Welcome friends…I am happy to be back in Calgary again. If we get fed up of the show here…our life on the physical plane here we made an arrangement to go back to our true home. When we are tired of this world…we become a seeker of something else…seeking takes place in our hearts…its a secret to returning home. If you seek your true home..you are bound to go home. You come across another human being just like you except in the awareness of that human being. He knows everything where the true home is…and he is in his true home when he is speaking to us as human beings. Master Ji talked about GM example of radio which is connected to the power source comparable to connected to our true home. We all have same capacity to go back which he has. This is God-given gift to us. If your seeking is strong at some point in time, you will get it. Buddha said if you have a desire in your mind and its not possible to have that…desire is registered in your mind even if it takes 1 million years till you get what you desire. Desires are holding us for fulfilment doesn’t matter how long it takes. Desire creates attachment. There is only two things keeping us here- desire and attachment. If you have the desire for your true home you will get that. When there is a seeker…he will find a human being who can guide him to his true home. Such a human being we call him a perfect living master…a person we call master because he can guide us and he is perfect because he operates above the mind and living because he is alive. He talked about meeting many masters in Himalayas. If you want to have real effect..truth is you can only be guided by who can say NO to you…mind will say ‘yes’. Unless you have a living master you cannot get true guidance which is interested in getting fulfilment of desires and attachment outside. Therefore, when you seek you do not seek with the mind but something else is seeking…something is telling us not to do something but something saying do it…we have a split in the mind is it the mind in two parts or something else? Little part of the conscience argues what’s right and wrong. Religious mind will call it a sin…when we commit sin we don’t leave it there but carry it as guilt…and you know we are carrying so much guilt knowingly or unknowingly. What does the guilt do? It holds you back in the past. You are constantly thinking of the past…we can’t move forward at all. There are many traps here in order to keep us here long and longer.

11min- What is soul? The soul is what makes us alive, senses alive, mind alive, thinking system alive…its a living power. It makes us conscious. The soul is never born or dies and lives in its true home. It lives here in different bodies but does not live as a soul. This physical body…is making us feel we are just here for a short time. Even when you die something else continues to live. This body is only a temporary cover upon us for physical experience. If we lose this body by death or some other means (out-of-body experience) what will we look like? We will look the same as now because it depends on our sense perception, not on our body. Who can check this out…all of you have the capacity to do what I said. You can check it out today by dying while living. By becoming unaware of the body…we can do so. Actually, when we sleep at night we die while living as we don’t know where our body is…we don’t get any other experience other than dreaming like a person walking around which is ourselves but that is so unreal than our wakeful state. The method of trying our other body is not to do a practice where you can withdraw your attention from this body. It is to know where are we right now if we are not the body. We must be operating from somewhere within this portion of this body but we have control over anything its only in small area on the head. Where do we think from? When we think you can close your eyes and ask this question…its in the head…behind the eyes. You will find its behind the eyes in the centre…its been called 3rd eye centre, center of consciousness, nukta so many words have been used to describe that point. Our consciousness is operating from that point.

21min- From science to metaphysics the consciousness is operating from behind the eyes in this head. We can put our attention where we like. What is the unique quality of attention is you can concentrate attention wherever we like but we never focus it inside but only do so outside. If you imagine sitting in the head…after some time you will not know where your hands and feet are. More time you don’t know where your legs and arms are and so on…you will have died while living…you are not dead but your attention has concentrated in the head to a point you become unaware of this body. It a great experience, then how long can you stay in that state…think of this body and you are back here. But its a very valuable experience because it makes you know consciousness your soul ability to be aware is not dependent on this body in fact it get enhanced in that state. Can can also do yoga practise like concentrating on your heart (heart chakra) and if you put attention there you can have out of body experience but there you are aware of this body and that you have moved out and see the body and come back. Many people in the West have been trying this and they feel there is a cord that is attaching them and pulled back…and if cord breaks this body dies…they are afraid of death but if you do the other way round…centre of awareness this human body is the best design in this universe.

25min- Baba Ji distinguished between centres of awareness and energy. Energy can give out of body experiences a lot of experiences but you don’t get higher awareness that you have a body which is 1000 years old. Most yogis have been practising yoga from two eyes and going down to the bottom and through various energy levels go through a cycle…they thought the body is designed like a house with 6 floors with eyes on the 6th floor and there are steps to move or you can take elevator via the spine. Where was the awareness? They found this world as real as they left it but if you are doing a different circuit that goes up in the head then you get higher and higher awareness and discover sense perception does not belong to this body at all. Sense perception working independently becomes an astral body without flesh and bones. These PLMs who operate from the soul level alone have seen function from true home when they are in front of us. They tell us the soul is a very different thing from the mind, sense perception, and physical body…they are all different covers and the soul is generated around them for different experiences. When we think in our head we don’t need a form. Everything is inside us because the structure of this experience is built inside out. Ultimately, when the mind comes, it can lead to so many experiences. Universal mind is creating all the thoughts. It may have 3-4 million years of life its not pure consciousness and still operate in time and space. Our soul has nothing to do with them…we just give power to the mind to our senses and we get sensory body and so on. Our true home is beyond the mind beyond space and time. Our true home is where the universal mind is created. Our soul is the power that creates it all.

37min- To go beyond the mind we can do nothing…when we do something anything we do requires effort from the mind. Therefore, the mind fails…no amount of effort can take us to our soul. So many enlightened people telling us the truth of inside stop there…how can you be effortless? A friend of mine at Harvard University a great meditator one day he wrote an email to me…my friend I have found we can never find truth with effort…now I will try very hard to be effortless. Everything in the world requires ego…here we are talking about the state of reality where effort is not required. Being pulled by the love of somebody is where no effort is required. Love pulls….therefore the only way that can take you beyond the mind is unconditional love somebody operating beyond the mind. A PLM loves you without conditions or judgment. But why? Because your soul is seeking and ready to go back home, period. Funny story Baba Ji talked of a friend who introduced his brother who wanted to attend a Master’s talk. Incredible story. There is a certain knowing which is different from rational knowing. Certain knowing comes suddenly its called intuition, gut feeling…it comes suddenly no thinking. Knowledge comes by thinking and understanding something logically is a mental thing involving the mind. The gut feeling comes from your soul. When the soul functions in us does 3 things- Intuitive knowledge…its spiritual (no time and space),

46min- I give you a little exercise try it out..1 month make decisions with gut feeling and make your mind do that…your life will change for better. Never think your thinking machine is yourself. The correct thing is I am a consciousness power making a machine in me i.e. mind think. Therefore, the soul is not the mind…soul functions in the experience of true love, and intuitive knowledge, feeling happy is spiritual not the mind. Master Ji shared a goofy story of a satsanghi friend who can twist his body around by that system he can stop thinking. I had to explain to him why he thought he wasn’t thinking…because mind does not think in one channel. This is known to those who do mantra, chanting in the mind…they can hear commentator…that’s also mind and thought. The mind can think in so many channels. I was once posted in a job…he was given the responsibility to take care of Dalai Lama. Good story 🙂

Thinking is, like a heartbeat for the body, for the mind…therefore we think all the time…we will die if we stop thinking. You can STILL your mind…it means keep the mind away from yourself. The soul listens the mind speaks.

Ishwar Puri Ji

56min- A mind is a machine…like a computer….you can’t lead your life what the computer says…you should tell the computer what to do. We have become slaves of our own machine called mind. That is why when we are saying something and want to make it worthwhile for us we listen to it. When we listen our attention will go inside! Kabir says “mala you kar mai pheray jeeb phiray….” he explains how the meditation to be successful should be done with the mind…mind must repeat. When we force our mind to force some words our tongue naturally speaks…when you think…has your tongue moved? Never. That’s how simran should be done…chanting is effective when thoughts are replaced by those words. You must go inside attentively and listen inside…strange things happen. Suppose you listen to the words you are thinking…and you will hear other sounds you haven’t heard before. Where are they coming from? Sounds come from your soul inside. The soul expresses itself in the form of melodious music. Sounds pull you. Surat Shabd Yoga (Attention Sound Union)- putting attention inside to the inner sounds. Temples and churches have big bells….sounds are repeated as it pull our attention to the soul but we think outside sounds pull are in…they don’t as they are symbolic.

1hr5min- We are very often creating images outside…temples outside whereas real temple is in our head…best temple, best church, synagogue…and we go around to man-made temples, mosques and churches. We sometimes make shapes as man’s head. When we want to get real knowledge it has to be found inside…there is nothing worthwhile found outside on the spiritual path. Why are we going to look for a PLM outside? We have to make some exceptions. Even outside PLM is also not real? Yes he is also not real…if this world is an illusion, maybe a PLM is no different but how can he be different from the rest of the illusion? Master Ji talked about Swami Vivekananda who took part in the Spiritual World Conference in the USA. If God is inside us and we are seekers…why do we need a 3rd party outside guru at all? The answer is when we close our eyes we still are outside! No, we are still looking outside… it’s common sense. The fact is you have to withdraw attention inside…we have been trained to focus but not withdraw attention.

1hr10min- PLM is always inside us…he appears in image outside. He is not a guide in human body as he is going to die like us…even a PLM truth reality is inside not outside. But to discover him inside we get guidenance from the outside illusion. Nothing is outside…that is why when we know how we go inside…another part of picture which we designed before we ever came here…if we were in true bliss in true home why did we ever leave it? Why did we leave such a nice place? Any justification for that? We made a complete arrangement before we ever left our true home…we have experiences here which are real…we cry in the dream…we wake up and say thank God it was just a dream. So here it’s a dream within a dream within a dream. To make it real we should not know it’s a dream and take another body…the whole show of experience via consciousness was designed to make reality not dreams or illusions. Of course process can be called an illusion but once it’s made it can be called reality. It is the only reality we have. Sometimes we feel it is a dream inside the dream 🙂 Although you speak the truth you are not aware of the truth…same thing happens here. We have been able to create levels of reality and we can only have one level of reality in consciousness. I can’t even imagine a greater experience than the totality of consciousness where the entire creation is within there. PLMs are not learned people but experience all levels of experiences at the same time.

1hr18min- PLMs are not come to explain something but to pickup the marked souls, period. Seeker but not to the guru make arrangements. If a PLM initiates you…your journey is over…rest is merely a process but the mind doesn’t accept it. Okay meditate…follow a particular diet. You get all the instructions as mind carriers on especially who are very serious seekers they fail..the one most serious fails the most. I remember a disciple who was a top official Daryai Lal Kapoor. Fun story ❤ 🙂 Mind can enhance an ego…makes the iness stronger than togetherness…everytime you make more effort it becomes a wall. I shared these views because I found GM what he said he delivered…itw as not an academic study. I am sharing with you as a seeker on the same path because they were useful to me. This is an experiential process…do not believe anybody unless you can verify it by your own experience…its a living faith path not blind faith. Go within and find it….I will join you later today.
