Welcome to this monthly meeting which we are having to keep the momentum going on our spiritual path. Human life is the most precious thing that could have been given to us…when we are dying we look back on our life. Nothing goes with us at the time of our death. What goes with us is our inner self so if we have worked upon our consciousness then we are carrying something worthwhile even after death. In fact these very relationships that we are taking so much care of will pull us down again and again in different forms of life. Human life does not come always…but what is so special about being a human being is that in this incarnation we have a unique experience….experience of free will…feeling you make choices that there are options available to you and that makes you a seeker and when you seek…then only you find. Some are very good like angles…or not some good like being snakes and spiders, crawling on the ground…somewhere in between like birds but none of them have the ability to seek. In this form, if we are tired of this whole cycle of birth and rebirth….there is an opportunity to get out of it…seek to get out of it and that is why this is a rare opportunity. Therefore I say let’s not waste this time and make best use of it. If you are tired of this cycle…time to go back home…time to seek…the secret of going back to your true home in which your soul alone survives…all forms are shed away…that true home can be found by one simple thing…seek. Seek your true home you will find it, period. Seeking should be persistent seeking till you reach your true home. It’s difficult to imagine where is our true home…people are talking of ideal things… can’t find where they are. When I was studying Jewish literature Torah and Cambala…real thing to find was Shambala….where is that? I even went and saw in a Tibetan town a picture of town Shambala….but Shambala is not in the physical world at all…you need to find where you cannot travel with this physical body….look somewhere different rather than outside of yourself. The very first thing to understand is true home requires you to change the direction of your travel. Instead of traveling outside travel within yourself. Every religion states kingdom of God is within you means the direction of going outwards itself is faulted. Travelling inside means…how far you have to travel….somebody once asked me to write a chapter on a spiritual journey. I said it has to be a very short chapter…I said its right inside you…actually journey is to go where you are…now. There is no journey.

12min- What does the journey means if we haven’t gone anywhere. Its just like waking from sleep…its an awakening…a series of awakening from same place where we have never moved. We created a time and space to give us experience of moving away. Can you write a short chapter on way to go there..I said that will be a short chapter….I say less than a page…maybe a sentence that’s too long…what is that method…I said actually that can be written in one word…LOVE ❤ Whe we say we love somebody we are expressing our fantasy about somebody or have desire to have somebody…we are expressing our interest to possess that thing or person. Its operates by having awareness of two. I love you….I and you…its always two. These attachments we have here are called love. True love one of thing that happens is you forget you are…beloved object of love can pull you of point where you think only of beloved. How to control your ego, our Iness? How do handle this i….people try hard to fight ego. Ego has never been dealt with which is the front face of our mind….therefore I found out the only time when we forget the i when we are in true love. Therefore, true love is the answer…yet we don’t know how to love. We think we have to try and do it…I try to love everybody…the i is so prominent but when there is love there is no chance to say i love you. Therefore, to say you can practise love….is impossible. These words have no meaning in true love you forget who you are and where do you experience this true love? Yes you can….where it comes from a place where there is no ego. If it comes from the totality of consciousness where there is no division…it is true love. When that happens we are touched the same way as if we are in state of true love. We react to it…we feel it not in our minds but in our heart and our soul….we feel like reacting in a way…which is called by another word…DEVOTION ❤ The relationship of love and devotion is so close…love is experience and devotion is our reaction. There is the possibility to experience true love in this world….from a human being who is expressing that love by flow from the consciousness of that human being…such a person a human being who comes in our life…at any time…who comes and loves flow from that point where there is consciousness that love can hit us. If we are seekers it hits us…in a very deep sense in a strange way…its not a mental thing. You will feel like thoughts are saying this is some kind of trap…true love you can experience can come from such a person who’s consciousness is in our true home at that very time.

21min- That person is holding that awareness being in the physical body. A person who has retained that awareness and all levels of awareness by opened by successful awakening…and is constantly aware of it…such a person that person attracts us if we are seekers and we automatically become devotees….and devotion is a natural reaction to love. The ultimate truth is that we are coming from a single source… the totality of consciousness…there is no split there. All the divisions we look different, become different is for sake of different experiences. Why was it necessary to do it? Weren’t we happy in our own oneness and come down to pain and pleasure? Because…if love and devotion is secret of going there…what will be retained when we come home…therefore ultimate creative power itself is love…love is the ultimate…we came to experience love in various ways…manifest that experience in many ways. In fact, it becomes the basis of all our experiences that is why the experience of many is meant to expand that experience of love the essence of our being…we go into this area the best way to experience this is to get into that and have experiences at all levels. Actors become best actors when act is real…that is why to have these experiences not in a play but in reality…we created not a play but a reality…a play set in such a way that we are real. Therefore, we create a level of consciousness we are creating levels of reality not illusion.

28min- Consciousness creates reality and illusion at several levels. Consciousness has played such a wonderful game at all these levels using illusion to create creation. A world is created with that power and shut off from all other levels and that becomes reality. We cannot call it an illusion as we don’t have simultaneous other levels. Why are we here and different…all these questions are answered. These most enlightened people who have reached the highest level…where all levels combine they tell us our goal on the spiritual path should be that true home…all other goals can give us good experiences. When we are having experiences of different kind…each level has its own rules…we call them laws of nature…they are different for all levels. In dream state…we all dream…when we are in dream state we are in one location and then in another location it looks normal to us…nobody in dream thinks about it. In dream state you can fall and not hurt and have many experiences and yet while we dream they all look normal as they follow laws of nature within the dream state. Here we are bound by laws of time and space. Rules of the game are different in different levels. In astral level…two ways to do so one when we die…we leave this body and automatically go to next state our sensory or astral form. We are in a form where we don’t have a physical body sense perception are there…there we have a memory far better than here, see things with inner eyes, we see brightness and range of color we can’t see here, we can stop time we can’t do here…wake up further in casual state…only mind and consciousness work together…we can see how destiny were made, how many times we have come, remember our past lives, jump into past live, every level of consciousness where we descend from single truth from our true home breaks down into experience of many and multiplies in different ways. Experience of light- here we cannot face sun and we go above our body…we leave our causal and mind behind and into unit of conciosuenss (still many) our own light…is equal to 16 of solar suns put together. Any item we pick up here is so different at every levels. These different levels have been created to have different kinds of experiences. Without dying you can at this time in this body…you have experience of what person get after dying….for all other levels including our true home. This body has arrangements built-into it…we have different parts of the body useful which are totally non-physical. Can we truly sensory and purely spiritual. That is why its an amazing thing we are sitting in.

38min- How can we sitting in this body do this reverse journey back to our true home? Secret is same…expansion of consciousness…now we discover way of becoming unaware of one level and go to the next and so on…withdrawal of our awareness. How can we do so? I am going to say the art of withdrawing awareness from one level to another is art of dying while living. Death is not a sudden disappearance but a withdrawal of awareness of the body. The process of dying is a gradual withdrawal..can we simulate this by practice? Yes, we can 🙂 What are we withdrawing? It is the withdrawal of awareness of something we are experiencing without losing our life to discover what causes us to be aware. It is placing attention from our head to the body. It was the use of our attention and creating awareness of things. What we are really withdrawing is our attention. The power of attention can be placed into the concentration of attention…according to me greatest gift given to us… the power of attention and the power to concentrate it where we like.

True meditation is the art of dying while living.

48min- We grew up with focusing attention than withdrawing of attention. Focus on this, that etc. always told how to focus attention. Withdrawal is a big reversal…people try to focus attention inside but that is not the correct way. Doing so you try to make yourself a miniature person and close my eyes and my miniatures…you are one looking at the miniature person. You are the one that is looking at the person…to be able to go there is not easy…these are crucial parts of meditation in order to go there we use another gift… it’s called the power of imagination. It can make us feel anywhere we like. We can see the sky outside…use sense perception there. We did so by imagining being there and using the same imagination of being in the head. When this happens you will find this is what is causing the withdrawal of attention. You can do whatever you like..you do inside not outside. You will be withdrawing your attention identical to what happens during physical death. Ultimately body disappears and you awaken to new world…there you discover that the rules of the game have changed. You can fly up in the sky…you awaken to a different level and a good step forward towards our true home. True home is just a series of awakenings like that. You will find yourself who you are other than this physical body. You will know you have lived a long time…long experiences way before you were born in this physical body. The power of knowing you exist…can anybody deny that they don’t exist. Fact you exist that’s what we call the experience of yourself that you know you know you are yourself. They found out the body is not ourselves and all this talk of the immortality of the soul will go to waste. Further, we can leave the body and wake to another body but the fact that the self is experiencing inside this body cannot be denied by this body. Self remains the same no matter what level of consciousness you go. If the dream is the same self that went to sleep. Master Ji talked about Chinese philosopher Fa Hein who imagined he was a butterfly. The self never changes… it’s always there and the same self that will be the totality of consciousness.

58min- The same self will be there if you have no form whatsoever… experience you are there will remain at every level. So self never changes no matter what level of consciousness you go into. Self will remain the same. Dream creates the people…but while we are dreaming we all argue who is dreaming out of us. When you wake up the dreamer is the self…looks like so many selfs here…when you wake up ultimately you discover there is only one self. We are the creator of all our dreams and that is our reality. These enlightened people tell us in the human body we have the capacity to discover our own self. Use imagination, and place yourself where your self is…its where you are having conscious experience around you. Put your attention on yourself at every level. You will eventually discover the whole show was one single totality of consciousness…which is our reality. Is it worthwhile going into all this…not really..if we having a good time here why do we try it… have a good time but only for those who say we have had enough of this experience and want to go back home…urge is there then do this. Are we ready for the spiritual journey? I can assure you those who want little more time will get a little more time. It only end when we don’t want it. We only become seekers when we are tired of this and had enough of this. We will have a break now ❤

The dreamer wakes up to find there is only one dreamer.
