Welcome friends to this celebration of Great Master Bhandara. Tomorrow 2nd of April is the day GM left his physical body but became visible in a form that will always stay with them. This is one of the blessings of that come in human form and yet they are not ordinary even when he dies he does not leave us and is available to us 24/7- once he initiates and accepts us as his friend. We may not realise while master is alive… if we have done enough homework and can talk to him in meditation he will be with us forever…all the way till we go back to our true home Sachkhand. I say its a very great day for all human beings to be present and get that kind of blessing…once you get that kind of blessing…you are all going back to your true home totality. This kind of world which is entirely believed in duality is not where our true home. The bliss we have there is a continuous source of joy and bliss and awareness of all which we cannot imitate here at all. These methods are very simple…all based on a simple principle…go within. Which better place to find self is within yourself it cannot be outside. Its the most important part of our spiritual realisation. It will reveal that the self is the conscious creative power…the created world we see outside are also being created by our own power. When we take an external world to be more real we get caught up. We don’t go anywhere…we cannot go anywhere as SELF is immortal. The body is just like a jacket…I am not the jacket as I still realise I am wearing it but when we have a physical body we relate to it…it lead to so much trouble…in fact, all our troubles are related to our misidentified that we are this body…that has sense perception, that has a mind that can think. Shift your attention to the fact that the physical body is not yourself but covering upon yourself and within you which has all sense perception that the physical body like power to see, touch, smell, and taste. These sensory experiences are not a part of the physical body but embedded in the physical body. Become unaware of this body…what will happen…3 kinds…when you go to sleep you become unaware of this body, when you dream its the same thing. The dream body consists of different level of consciousness.

11min- In dreams our experiences are based on the dream body. We can have many ways of becoming unaware of our body. To realise something higher in consciousness than a dream and physical body…you have a practical way of doing it by working out where you function from in a wakeful state. Your attention is flowing from your head via eyes and even feel that you are in head. Put your attention being there in the head in your imagination…you will become unaware of your hands and feet etc and another body will open up like a dream body but it will be far more real as sense perception will become so active you will hear, see better and then you know you are in a higher state of consciousness. If you develop this further, you will also find that you were in that body way before you had a physical body…that experience of withdrawing your attention from the physical body and putting it on your own self enables to become unaware of this body. It has the power to understand people telepathically and fly. What I am sharing with you is a teaching of GM…he is the greatest…that is why you will notice GM’s teaching says by withdrawing your attention you can do it…don’t believe anybody, not even your master if you haven’t experienced it yourself. No scope of blind faith at all. It doesn’t mean others didn’t have it but believe up to the point you have experienced it…and don’t believe it’s real. We have the power to go within ourselves by simple technology…modernised with the current age (with iPhones etc.) It has become a little easier in a way to meditate, and we should take advantage of the shortcuts available. We can listen to the inner music. The shortcut is listening to the music inside…it is so melodious…CATCH IT! There are so many sounds you can hear but that sound from our consciousness that sound is very different than any other sound. That sound pulls you up and gives you inner experiences. The reason is this inner sound comes from our own self…you are being pulled by your own self without covers on this body. The creative power… The Word described in the Bible…We are talking of Shabd…it created everything. Why have these words been used and not creative power instead or any other name? The reason is simple…that creative power is making ourselves, making everything including the creator…keeps on having the power at a certain point can be heard or felt like a resonance and can be heard like a sound. It does not mean its a sound…when it pulls you it doesn’t remain sound all the time…it itself keep on changing. It cannot be heard but can be experienced. The very fact we can hear it in physical body is why its called sound.

23min- This internal sound is merely an impression of our ownself. The sound itself is coming from its own source. According to my understanding and following of the teachings the secret is the sound. This practise is called Surat Shabd Yoga. Where can we hear the sound? We can’t hear it…why not if its already in us? Simply because thing of what hears…our attention is all scattered outside. First, its scattered in the body we are aware of the whole body…then we become conscious of anything that comes in contact with the body including this physical world. Its same attention that has to hear the sound…therefore we have to by our own lifestyle prevent us from hearing it…to pull attention we use meditation as a technique. Meditation is when you can withdraw your attention and bring it back to behind the eyes. Therefore, when we practise good meditation we do not just spread time chanting we close our eyes in order not to obstruct our own vision when looking outside. We try to sit within that chamber in top of our head. This body is the best thing ever happen as we can have these experiences only in this body because we have the entire equipment to do so. They say temple of living God because God alive is making you alive. True God whom you are a part. The second advantage, in this human body we have experience of free will to make choices. We say God is present everywhere all powerful all knowing…God knows what we will decide? If you believe in the omniscient of God then how can you say your free will is a separate thing from God’s own will…its a part of it but its hidden from us so we feel we have free will. It’s a great gift to us…the advantage is we become a seeker of God….it is the highest act of the will. There are lifeforms around us little insects, birds, and animals all these life forms have the same soul, but their consciousness is diminished to instincts. This gift enables us to seek and what we seek is lying inside us behind the head… quality meditation means to withdraw attention where its scattered by putting attention there we can do it. Three gifts to us- a physical body, according to Aristotle we take this drama as real we are able to catharsis of emotions. I dont think anyone in movie hall turn their head around to see where light is coming from projection on the screen.

33min- Its a good example how we look at the world. If there was no film in the projector and no light we will never see anything. Same thing here…without the light of consciousness and mind to project on screen of sensory perception, you will never see this world. How can we check it out…go within and find out. When you go within these were gifts given to us…also prefilmed but looks like we are seeking now…its a great adventure go within as you see so many truths. This high-quality meditation requires put all your attention, attention is only thing in our consciousness that we can move around. The choice of moving attention is a great gift to us…third gift is to concentrate this attention wherever we like. The power to concentrate of attention is the secret to discovering inside. This simple meditation technique is to reach our own selves…music that is emanating in the self can be heard right now…its always there. Everybody has that. This sound is so amazing it presents conciseness…sound does not leave you even though the experiences keep on changing. What is the sound mean if our own understanding? It means the SELF. Master Ji shared story of Chinese Philosopher Fa Hein. The bottom line of the story is…The SELF remains the same. Its good to know self-realisation is the highest achievement of reality. The discovery of the self is the secret of God’s realisation. Ego separates you from everything…I and you…I separate us from everything. Therefore, when we insist on I all the time it’s a great obstruction to union with yourself. It’s the face of our mind. This mind of ours is a useful computer and given to us so we can use it for many reasons understanding, communication, language, great experiences in the created world…great gift…but what has happened…over time we have thought we are the mind…we have been thinking of believing we are the mind. SELF empowers the mind.

If we define reality that never changes, the only reality is the SELF.

45min- Life makes this temporary body alive and everything alive and makes mind alive. We empower the mind to function. Mind speaks very nicely…it is trained to speak continuously that’s what causes the thought process. We can tell the mind what to think or we can keep quite and listen to the mind. To make use of the mind we can train the mind what to think. Most of us are listening to the mind on what we should do. We made a slave that was given to us to service us but turned it into a master. Mind thinks bizarre randomly of some good and bad experiences, pain and pleasure and puts it all together and says now do this and we say “yes sir”. Where is that SELF which will tell the mind? We must know otherwise we can’t tell the mind. Knowledge sought via intuition…its a flash of knowledge… intuitive knowledge does not require the mind because there is no thought involved. It’s sudden so we just know without time and the mind argues about intuitive knowledge and makes us go down and follow the mind. When we say repeat this mantra…we are telling the mind to do this. Only when we consult and act on the mind then we are listening to it. Intuition comes from the soul requires no time and is expressed directly from the consciousness through our spiritual will. Love has never taken time to think about it takes time as the mind is being used. If you act upon them it’s a spiritual will but if you think and then do it then it’s a mental will. Your life changes if you put your mind at the right place that is why we should USE the mind for meditation, for attention flow etc. These are great functions that are available to us. Just because we have reversed the process of experience in order to go back home…instead of that we have been involved in this reality and think this is the only thing. We came for a visit to have an experience and were supposed to go back home. We have strange high and low experiences, bungy jumping experiences and then go home. A story told by Kabir and Anurag Sagar. Master Ji talked about Hans and Bans. Consciousness operates best when it experiences pairs of opposites.

55min- All our experiences in the mental world are based on pairs of opposites but there are no opposites in our true world but experience it by artifically creating duality as a pair of opposites to the non-dual world. The whole game of creation is set up on this great model and we see it as reality not as a game. We hid the reality within us and we see only the projected part which becomes reality…physical, astral and causal are created like that including our true home…everything is created from consciousness. We don’t create illusions and shadows but we create reality. We do so by blocking the source of reality and introducing a desire to check whether that reality is real or not (that reality alone). Because I had blocked the awareness of the wakeful state…I made my dream state into reality. The experience was real but things were not real. Maya is not an illusion…the experience of maya is REAL but the objects creating the experience is not real and that is the illusion. When we try to verify reality with objects within reality…entire empirical science is based on that which is why they cannot find reality… the only way to find reality is to wake up. Then you feel so GREAT. Then you go to sleep and the dream becomes real again…people have that problem right here when we are back in the physical body if the mind made it up but looks more real but now it looks like a dream because we can only experience one reality at a time. It can only be real if this is not real. Make only one reality at a time. The physical world is real, the dream is real but when we wake up it becomes unreal and so on.

1hr2min- There is a way not to stop half-way…go all the way to your true home where the whole thing becomes clear and then you are aware of all realities. Imagine a PLM who looks like an ordinary human being like us has that experience while they are sitting here and talking to us here have the experience of the true home. They are not trying to make us better people…PLM doesn’t come for that or to change anything here but to pickup those souls who are ready to go home. PLM come for friendship and they recognise us and recognise them too with a little bit of doubt. Mind has been programmed to doubt as you will be gullible. Doubt and scepticism is very good on the spiritual path. You should let the mind be active in questioning and reasonably be satisfied with the response. While mind is doing that these PLMs are doing something else…they are showering some love upon us… creeping in more. Questions eventually become irrelevant. What makes a strong sceptic…suddenly turns and say I have no more questions…he experiences love that he has never experienced before. We have put ourselves in a big trap…what kind of life is putting judgment in our life…suddenly a human being appears in our life who loves us unconditionally. The mind’s doubt is overpowered by unconditional love. We are responding to his love…our expression to his love is with devotion. When we love a human being its true love if the mind was kept aside but with mind we detroy true love. Same thing with joy and beauty.

1hr12min- Our consciousness operating as consciousness sees the whole picture but the mind divides it to analyze it. We are breaking our totality of awareness by dividing it into moments here and there, now and then. If you can see the whole picture together (which you can) love and beauty and creation will shine out..but we analyse too much therefore it’s necessary to use the scepticism of the mind to see where the mind’s limitation is. The mind can see everything so long it is in time and space and the spiritual self does not require that. We can covert our lives by living in gut-feeling and intuitive will and the mind can then service our will..not making decisions for us…mind is a bad decision maker but gut feeling is a better decision maker. Mind makes decision based on data available to it…it can’t know everything. We should use the mind fully but get the mind to make the decision make the mind work around and use meditation to go within as we have to use the mind to persuade the mind to walk in. Mind is not built into our soul but was built accessory therefore we leave it behind when we go above that. Tomorrow is a great day…I am very happy you all come to join me.
