Friends I am back to the program for the 2nd half of the 1 day of program in Montreal. These blessings we get from these masters…they come like big showers. Of course you put a cup upside down nothing will go into the cup. If you put cup slightly in the side maybe a few drops will get it but it will fill if you put cup upside…cup is our attention! Its so important on the spiritual path we keep our attention in the right direction…put them towards the divinity inside us. But if we think we keep on with our usual things with outside work…mind’s excuses…then that cup does not get filled. Of course its important to do those things…secret is if you put your cup in the right direction all these things of outside world will happen very smoothly…miracles of your life outside…therefore its not necessary that you have to take full responsibility when someone inside you is willing to take your responsibility…and see how the magic works. In trying to excuse ourselves from meditation on the basis of outside work we deny ourselves of blessings…that is why we remember the cup of attention should be towards the master inside. Whatever we see outside is created by our own minds. A beautiful story of a Chinese King in an art competition between Chinese and Japanese artists ❤ I remember standing with my master once in Delosuzy hill stations and I was telling him to look at these beautiful mountains he said the mountains inside are even more beautiful..our own understanding of experiences…we came here to have a variety of experiences. Once you know you came for that whole approach changes. We go to movies here and we see horrible things on screen and we say very good we got our money’s worth…we don’t look back as we know its only shadows. We sit on edge of the chair for something that’s already is pre-recorded. We watch with so keenly and we participate in it which are all shadows yet they are so real for us. Nobody turns around to see there is a projector there with film with shadows being cast on the screen. The light of our soul projects a predetermined film in our mind and plays out in our life. Imagine if you know what it is..you will enjoy the movie…but when you go to see a movie you sit away from the screen…therefore you separate yourself here in this movie which we call life we are sitting as one of the characters and watching the movie inside the character with eyes of the character. But if we realise its a movie it will be just like a movie in a cinema. When you go to 3rd eye centre you will realise the same. This was filmed earlier…this morning I got an email why should I pray if its a movie…pray because its a part of your movie! That’s the best part f the movie is we still have experience of free will. Free will because we cannot see where the movie is and where its installed. If you of course go within, where mind works…you can become unaware of your sense perception…you will find that movie is stored there which is being played and find how you picked up that DVD to play it out. All the answers are there how this system operates. About determination, we say can we change something here? That’s part of the script…that makes us feel we have real choices and we think so and this is a old subject of determination and free will. Experience of choice making works so long we are unaware of the future. Without it free will disappear completely.

14min- I think I mentioned earlier about a gentleman in India…I was a young guy who went for an interview in Indian Navy and a guy with a turban was saying good luck 🙂 Funny and amazing story. If we don’t know the future it is free will as an experience…somebody says if its not real experience why call it free will. I am calling this life as projected experience from consciousness. So how to distinguish…whole thing is pre-made and predetermined. Therefore free will is actually an experience of free will. Fact we are ignorant of future is a great blessing and we get actual experience of free will…we become choice makers…we become seekers…if you seek you will find ❤ Its the most perfect creation when you see totality. The grand picture is perfect and parts of it is imperfect. Discovering our own soul..discovering mind is just a cover. The body is not us…the sense perception are not us…when we find these all questions are answered. PLMs eat drink like us, they die like us no difference whatsoever…difference lies in awareness…totally aware of the whole show how its created and can experience any part of it at any time.

22min- You cannot have astral and physical experiences real at the same time. At one time, we only have one reality…they are not an illusion. Once we go to causal stage, mind becomes the only reality and casual plane experience is real. We go higher up and find our own soul…parbraham…when we reach that point that is the only reality but when we go beyond that to totality…everything was real and unreal at the same time. That is where you have access to all realities and illusions. PLMs do not come here to make us better people or teach us ethics…they come here to take us back home. A PLM initiates somebody guarantees you will be identical to me in awareness. These people who reach such level, call gurmukhs, they have identical experiences as master…Gurmuhkh and PLM different is PLMs take us back home. Our job is to go to the 3rd eye centre via simran where thought process start repeating in chorus…when you forget your body…you will hear a melody a resonance inside and it takes many forms. It’s a continuous sound…if you can find that sound within yourself by withdrawal of attention fully…you can put your attention to that sound than where you are in the head…that unique sound because of its melody and power to pull…you stick with that it can take you from one level of experience to another…that is how surat shabd yoga came into existence. Its a faster method to go home. If you stick with it it will open other levels…it can take you up to several levels. Listening to the sound involves other things such as physical body we are used to listening sound via ears, sound to communicate which we call language- we call it varnanatmak sounds to pull our attention to replace mind’s thoughts and when you get the sound…its not spoken or written language it has its own resonance…sound becomes dhunatmak…which you can hear but not a language but beauty is you discover that is the source of varnanatmak sound. What is telepathy…you think of something in your head and another person you are connected to understands what you are thinking. Telepathy only needs dhunatmak sound as it carries all languages. In astral plane normal way of communication is telepathy…spoken words have no value. In casual plane dhunatmak sound becomes anhad shabd (no beginning, middle or end). When you reach there you get into that dhun different from astral plane as its timeless. In temples, they do anhad…like word Om comes from there…I say it starts with O and ends with m. Don’t say Om like that…they trained me…how to create an indefinite Om from my mouth…shabd beyond space and time cannot be called space and sound. That’s what we call sar-shabd.

Illusion was used as a process to create reality.

37min- We say know thy self…you are a unit of consciousness…you will like to find out what is your totality. That’s difficult to go to…the total must discover the part…that stage to go to top we call it sathshabd….true shabd. This is a great method to practice. If sound itself has changed…what can pull you? From here we can push ourselves…meditation does so. When we listen to the sound we are pulled. It’s like a rear and front-wheel drive engine. The ultimate stage of pull comes from beyond the mind…3 of them… the power of love, intuitive knowledge, and a blissful state. Therefore, something has to pull us. That is where the role of PLM comes in. How does he pull us up? Not by talks and speeches but by pure love…unconditional love. Our mind questions, its love coming from the other side and that love pulls us. PLMs become teachers for the sake of our mind but their method is to draw you with the power of love and fill you with intuitive knowledge…to go to the totality of consciousness no other method works except love and devotion. The spiritual journey is dependent on love and devotion…all efforts are mental. Such love comes from human beings as friends of ours he pulls us with his love we can’t even explain but our soul understands.

43min- No conditions is imposed on love of the master. How does he judge? How he selects if there is no judgment involved. It is based on the process we setup before we made up this world…left our totality. We made a good arrangement ourselves. When we are fed up with the show we are watching at any level then we should have an arrangement we would be able to go back. Our ownself will appear inform of another being and we will call it a PLM and he will give us his love and take us back home. The soul that made these arrangements we call them the marked souls and these masters come specifically for those souls. Therefore, don’t make any judgment and it is the soul that decided. These people come to take marked souls…they get in touch..when a chela is ready a guru appears. When a disciple is ready a master appears. He appears by coincidence. These coincidences are not accidents but designed in advance and coincidences bring those masters in their life at the right time. They initiate us and tell us do this (because of our mind) and to meet at the 3rd eye center behind the eyes where we will go together. We come in touch with unmarked souls…who happen to be in touch with those. The unmarked souls when they come in contact get marked for the future time. This is an arrangement we ourselves made and works very beautifully. Therefore, never worry about finding a master.

52min- Rare masters…who will then fall into the category of PLMs who will take us beyond the mind. They use the power of unconditional love. Once take to our soul level are called Sadhgurus and to totality are Sathugurus but both are classified as perfect living masters. Just seek inside…seek more and it will come to you outside in form of a PLM or master of level which you are seeking to take you to that point and to totality that will also happen. I am very glad I came to share these things with you.

54min- Q&A Session. David had to translate one question from English to French. Anyway question No 1. why we are said not to discuss spiritual things with others… the reason is simple…when we are trying to find our own self one thing that comes in the way is our own ego…ego is the face of the mind. This ego becomes very strong when I want to share something with somebody. If you digest something first and then you have so much overflow surplus share..but if you share a few drops you have…then you lose them. Therefore, digest those experiences, and when you have plenty sure you can share. What are you developing mental or spiritual will? Spiritual will depends on intuitive knowledge. You go by circumstances and coincidences and not with thoughts. When mental will try to say something to you…at least once or twice a day say no but if you go with the mind all the mind then only the mental will is developing. When your cup is full automatically it will overflow. We ourselves find out whether we are progressing or stuck. If you feel you are stuck you must go to your master and not spend all your time waiting for it to work. You can have more internal spectacular experiences that reflect you are making progress or there can be external experiences such as miracles that are also a sign of progress. Also, some parts of our mental nature anger, and hatred start to disappear..you are making progress. You have both external and internal means to judge if you are making progress or not.

1hr- Master Ji talked about his master’s master Jaimal Singh Ji’s story who wrote letter to his master Swami Ji. Master I am missing you…I love you so much and I think of you day and night and want to have your darshan. Those days it was snail mail. It took a month to get a reply. Beautiful story. Why block the vision inside to higher regions? He said masters block the vision because they know we are here because of karmic pattern…a destiny taking this world as real and if we discover this world is not real we will struggle to do those duties here and yet feeling of love and devotion and missing the master continues to grow. You cannot always judge progress from visual experiences but other experiences show progress and experience overrides the mind and that is why if you are stuck somewhere..move forward but that doesn’t mean visual experience. You will begin to feel love and devotion of order you haven’t felt before and that is not being stuck. The secret door is inside us behind the eyes. I want to mention something about energy…what is energy? There is a difference between awareness and energy. Energy operates from 6 floors below the eyes which are centers of energy. All kinds of energy emanate from you and are used to maintain the body and contact with the world. There are different functions of these levels of energy. They are represented in literature as functional parts of our body in the form of lotuses. Entire energy centres are at the eyes and below and the entire experience of awareness is above the eyes. Actually, my master GM once decided to accept the invitation of my uncle and his house was on the sea near Clifton Beach in Karachi. Another fun and loving story with Swami Brahmanand Ji. This swami learned about how these centers of energy and spiritual centers are not below the eyes but behind and above the eyes. Practise going behind the eyes to retain the level of wakeful consciousness and go higher. That is why they say do not go below the eyes. The tendency to sleep increases a lot during meditation. Its natural to us as this yogic exercise we do daily. Whenever we have a dream our attention is at the throat center.

1hr21min- When you are feeling sleepy and close your eyes and you will touch your nose..this descent of notional point of where our attention flows from (where we are) continues to move. Make this chamber of meditation behind the eyes and make if a firm floor so you don’t go down. Meditation and going to sleep are so connected. If you are a marked sheep, then you are going back home no matter what you do or not do as unconditional love takes us back home. So meditation has many stages and it requires we don’t drop our attention below the eyes. We don’t channelise energy for spiritual experience we concentrate our attention by continuously of thinking of that one that we are at the centre. Meditation during sleeping may generate love for the master. If you are repeating mantra before going to bed at night continues giving lucid dreams and they can help create a love for your master. But I would recommend as a scientist do it in a wakeful state, hold on to it, become unaware of this body and go to a higher level. I have given long answers to a few questions. Some people who may be coming to Toronto can carry the questions there. I would like you to join me in this short meditation. How to figure out where to do meditation which is behind the eyes in the room on the 6th floor. At eye level sit in the center…that means between the eyes behind the eyes where the two eyes meet if you make an angle and just go and sit there and stay there and don’t think of anything else other than what’s around there. Close your eyes and begin…open your eyes…welcome back ❤ Mantra is an aid not to think of anything else. Coin a short phrase in any language and expressing your love for the beloved…repeating it slowly. Mantra should be used for listening and not merely for repeating! Now let’s do it again…go back to the 3rd eye center and slowly repeat the mantra. How many of you enjoyed it? Oh I am happy you enjoyed it. Do we have parshaad? Parshaad is a blessed food…when I give it to you…I am envoking blessings of my master…its his presence that I put into the parshaad to make it blessed. It does not change the molecular structure it means its association of ideas and everytime you eat you will remember this moment ❤

1hr30min- I have another gift for some of you…if you haven’t received before. Have you received gift from the roof? Okay…my master Sawan Singh…I decide to keep some astral gifts for you…and you might call them imaginary gifts. What we have done is we have placed those gifts in top of this roof of this building and you have to go with your astral body to collect those gifts. How many of you were able to find packages..oh I am so happy. How many found unexpected packages…these are gifts from my master…just a small token of telling you that its all real…this imagination becomes reality when you go to the next level. These you keep them and some you may not understand what they mean. Other’s who did not get anything there will be another time…there is certain about of faith and willingness…its an imaginary but not an unreal experience. It was use of imagination to draw something from real one step higher.
