly believe in. GM told me don’t have blind faith in anything…believe in what you can experience. Don’t have reason to disbeleive but put it on shelve. Soul is the ultimate consciosuness that makes everything alive. Its empowering everything…but the soul is trapped in these experienecs and can sperate itself to know who we are. Surat Shabd Yoga of putting attention on the sound…yield all these experiences I talked about. Go step by step…don’t be in a hurry.

Sometimes mind wants to disbelief but something else in us wants to believe…then of course your soul is yearning for the truth. When soul belif becomes so strong…it will over-ride the mind.

1hr11min- Imagination was totally imaginary..and suddenly we find imagination is more real. This is all pre-determined and your inner experiences will tell you…its a one time creation with no time. Thati s why my prayer for all of you is take advantage as you are ready…you are here because you are seeking. I want to take something time with you for those who want to do practical steps for meditation. We will do that…some part today and some tomorrow. I say things from my experience because experience is the best teacher.

I don’t believe in talk the talk but walk the walk. Talk is not good enough we must practise what we listen!
