Welcome friends to this 2nd day of our 3 day event in Mount Lauren. Yesterday in the two sessions I explained to you when one seeks…one finds. Seeking within your heart and mind. No running around. What is inside us we are searching out because what we think closing eyes creates darkness. Physical eyes are for seeing outside! So when you try to see something with these eyes it will only show darkness. We have to use different eyes…different ears, hands, feet and all these lies inside us. When we dream we run around in a dream without role of physical body parts. The physical body is responsible to creating experiences outside. Therefore to think we can use the physical body about our true self is a mistake. Physical postures are not responsible for inner experiences to get the truth! When we close our eyes we want to disassociate with this body. Energy centers lies below the eyes and these energy centers below the eyes give you energy. Eyes are the dividing line anything below are for energetic experiences and above for higher awareness. You can get all kinds of new experiences below the eyes but not higher awareness. When we wake up in the morning what helps us to know that we are awake…we can link up remembering when we went to sleep! That is why when we raise to higher awareness you awaken to higher experiences right in the physical world. Experience of wakefulness opens up with what you were before you went to sleep. The real secret of verifying is when you wake up you remember you went to sleep…if you remember you are awake. It’s a big thing to know the division of the physical body. I tell you a little story…GM was invited by my uncle who was working in Karachi. He invited the master and said master come and stay with me to have a break. Master agreed…and along with his troop of people that followed (me and my dad also) we traveled in the train from Dera to Karachi. My uncle who lived there and my aunt used to go to a Swami Brahmanand Ji. Really funny and a great story 🙂

19min- Brahmamand told me that he has trapped me with his love and I cannot go anywhere…I can go nowhere. Of course Swami was doing a lot of meditation and made good progress. Point I am making is masters act different ways but what pulls us to a master is the unconditional love of a master…he never gets angry with us. We punish ourselves. There was a man who told GM…master forgive me..you told me not to drink alcohol I did that, I ate meat, I did everything bad…master forgive me. Master said okay you are forgiven…man said thank you thank you and ran away. A couple of people asked master how he could forgive him in case he comes again…master said I will forgive him again…master said to keep me on the side of forgives not punished…each of our is punished by our mind we are carrying the punishes and masters always forgive. Masters don’t judge us and it’s that love that really pulls us. Here I bring my real subject… the spiritual path is a path of love and devotion, nothing else. If you want to go beyond the mind and spiritual regions are above the mind…nothing will take you there except love and devotion. That love pulls us…it makes us meditate and do things for the mind. Mind needs struggle…so master says struggle! But this only goes to the level of the mind for beyond you need nothing but love and devotion.

25min- Reason is simple some functions the mind performs and some soul does. The mind likes to reason, use logic to make sense of things and interpret sense perception…job of the mind. None of these involve love and intuitive knowledge and beauty. Mind breaks up things it’s an analytical tool but soul takes a grand big view therefore when we are talking of spirituality we are talking of love and enjoying bliss which do not come from the mind. When a master pulls by love its a spiritual pull and our love and devotion is also spiritual. In true love you forget who you are. These masters are examples of how you can experience true love and your response to that love is called devotion. I like you join again for meditation. Let’s not wait and start now. When we meditate it has to be done with love and devotion…not a mechanical thing. If you truly meditate with love and devotion anger and negative emotions disappears. Love is not attachment. PLMs love and detach with compassion as they can see we are trapped. I don’t know why I am in a story telling mood today. An Indian merchant used to go to Africa and carry Indian silks etc and bring African things back. One day he saw parrots in forests…beautiful parrots. He bought a cage and captured one and brought him back to India. He fed them with parrot food…green or red chillies or called churi (made with flour, oil, sugar). He asked Parrot for any message..tell them I am enjoying my life here in the cage etc. He went to that forest and saw all the parrots and shared the message. One of the old parrot had tears in his eyes and it died. He was so sad..he must be have been close to that parrot. He told that to this parrot…parrot in cage had tear in his eyes and died. Merchant felt so bad…he opened the cage and threw parrot outside…the parrot flew up and sat up on a tree! I am not dead and nor is the one in the forest…he sent a message…if you want to get out of the cage…die while living 🙂 ❤ This body which we think is real…it is real but is not our freedom…we can’t do anything in comparison to the next body which can fly and communicate with anybody no matter what language they speak. In the astral plane, you can speak any language because the communication is telepathic with meaning being conveyed. In astral plane everybody can read your mind and you can’t keep secrets. So its a state of wakefulness to discover who we are. Love and devotion is the key. One of the big features of having a living master is that you have somebody to focus on when you meditate. A PLM is a good example. Some people say why do we have a master. True masters are ALWAYS inside. When we meet a master we can’t see our own self…we want to have experience of pure love to pull us above the mind and that becomes available from a PLM with his unconditional love pull. Why do we need a living master? The reason is simple, you have never seen a person who you never met and when you speak to a dead master…you are speaking to your own mind. We have to be very careful and that is why its important to have a perfect master but a perfect living master EXACTLY like us. Its important to have a PLM like us, who can befriend us and hold our hands. There was a Muslim sufi master…Sheik Fareed and even appeared in Hindu and Sikh literature. He had a son…used to tell his son get initiated by my master Sheik Qutbuddin. One day Qutbuddin died…son ran there with shaved head…he put his head on Qutuddin’s feet and asked for initiation. But father said you are putting your head on a dead body of my master…he has gone…this is piece of flesh left. You missed the opportunity. This is not a game of belief something. It has be an experience with a living master. You have to see that you can hold hands of a PLM in order to experience that love which can take you beyond.

45min- What is an initiation by a PLM? It is nothing to do with teaching…he has come as a friend to take us back to our true home. Initiation takes place inside at the 3rd eye center not outside. He becomes your friend forever ❤ A poor man had a dream that he saw GM in his dream…it was so pulling he said I have to go and see him. He was so poor….took a little piece of cloth and started a march…he took a month to reach and so poor. As it happened on that day he arrived I was there standing waiting for GM. I saw him he looked at GM…threw his bundle down and ran and caught his feet and asked for initiation. GM looked at him and said what once again? And then suddenly he said oh I initiated you when you left your village and formal initiation will be given tomorrow. He initiated with him a month earlier. Meditation is nothing to do with initiation. Its love and connection making them effective. We need a PLM…a living person like ourself and within reach. One good thing is if you have held hands of such a person…it never goes away… initiation establishes that master inside us at the 3rd eye center. We will find the radiant form of our master..he is really inside us. Once you establish that…he will never leave you and be your friend 24/7. A companionship that has no equal. Suppose you haven’t done enough homework…he is STILL there. Sometimes you can feel his presence…mind will not become the master…there is a check to do so. He gives you a way if your mind is making up or not. With these safeguards, it’s such a wonderful experience to go through. That’s why there is nothing like experience… the whole path is based on experience…living faith not blind faith. Faith builds up with experiences. A thing is like coincidence…is a synchronicity of something happening against the law of probability. They are an expression of a miracle that’s happening. This all builds up faith to build an unshakeable faith. Meditation show be so enjoyable.

55min- PLM is carrying with him the awareness of the true home in a human body when he talks to us…he is not talking from something he remembered but he is having experience right here because when you reach the top all regions are created from there and you hold out them together. He knows exactly how they have been placed. His awareness is of all levels at the same time. When we reach that point all it becomes clear and the whole awareness remains open. Otherwise, we only have one reality in front of us. When you reach the top all reality becomes unreal and visible to you at the same time. The only reality is yourself i.e. the creative power. You retain that experience of all realities…so a PLM does not learn something and teach us but shares a direct experience with us at all times at all levels. PLMs are not teachers but become one for the sake of our minds as the mind likes being taught. It’s a complete system of getting into experience and going back to the origin. The other day I mentioned of a friend of mine in India in Punjab…Hira Singh. Really inspiring story on the value of meditation and how to have a quality meditation. Meditation is not a mechanical thing…we are talking of spirituality it lies above the mind and love and devotion is necessary ingredient during meditation.

1hr8min- I had another problem during meditation on how to imagine myself inside behind the eyes. It took me years to realise and went back to master. Don’t start meditation till you place yourself behind the eyes. GM said you are placing a little image of yourself…you are the one who is looking at that image. Image you are seeing not inside but outside! He said close your eyes when your eyes are open you want to touch your eyes….very easy…now make that image inside and get your hands to touch…the image was outside. Who is inside…one looking at the image. A fundamental change in me took place…I am supposed to be there! It did not matter at all that dark space inside…unless you are self there and you know body is around you…you are there not that you are looking at yourself…that’s when you should start meditation and then the attention gathers. I told GM that its very hard to do that. He gave me another tip….he said you have to use imagination to place yourself there. Imagination is a tool…to put your attention behind the eyes. And then he gave an example raise your hands up…imagine you are sitting on top there….bring your finger slowly near the eyes…and then jump inside…I jumped in…its pure imagination. Meditation became successful from that day onwards. A little mistake can go on for years because nobody to guide us. When you are serious about the spiritual path..anytime you have a problem you must check with the master. You must examine while you are there. And if you know when you are here…one big advantage is this life changes completely! There is insecurity and fear in this life…afraid of death, what will happen tomorrow…once you get that experience there is no fear and become totally secure and that feeling of being with the master…nothing like that. That’s why there are so many advantages on this path. I am very happy to share this with you. Right now I will take any questions.

1hr15min- Mind has to think all the time to keep itself alive. Therefoer you have to make the mind do things what you want…best way to do is…learn to say ‘no’. When mind really wants to after something…say ‘no’. Mind comes under control. Mind is suppose to be acting on the soul. Spiritual will wants to go within and go home causing seeking us with us. Mental will keeps us focusing outside. Practise to control the mind…say no. Visualsation changes…when you get little control over the mind. Thoughts are also spoken by the mind…when you make mind do things you want to do…mind is a wonderful computer you can use! When you do that…then you can easily learn mind visualizes things externally and you can force mind to visualize things internally. Best not to share our internal experiences with anyone. Suppose our internal knowledge is being filled by cup …but if you share it then your ego steps in and empties the cup i.e. lose the experience supposing if you digest the information cup gets full and then it overflows then you share! Don’t empty out yourself when you have abundant experience. Our ego gets involved…that’s why its a practice thing. We are so affected by superstition…we start following them. Most of them leave us astray (some help us).. A superstition of having master gives benefit…no evidence of it but is a belief. Without evidence is superstitionis evidence. Suppose superstition works! Did the rock or mind works? Mind created the result not the rock. The point is some of these things help us from our own suggestions. Mental suggestion is a powerful thing, the medical profession is employing it…example it happened in Japan. Suggestions can be a strong element and use an external piece of rock. Baba Ji shared an example of a discourse he attended with his wife in Chicago.

1hr25min- Two people have to argue to have a fight. Will you speak about the value of simran? Make the mind say the word that you chose not what it chooses. It is to put certain words into your thought stream. The second purpose is those words are empowered…it prevents negative entity coming near you. Sadhna is meditation. The value of devotion is you are recognizing love you are experiencing. There is a bank account…here we use currencies…within us its our intention…good intension ‘lot of money’. It works in the astral plane. That’s why they talk of the power of intention action is what follows up after the intention. Intension creates karma and if you act upon it more karma is created. The current of intention is very powerful in the astral plane. Master shared story of a man talk with Brahma Ji about exchange rate 🙂 Prarabdha karma is destiny- when and where you will be born, who will be your parents, when and where you will die and periods in between where you have no control. The bulk of our life is destiny as we don’t control them. In between we have bits we can experience free will where we can make choices. Where we make choices we make that’s new karma coming up even intent we create karma. Even with small section of our life we create abundant karma to create many more life and becoming element for prarabhda karma (kriyama karma). Surplus goes into next life and some is held over in a reservoir sanchita karma. If you go with the flow then you don’t create karma. When you make choice spiritual and mental will come into play. The spiritual self never creates evil or any karma. All evil and good is in the mind. Mind has a conscience that determines whether its good or bad. Its easily affected by the environment we are in where we are born, their rules and regulations affect our conscience…its a constant monitor of our karma. Attitude is made from Sanchita karma…its easier to change events but difficult to take care of attitude which we call sanskar. Bible says we are going through this process with free choices and handling of evil. Its a spiritual doctrine if we control over the mind…we have controlled everything. There is a law prevailing and if you can over power the mind you over power everything. When we deal with evil we are dealing with the mind.

1hr37min- Kal means time…world of time is negative. Nothing negative can happen if there is no time. Therefore, time has trapped us there would be no karma…so time is the real mastermind of all evil and yet its within time that we have to find timelessness. Dhyaal…one operating beyond time. Everything that is here is generated by the beginning, sustained in the middle and everything comes to an end…all are children of time. On other hand dhyaal is beyond time…our spiritual soul. The battle of negative nad positive is always going on and the way to tackle is to control the mind by fighting evil. Is it OK non-vegetarian if offered by love…if my master has told me be vegetarian…I can’t, it’s so difficult to say no to him. If he told me to drink poison I will drink but the masters never said to lose your commonsense. We have 8 senses. We don’t lose our common sense by becoming spiritual followers. There was a swami in India who said some swami create hypnotic spell on them and lose their commonsense. Funny story… 🙂 If my master says eat I will eat it. Diet is not controlling our spirituality…becoming vegetarian doesn’t mean spiritual. Most evil people can be vegetarians. In Japan there are these Zen monks who believe in special rice that helps with spirituality. Why are we vegetarians? When you eat something, any food… the physical world is based on nutrition coming from food. Every living form survives on living forms. All these forms of life…level of awareness is different. Plants have less, insects and birds have more, mammals more, and humans more. It affects your power to concentrate your attention after you eat. Everything will effect the power of concentration but when you extinguish the life of the lowest level the effect on concentration would be the least. Merely what food is not enough…quantity matters also. Light good food is healthy for you and least disturbing for the power of meditation.

1hr48min- Masters come with their seekers…not to set up any religion. When their following grows the people around them start making it into religions, and societies. Ultimately they run into the problem of running religious institutions on business lines. When I studied religions (comparative religion)…I studied for my own education and I found…most common thing I found was each one said we are true religion others are all fake. What is this? How do you know about this? It’s impossible to find a PLM only he can find us. When the chela is ready the guru appears. When a master comes into our life we say we found master but truth is master finds us. He lives exactly like us, IS like us. Somebody wrote a letter from Bangalore…I saw you…I offered you 3 things…can you tell me what things are…I said of course I don’t know…I am just like you. I will become a psychic a mind reader. I would be doing something so different. Masters are so ordinary…I can’t guess. What did you give me? I gave you flowers, glass of water with lemon in it and cookies. He asked me how would I know master received them. I said were you repeating the words…he said yes so I said master received it ❤ We can’t find a master…there was one master Tulsi Sahab…some quote by him master shared.
