Video Description: Welcome friends to this 2nd half of today’s session. I am happy to be back again and follow up on what I talked in the morning about live and living faith and we should make distinction between the two. On spiritual path it should be living faith. If it doesn’t look at your ownself and see am I doing my homework by shifting attention from outside to inside. Most of the times friends have come to me and complained because nothing has happened in their style of ritual meditation. Meditaiton is a small part of their ritual and still thinking of the world things..how can that be a change. The most important thing in meditation is that meditation where you merely close your eyes is no meditation at all…to make it effective to feel that you are not this body and that this body is a house of yours and it has many parts above the eyes, top of head…this section of body is your place you should call your meditation chamber where you should meditate. Think of nothing else but of that part. Little hall place for meditation if you don’t do this what meditation is that…it will lead to waste of time. 10 minutes of effective meditation is worth more than 2.5 hours closed eyes thinking of worldly things. Forget this is you…body is a vehicle and you are sitting in chamber…decorate it…you can do much…put furniture there with imagination…put flowers there…but make it there nowhere else. Imagination is a powerful instrument but behind the eyes…make that space no matter how hard mind tries to jump down…make a hard floor at eye level because when we try to meditate we drop down and no longer there. The reason is simple every night we go to sleep…we lose awareness of the body so is kind of a meditation. How does dream takes place? Wakeful state in the body where we believe when well ook out from eyes we are looking out from there we feel our thinking process is taking place in the head. We have correct feeling who conscious apparatus is located behind the eyes. In dream state that shifts…it shifts down below..you believe you are in the throat. This movement of our attention…level of point of consciousness shifts all the time…during meditation, when we get higher or lower awareness (like dream state). To make use of this about yourself in wakeful state…because the whole experience of freewill takes place in the wakeful state and no other state. In the lower state of dreaming you can’t make a choice as its running like a prescripted thing. Location change so rapidly and yet it looks normal but you lose that ability to freewill. When you go to higher level you already know what’s happening and lose ability to make choices. Only state where you can make choice or look like you can is human body in wakeful state.

10min- Who are we and where are we? The answer to the question is it depends on where you are. We know that position it also happens to be so close to pineal gland…that area where you are functioning from the wakeful state. Baba Ji talked about chakras…they are centres which give us energetic experiences. There are centres also behind the eyes…we are closer to the eyes than centre…as we pull our attention to centre it looks like we are withdrawing our attention. That light that makes you see things are inside. Start from there and do not thing whole body is operating in meditation…only in the head in the center…make certain of that. Control your thoughts…nobody can stop thinking…you will be dead if you stop thinking. But you divert your thoughts to what you want to think…just change your thoughts…if you start thinking inside you automatically will withdraw inside. But mind will fight it takes position ofthe adversary and you don’t know same mind can turn against you during meditation. Putting attention behind eyes is more difficult than heart because mind loves going to heart centre but behind eyes it feels it will lose control. Once succeeded then I have said earlier only true spiritual way is love and devotion all other is to satisfy the mind…to play game with the mind. But true path is path of love and devotion. How do we have an experience of love and what is devotion? It is not a mental game its a spiritual game and mind cannot play it. Love and devotion is a strange experience love comes from somebody that can pull you…its not something you can project…it is something that is drawn out of you by beloved..making you a lover. Once there is a beloved and you feel pleasing the beloved…being devoted to the beloved…that’s devotion. Its so rare to find that kind of true love although everybody talks of love. Such love exists in us all but we destroy it as we depend so much on thoughts. But there are some people who have unconditional love which pulls us…that pulls us in a way that can lead us to our spiritual growth. We call them perfect living masters…they can make masters, teachers and perfect because they have attained area of perfection beyond the mind. When we are pulled by that love and have image that grows and become real like a radiant form inside…then meditation becomes easy and its automatic we have experience of love of a PLM.

In true love there is no idea of the self..it is the beloved that occupied the thought process.

22min- I see people giving so much importance to books and put more attention on books than human beings. Books provide information, period but true love comes from human being. You can have some experiences with lower levels but all within the mind but to go beyond the mind you have to have unconditional love to pull you above the mind. A PLM is a human being just like us…he is not a superman he is as ordinary as we are. You will never love a person who is at a level above us ❤ Therefore, these PLMs who can give us that kind of unconditional love are never superman…they don’t perform open but personal miracles. Its an amazing thing on the spiritual path that one thing it can take care of is loneliness as you have a friend with you at all times. Therefore some people have point out to me about curing loneliness but it isn’t irony we find we are one in true home? That’s a strange kind of journey but the truth is that this relationship with a PLM does not end even in our true home…there one and many can be EXPERIENCED together. Therefore, that companionship never ends. Secondly, when we go on spiritual path with meditation…at one time we can only have one level of experience when we go to sleep we dream we forget who we are when we are awake. When we wake up the dream becomes unreal and wakeful state becomes real. When we meditate and become unaware of this body…the astral body comes up that’s our reality and this world disappears when we go higher up we use all forms…we go about and we ware concepts and thoughts we are very happy and that becomes real…and so on above. At highest place…it doesn’t mean everything disappears we find that’s the home everything was created at all times so we can experience ALL levels at once. You don’t lose anything you gain everything. PLM have awareness of true home when they come in front of us…we think they are coming because they have realised something…they don’t come back…they are here and there at the same time and so will you be! Nothing is real except the creator i.e. the experiencer but we want to make experience real. So this is the beauty of reaching our true home you are seeing the whole show at all levels at the same time..only very few people on this planet are in this state…not only working talking doing things on physical world but other levels also fully aware because there is no difference between a disciple and a PLM…the PLM here is not to make people better but like himself.

32min- If you want to follow my brief tip on meditation for results…first make sure you start from the right place behind the eyes, 2 never miss out on watching out for love and devotion…see if you can see him in everyday occurrences…any miracle happens you see his hand in it…do you think of him at that time…you are getting development of love and devotion…and then you do meditate you will experience progress. The effort is only necessary to convince the mind effort is not good. I remember a very devoted disciple Daryai Lal Kapoor- fun story baba ji shared ❤ Its not the effort you are drawn by something…you are drawn by love of some power…meditation technique itself provide two pathways. You can still distinguish…one where you put effort in that you repeat mantras and own effort to repeat words in order to concentrate attention inside then there is another way…when you have made this effort…you begin to hear sound that has pull in it…like love bird…just follow the sound takes you back home. Its comparable to rear wheel and front wheel drive car. Push method only goes not very far but other method goes all the way.

41min- Every human being has a sound ringing inside and by putting attention to the head you can hear the sound…what sound is that and where does it come from? It does not come from the ears…the sound comes from yourself…very self which is operating at all levels from the same origin our true home and comes all the way down here…it never stops. It creates the identity of the self. Sound is very powerful as sound as we know it occurs in air. Inside it occurs without air and it continues like resonance even there is no space and time…a very different kind of sound, a creative power that is creating everything. Station yourself at right starting point and put in the effort as far as you can go…catch sound as early as you can at all times keep your attention open for the love of the perfect living master. Keep his company outside and inside as much as you can. Experience inside and follow that very sound…very merger of light sound and master and ultimately takes you to your true home with simple meditation while you are here on the physical plane. In Astral and casual plane you cannot do it as everything is pre-written there. If we are so happy there why bother coming back here to start the journey here? The answer is consciousness needs conscious experience…true knowledge..true love…it own self expanded as much as it can…its the nature of consciousness to seek that experience. Look at the entire creation and you can get the same answer…all was perfectly placed for consciousness to experience reality and adventure. I am very happy you are seekers of the same thing and I am the co-traveller with you and we are going together…so many of us are going together. Chausers book Catebery tales…a wonderful story Baba Ji shared. Chaucer writes so beautifully about characters this book has been called the foundation of new novels rest. Today’s movies, and plays are all based on characterization of different characters. Some of the characterisation is good even today for example he described attorneys in those days…similar to modern attorneys 🙂 ~In the middle of journey Chauser is asked to share a nice poem with other characters…Chauser said he doesn’t know any poem (even though he has written them all). They all say you write poetry for everybody…and he came with worst doggerel rhyme…every criticising him! People have said how he wrote the script for all those characters make himself a character to be crucified to himself..many compared that with crufication of Jesus Christ who was crucified by his own creation. Why did he do so with his own pen? Answer is simple…although he is a character in story but in reality he wrote the story and this is true about us…we think we are separate here as we are actors in this script but we find out we wrote the script writer for all. A perfect living master puts himself as a characters…as he knows he is all…that’s why PLM become so ordinary like us and then we can truly experience love…we get a feeling this is no ordinary experience. Ultimately that is what the real secret is…unconditional love of a human being who has raised his awareness to totality which pulls us to our true home.

55min- They look ordinary so how can we find them? No way we can…the only good thing is they can find us…if they are PLMs. We seek and they can find us…when chela is ready guru appears…just be ready to be found means have that seeking inside you with all your heart and feel you are waiting for someone and by series of coincidences such a person human being will come into your life…if not sure give some time…wait for a while…ultimately unconditional love of human being will pull you. My criteria is if you have seeking in your heart and someone’s love pulls you..follow him. These masters can be masters from different levels and take you where they have gone and that is their role.
