Its beautiful experience to seeing seeking of the truth. Seeking who we are…what is the purpose of our life…seeking is a very different thing and seeking leads us to realise the truth. The secret of find the truth is seeking…if you seek you will find. If you seek in the wrong direction you will not fine. Seeking who we are must be done within us by going within ourselves. We close our eyes and see nothing but darkness…truth is closing your eyes does not take you anywhere inside…physical eyes are still looking outside. So long we think we are the physical body alone…then we will only know what is physically true. When we want to seek who we are we must go back to the very voice that says I want to seek myself where I am coming from. You put questions in your mind inside…who am I and who is asking these questions. where am I …you will know you are not talking from the body at all. You are asking something that is not physical as there is nobody or voice but asking this question via thought process. Therefore, to find out where you are speaking from…you have to go there. How do we go there? One way of going anywhere we like (mentally)…by putting our attention on where we want to go. Human attention is the greatest gift given to us by the Creator. With attention, you can go inside or outside and place attention where the question is being asked! That is why when you seek to find out who you are other than your physical body it takes you directly behind the eyes in the centre of the head where attention is flowing out from. The catch is we have been using attention to focus on this outside. It means withdrawal of attention is required rather than focusing of attention. Master Ji elaborated on what it means and that it takes practice to do so.

11min- My friends get tired of meditation and normally when we sit with friends and chat around…our legs don’t get tired but in meditation we get tired. Same thing turn into something we don’t like…how can we succeed in doing so it means mind does not accept search of the truth. Ultimately we give up and say maybe we will get grace 🙂 To jump over this hurdle when you see the image think of who is looking at the image…that’s you. Pull yourself behind where you are in the same space and darkness around you…and you will see a light things that you have never seen before..gateway to your own home your ultimate destination. But once you are able to put your attention there…then put your attention on yourself and think of nothing else but you are looking at things all around you. Even when you see youreslf in the darkness…these eyes do not take any part in seeing at all. These eyes do not see but inner eyes do…you can call it imagination and this is not something theoretical but I am talking of something practical. Would you like to do that today? Okay this afternoon itself…I want if what I am saying makes sense that you should be able to see what I am talking about and experience it…on a spiritual path, there is no place for blind faith. Faith is involved in taking the first step as its an experiential path. We are often distressed and disappointed in the world and we feel somehow we are trapped here…seeking comes from within. I have met people in their 60s or 70s and they say this is what they have been looking for since their childhood… seeking hides inside us and brings out our first step. When first step is successful then you have faith of the first step and then there is no blind faith…that is why when I share these things with you I got from my master Baba Sawan Singh…he taught me these things long ago. After so many decades I found what he said was truth if you follow it correctly. I am doing seva for my master to help others on the path. GM even said that the Axis of spirituality is going to shift to the West and also he mentioned that it will localise itself in a big way in the United States of America. I worked all my life in India but I am here so I can be on the ringside seat to watch the show 🙂 India and China will run after more wealth but spiritual wealth will move to the USA. People here have the benefit which we got in abundance in the East..I share so you make the spiritual path as a practical experience for you and not blind faith but a living faith. What happens if you are able to achieve that (in meditation)…is there something in us from prevents doing it?

20min- What prevents seeking the truth? The hurdle is your own mind nothing outside because your mind has been trained for something very different than going within and experiencing an externally created universe. IT gets attached to things outside. Its desires and attachments prevent us from going within. They are so strong that attention is a component of the mind itself…it takes it away to where we are attached. Sometimes I tell people if you lost the keys meditate and they will find the keys. What is the mind? Is the mind ourself or something separate using the mind then you come to an interesting conclusion…mind is merely a thinking machine…thinks all the time. Its an inner body of ours that thinks to survive. So who are we? We are the life force that mind, body and senses alive. Its makes us aare that we are alive. Therefore, our consciousness, our awareness, per se, is our own self. Intuitive knowledge where does it come from? It does not come from the mind and is a conscious experience. Experience of love for somebody is the same. Thoughts follow the experience of love. Appreciation of beauty and having that blissful experience comes suddenly. The biggest distinction is mind always operates in time but awareness of our real self does not take any time at all and is beyond time and space. We call our true self as the soul and mind is joined with the soul to have experience of time and space. That is how awareness is being assisted by the mind to have these experiences. Then mind is joined with sense perception.

27min- We use attention in such a way that we can remove one cover and go to the next one. These are different covers up on us…mind is the first cover (we think therefore we are)…thinking is merely a function, then is sense perception and the third is the physical body. We can have the experience of dying while living. People die in stages. Baba Ji explained when someone is near death and about the process of dying while living. In that stage we are dead but we are not somewhere outside the body. That is called dying while living you would know what happens when you physically die…this is a very great thing possible in meditation (if done correctly) it leads to personal awareness…you will never be afraid of death after that. When I was driving here and looking at my iPhone (people send me jokes)…one joke was, that everybody wants heaven, but nobody wants to die. But the experience of heaven is possible without dying. You will not be afraid of death after this experience. This is no blind faith but a personal experience, that is why I say you should be able to practice something that is personally available to you, and it is your experience, not somebody else’s. Master Ji elaborated what is a 3rd (third) eye centre is. The astral body is something between the physical body and the mind (causal body). There are six main centres (chakras) below the third eye to generate different sensory experiences. In fact all the energy in the physical body is operating in the third eye centre and we direct all the consciousness to operate those centres.

40min- Eyes looking outside as a two-petal lotus…and we can down to the bottom to the four-petal lotus, and then come back to the eyes and look out again and repeat the whole cycle. So many yogis practice this technique of paying attention of doing this. They think the experience of these awakening centres is equivalent to spiritual experience…it is not. It is not HIGHER awareness but yes it may be different. To have experience higher that is behind the eyes and above. This physical body has these points built into the physiology of this body. The body is so built not only for its own remarkable activity, but apart from that you can have awareness beyond the physical body is the greatest miracle. When I mention these experiences by withdrawing attention to the physical body by opening to the sensory body…it would feel more or less like the same body…till we can modify that with our own will and its functions you can fly with it and is totally independent of this physical body. You can have an out-of-body experience and you can have fear doing so. When you have a real experience with a sensory system independent of his body…the fear disappears. When you experience something like an astral body its a remarkable experience you find the power of sense perception is enhanced than the physical body. The whole creation here is taken from the astral world. For many they found God sitting there…it is still in space and time you can see things separate and therefore when they have seen God they see a creative person in a form…here comes the question is that a permanent state? That also gets destroyed one day…astral body also dies its only higher form of awareness of our own self. But that is so many enlightened people have told that its our true home but there are a few that have gone beyond. How? Same process they go in the head of that body and determine how we are having experiences of the 3rd eye in the inner body and we become unaware of the inner body and we find we are in a totally formless realm. The mind aka causal body…this is something very remarkable you can have access. Beyond that you cannot go. That is why after that nobody has been able to go on their own..it has to be some power beyond the mind to go beyond. You need instructions and teachings even for the first stage…we need teachers for that bu we need somebody who has gone beyond the mind…and such a person is called a perfect living master. He is not a superhuman being…he is ordinary just like us. What exists beyond mind is no time and space experiences. Therefore, these PLMs when they come and pick us up and our seeking is beyond the mind…we want to go back to our true home…such a person accidentally by coincidence comes into our life and expresses himself who is by unconditional love.

51min- It has to be a pull from beyond the mind which can only be unconditional love. He is an ordinary person…behave ordinary all the time but when it comes to Love…there is no judgement. It may take time to recognise him and for the mind’s doubts to be dispelled but that power of love will override your doubts. The condition is only one…if you are ready to go home, he will take you home, period. The meditation is only for the mind not for your soul…soul only wants to be loved, period. He, ordinary human being perfection is there no depth, disillusion in our true home its immortal, eternal…that’s where he operates from. Ishwar Ji talked about marked souls and his List A and List B 🙂 The effort is part of grace and when we find effort doesn’t work…grace takes over and pulls you. When you go from one level to another…this physical experience disappears and Astral experience becomes your reality…it is like going to sleep at night and having a dream state and then we are unaware of our wakeful state. We can only see one reality at a time. This goes on till you reach your true home i.e the Totality of Consciousness where experience of all creation originates from.

59min- This concept of reality keeps on changing depending on where we are but at the highest level its both reality and unreality it’s all a created reality, not an illusion. We use illusion to create reality. These PLMs when they walk among us come with that awareness of all levels at the same time…there was a man who came to see the future in the astral plane…can we see the lottery number? I said yes…he saw lottery numbers but he forgot…he remembered a few numbers that were right! Master Ji talked about dream. How did one become the many? Ultimate truth you will discover is there is only one totality of consciousness that generates everything but is only one…we create many since the essence of totality is Love…the experience of Love in different forms is via the experiences of many. Love between gender is generated later on even to attachment, and attraction sex. This is all being generated because of power of consciousness to be conscious of anything. Its difficult for me to explain all of us here are really one. Each one of us here is experiencing is only the self and rest experiences…you are having one experience many. In dream, there is only one dreamer when you wake up one wakes up and find all 1000 are part of one dream. The oneness is expressed in multiple forms. Master Ji talked about his wife reading Thought of the Day she reads daily…you know to do my work I have to keep her happy. Snowflakes come in different forms.. source is one…all water…one could to another…in 1800s a man wanted to take picture of these snowflakes…he took 5000 snowflakes different ones…we are trillions of design from one source…it remains secret of our awareness. Who is experiencing all this? Not the body but one awareness is aware of all…that’s the beauty of this experience rising experience to different consciousness. Whatever you can do go up to the point where PLM can pull you beyond the mind to find who you are. I will end it here and come back and later do a little meditation ❤
