Welcome friends to this one day event in Bangalore. I am happy so many of you could make it. The purpose of my visit today is to share with you there is great joy and bliss in this life just by finding a perfect living master. He is a human being just like us, he is no different than us. The only difference is that he has an awareness of who he is…which is his soul or aatma. People ask me you tell us so much about going back to true home…how far is our true home…answer is we never left our true home but only the awareness. Its sort of awakening from step to step as we do so…therefore its not a journey but awakening ourself to our true nature. It a game we are playing within ourself. We have gone so far that we have now started taking different roles of the play as our real-self. The first costume we wore is that is many…this individuation of consciousness called soul. Its just a point of view of the totality of consciousness that never left it. Then you add on more things to have many…to have variety of experiences. First big costume is called casual body over the soul…i.e. the mind. Thinking mind is our first body. The soul stayed in the centre. It created a new way of experiencing creation within TIME and SPACE! Then place events in them at once…then we could move in that time and space and have events. Mind did another wonderful thing by creating events connected with each other…by what’s called cause and effect…it makes mind think everything has an explanation. Cause and effect became a continuous thing. It became alive and make decisions…variety of experiences were created…we enjoyed it. The only trap was a law of cause and effect which is KARMA. Whatever you do has a consequence. A small part of the mind was placed along with it is conscience. Its nothing in it…we make it up…by exposure to our experience. We are living in a physical society and putting all together and conscience keep on adapting what is good or bad. When it says this is good…we get rewarded. A simple law of reward and punishment came out of this. Most do we distinguish between cause and effect…what comes as previous actions we all it Prarabdha karma. Where we are born, die , who we will meet is all determined by Prarabdha destiny of past actions. It an all inclusive complete life. About 80% of our life is pre-determined completely but there are some gaps left where mind began to function as decision maker. It takes into account more than one choice. This choice making determines the result for the next life or same life. Only when we deliberate we create new karma.

13min- New karma has to be paid off. But the mind being so active accessory given to us employs our consciousness and makes so many intentions that it is not necessary to complete action to create karma! Karma is not created by action but by intention to act. That is why we are creating intention all the time…we create so much karma it cannot be used up in one future lifetime. That goes into reservoir Sanchita karma (reserved karma). We live in God’s will, will of the universe to go with the flow…we still have so many reserved karma many lifetimes can be created from it alone. In order to make a life we pick up different element from different lifetimes anyways. That is why the law of karma operates where you have enough karma to create life. We are in trap of reincarnation and we can’t get out of it. We have accepted body to be ourself make it worse as we think body is the only reality therefore we live in a physical world creating and paying off karma and there is no chance of getting out of this subtle prison house. Soul does not do any of these things..mind wears these costumes we call it sensory or astral body because it creates a new sky for us when we withdraw our attention. This physical body holds sense perception and the astral body does not die when the physical body dies. Therefore sense perception are there because of something embedded in us as we could see something without these eyes when we dream. When we die all opens up but nobody die and tell us about it…he may be trying to tell us something we can neither see or hear but there is another method to check it out. It is called dying while living. How can you have experience of death.

21min- By meditation, we withdraw our attention, nothing else. That area behind the eyes where attention flows out is referred to as 3rd eye, single eye, lukhta, seed of wakeful consciousness, issue is you have a point in your head if you think of that nothing else you will slowly become unaware of this body and then you still be able to see more clearly, see sky, this world and another world. Anybody can have it…you are all qualified. Fortunately we all have freewill you open up another self of ourselves. Then you realize it is those sense perception that was working looking out you will find the inner astral body is embedded inside us and another cover upon our soul. You can go further via meditation. We have given different names to these and we think we are all different…there is no difference in the soul of a human being. The soul is uniformly same in all of us and whosoever has discovered the self has discovered the same self no matter what belief system you have. These people with the highest awareness we call them PLM is a life-changing experience because they know you better than you know you inside. They also know we are seeking something. There is another trouble that is when you want to withdraw attention you forget this outer one.

Meditating is put your attention on something.

Ishwar Puri Ji

31min- I went to the 60s to study there where they had many experiments on sleep and dreams in those days. There they used to put electrodes and cameras. The sequence going on in the dream was being reflected in physical eyes but the person watching the tennis match was unaware of the physical body. Everytime we have a different level of conscious experience/ reality we make it so real we forget the other level. At one time we only have one reality. It’s good thing and also a problem. In totality we see whole levels were constructed at the same time. At totality, you know everything where all are real and unreal at the same time. When we see a PLM, his perfection is he has gone beyond the imperfection of the mind. Is everything predetermined? If yes, why are we punished for bad karma, why are you asking us to meditate etc. This question of freewill and predetermination is very important and I would like to explain it to you. When we are at one level of consciousness the experience of predetermination changes. A friend of mine in Harvard University got great knowledge, he said we have no freewill and his belief was theological. God is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent 🙂 Baba ji shared an amazing story of a job interview he went of Batra. One of the most incredible story Master Ji shared. Batras are extraordinary people who could read others’ mind 5 minutes in advance.

44min- Its an experience of freewill which was predetermined. I am telling you about that man about theological grounds about God knowing everything then obviously its not pre-written. There is a big complication in that- if God knows all you are being punished for God’s action (LOL). People sometime have shaky faith in God after seeing so much misery in the world and this is even more upsetting. But then he said we cannot have freewill and I asked him to come to my apartment. Then I played a little trick on him…I put a tray a cup of coffee and cup of tea and one cup empty. When he came…will you have tea, coffee or nothing…he said I came to just great conclusion and you destroyed my assumption with this. I explained we cannot escape from freewill…every action we require has freewill in the physical world we have no freewill has no sense at all. Freewill is real here but its only when we go beyond that we realise what was free and not free. As we go further up we find we find its a game we are watching…more you withdraw your attention the rest becomes a dream. All depends on our level of reality. Even predetermined destiny can be changed by divine intervention! Then by meditation when you go to the next stage…you will find even divine intervention was written there. Ultimately we go to the totality of consciousness where we find we wrote everything therefore in this physical body here the ultimate author was ourselves but not in physical form but in the form of our totality. This principle of free will cannot be understood as each level holds of reality…but eventually, you find there was no freewill and you wrote it. This is just an experience of change of the level of consciousness. The spiritual experience of rising from one level to another has its own beauty…we can have such fantastic dreams and wake up and becomes just a dream.

52min- In a dream only one is dreaming..same thing is here…only one is experiencing and all others are part of the experience. You go higher up its even more and ultimately you find only one dreamer that looks like all of us are having our own life. It’s creating an experience of many and truth can be found out by you by the process of withdrawal of attention. Truth can be found by simple process continuously by withdrawing your attention to the inside. The deeper you go the more reality you will find and ultimately you will find the entire truth. From birth new born baby try to talk to him/her and babies attention is drawn out. All our life is on focusing attention going away from ourself…attention starts from inside. All the time we are putting attention out. We are so used to focusing attention and do you realise when you do so you are moving away from yourself. We have been meditating for years closing their eyes and focus attention making picture of themselves…little realising that is not you…one looking at the image is you! People get stuck here and make it into a ritual for meditation. To find reality you have to go to your own self and not around you therefore to withdraw your attention to yourself need different technique than focusing attention. If you believe that you are the body you cannot focus attention on yourself…the moment you say I am not physical body but something inside then question is where am I? The very first step in good meditation is not to treat your body as a soul but as a cover. Treat body as a house and is mobile with several floors (six ‘floors’). If we imagine being on the 6th floor by being there that’s a good start. No focusing is involved in this. We have been gifted with 3 things- energy we operate in the world…they are amazing, eyes of the physical body divides body in two parts.

1hr- If you imagine you are sitting on top of this building, put your attention there and concentrate you can feel you are there…just by using these 3 processes and you can use this even in the middle of the head. Use imagination to sitting in your head. Use of imagination, attention and its concentration to be there automatically helps you open up the inner body. If you repeat words how can they take you to something non-physical? Mantra are physical spoken words…it helps you to replace thoughts and don’t allow the mind to think outside…its a good use of mantra but to repeating words will not take us anywhere. Progressively the same thing we become unaware of our covers and discover our own aatma and discover we are part of the permaatma. Every time we awaken to new reality the below one disappear and at the top all realities become unreal and real at the same time. What is the role of all this exercise? It is to answer all our questions- related to divine, God or creator or scientific. You can get answers to both questions with divine knowledge together and no matter what religion you are you will get the answer as mentioned in your own religious scriptures. GM promised something and he delivered it so what I am sharing is from personal experience. Book says the same thing I know…every religion keeps on diving in smaller groups. The largest religion in the world is Christianity…he shared a cute goofy joke ❤ 🙂 He shared the same point for Islam. The point I am trying to make is we are diving ourself whereas true spirituality unites us.

1hr10min- We all have truth and knowledge inside us but we are fighting outside. Simple reason- we were given two ways to look at things- spiritual way and mental way and they were divided in two different parts. Mental way was an analytical way or spiritual synthesis of thing. This is natural to us…great gifts to examine any experience around us. We have emphasized our relationship with the mind far more than with our spirit. We are using the mind to find God, and therefore the mind divides all the time…it is the method it has been taught. Our tendency to break thing is so strong because we live with the mind…if we live with the soul we start joining things. Look at the functions they perform we will be amazed at the differences. All thinking is mind…it is what we use for thinking. I am directing my mind to think like this…I use my mind for thinking I don’t need to as I use the mind machine to do so. The soul doesn’t have to think at all. We are misidentifying ourself with the mind in the sensory body. We identify with the equipment we have been given. We have created problems for ourselves with the cover upon us. The body is not us…its a beautiful machine and use it well. All religions says body is real temple to meditate. The gateway to open all experiences…that is why effective meditation is done that way its a divine revelation what we have been worshipping as a religion no matter what religion one follows. We are misdirecting our attention and misidentifying ourselves…these PLMs come into our life. They don’t come in to teach us…they come to take us back home, period. When do they come…when we want to go back home. You have heard when a chela is ready guru appears. How does he appear…via coincidences. If you seek you will find…seeking is the key to finding such a person. Doubt is a good thing otherwise anyone will leave you astray but then the power of PLM is beyond the mind he should be able to overcome the doubt. What power is this? Power of unconditional love ❤

1hr22min- The mind does not have enough data to make a decision but intuition comes from wisdom collected from several lifetimes…therefore it’s far more reliable but the mind won’t let you believe it. Master Ji shared the story of some barristers from the UK visiting Great Master Sawan Singh Ji. Today I know we have limited program but if you want we can do some meditation. Shall we do it now? Okay…I will give you the steps today. First sit upright so that your spinal cord is straight. How many of you enjoyed this? How many of you could do it? Very good…this is just to give you an idea of where to be there. This is just a beginning and the other thing is when we do meditation it is with the mind. These are all mental exercises up to where you find the nature of the mind. After the mind, you cannot cross with the mind at all and the only thing that helps is the power of the unconditional love of the PLM pulling you through…therefore love and devotion is the ultimate meditation..which is the nature of the soul but we have to reach halfway. I hope you will get chance to practice these steps. Then there is initiation or naam daan…being accepted by a guru. What happens is when PLM when he comes in our life he comes to take us back to our true home. When he accepts you…he has now placed himself in you and he is waiting there for you in the head of the disciple. That is full initiation by a PLM and he also teaches us how to meditate. The unconditional love of a PLM is unique because there is no judgment in it. He comes for seeking of our soul.

1hr32min- Selection is based entirely on seeking we have to go back home. He has compassion for us because of karma challenges. He does not judge us and his love is unconditional and continuous and when he accepts us he is a friend forever. The nature of a relationship with a PLM is totally different from any other relationship. Even seeing him is a great change in our life it is called darshan. Master’s service is free of charge. If they look at you (drishti)…then you get experience even more effective on the spiritual path. My father was also a disciple of GM. Baba ji shared the story of legendary Dr. Isher Singh and how he met GM as he was a keen seeker ❤

1hr55min- When I tell this story I tell everyone not to repeat it 🙂 But the story is that we do not know when our entire life changes when we come across a PLM. The impact is to our soul and that is why when darshan is given by a PLM it changes your destiny. Of course, change is written in the true home already and when you get drishti you are bound to get initiated. If you get initiated you are only accountable to only PLM. When master gives you initiation and gives you mantra he empowers them so no negativity can come near you. I am happy to share these stories with you and experience…thank you very much and I am grateful to the organisers. I know many friends could not come and I am happy many of you could come.
