Welcome to this meeting…I am very happy to come here and meet all of you. The purpose of my visit is to share my experiences with GM. I only share with you some experiences with somebody who had good experience himself. Our life is made up of pain and pleasure…we become human being because of our own actions. If all our actions ours were bad we wouldn’t be here either but in hell as there are hells which can be experienced while in this human body. We are here because of a combination of good and bad. Only in human life, we can seek our true home…no other life we could do so. According to our Indian scriptures, there are 8.4 million types of species. The soul gives life and is life. Mind is not a soul but a thinking machine. These 8.4 million life includes mostly plant life and the bulk of souls are in very primitive form (Trees and shrubs) but even out of the remaining life forms only in the last 400K human life comes as last. None of them have any free will but live according to their destiny…there is a big difference between human life and life of any other form. When we make choices, the choice we make by thinking is already made somewhere…therefore we have an experience of free will. This wonderful experience of making a choice gives us the freedom to seek…any when you seek something you find it- that is how law operates here. In this small body there is a head on top and the eyes in front of us are the dividing line. The part below the eyes, (pinda or physical body)…it has all the energy centres. Our association outside is being taken care of these six energy centres. They are very important for our existence and interaction with this world. But then there is upper part of this body- these eyes outside also have internal eyes and you can see with those eyes same goes with ears. We have an inner body which can do all these functions that outer body can do thus creating a possibility of having a second non-physical body that operates in the head.

10min- Ishwar Ji talked about dream body but self does not change but body does. Even in the highest form of spiritual awareness…the SELF will never change. Whatever changes cannot be called real therefore the whole world outside changes all the time. The self never changes therefore the only ultimate reality is the self. The physical body of ours the division of two parts…the upper part can help us to know who we are…it is a great gift to us. We have this ability that can make choices…this is not available to any other form of life other than human life and we can discover our true-self while we are in the human body. There are centres of awareness inside…I will tell you a little story of GM and of my uncle who lived in Karachi (Clifton Beach)…funny story of Swami Brahmanand and Great Master Hazur Maharaj Baba Sawan Singh Ji and the knowledge of the 18 energy centres Pinda, aanda and Brahmanda 🙂

If you can be self-realised…you are one step short of God realisation.

Ishwar Puri Ji

25min- The truth is lying inside us…in the head and we have everything inside no matter how we go about it and what we say. If we go inside our head we find everything including our true self that never changes. It is a little strange that the creator and soul are inside and yet we are living outside here. If we are ready to go home…a big statement…we will go home. We have come into this experience for the sake of experience…in order to have different levels of experience and then go back home…but we like experiences so much in spite of pain and pleasure we still got attached to some parts of it…that we forgotten our true home and our purpose to be here. How can you make these possessions as your own just like this body. More than that, we are trying to make people our own and none of them go with us.

29min- People of my age come to me and say they are making a plan for 10 years…half of our foot in the grave and how come we don’t see this is a temporary life. The main reason we don’t know our true home is our desires and attachment to temporary experiences. In true home, we have bliss at all times and we have opposite experiences here. Why? There are individuated souls in our true home who never came here…we decided to come and when we go back such a story told…they sing and dance much more than souls there…souls there don’t know why we jump more and dance more and we say…you don’t know what you are missing. That is the purpose of this creation as it gives us greater experience of our true home when we go back. There is no time and space there but I have to tell story to explain. If no problem there and we come to place which has problems…this world is so created you have to have suffering with enjoyment. The same thing that give us joy and pleasure can become suffering. We have to have joy and unhappiness at the same time in this world…that is why we are not here to stay permanently but if we knew we came for this life were we not intelligent enough to foresee this…did we lose our intelligence at that time? No we were too intelligent…we made arrangements before we came here that when we are tired and want to go home…we will pre-arrange how to go back. This world which is merely a creation and a reflection of our own true self should have part of that program when we are tired we can go back. A human being appear in our life by coincidence and says you go back home and I can tell you how to go back home. He appears to know all the levels of creation even when he is an ordinary human being like us. Of course he is unreal but when he talks to us from this unreality he is telling us about reality. He is saying dettach yourself and go inside of your ownself. He says don’t look outside or at me…look inside…everything is inside including me. When we say let’s look inside that man is inside not outside.

40min- PLM is ordinary like anybody but with higher state of awareness. The mind divides our experiences but PLM see the totality of everything. With that possible awareness of that person he is able to guide us. Soul is consciousness and ability to be aware…never separated from totality. Why soul need a mind? Because soul lives in a timeless state and to have different experience it attaches itself to small machine…a human mind. Machine creates time and space, thinks…it is being put into operation with power of the soul it makes the machine alive. Mind thinks, divides and creates a timeline of space and put events on them. Its all done at once. You will learn everything inside your own head. We add on more things to the mind…two more covers….the first cover is sense perceptions…we divide experience into seeing, touching, tasting, hearing as if they were different. Its just a cover upon ourselves and I explain to you how you can see that right now. Its not something that is far away but with us and to make it more entertaining we put a physical material self and world around us and that’s how we are sitting here in the physical body. We have an astral body, a casual body and inside that sits our soul part of the totality…this whole process of creation has taken place inside out. Its all from inside out to find the reality you reverse this process. There is a beautiful thing the mind is performing…it can imagine things that are not there it is a power of the mind. It can put attention wherever we like. Then we have to concentrate our power of attention. Remember these 3 words- imagination, attention and concentration. These are great gifts to us…these are operable while we are in the physical body. These gifts to us are a part of the process of going to our true home. Technique to use it is simple…instead of putting attention of things outside of you…how about putting attention behind the eyes inside you. It is simple but difficult because we never practised it.

51min- We have learnt over experience how to focus of attention on things outside but never learnt how to withdraw attention inside ourselves. Its different from focusing attention. 3rd eye centre is where you are looking at right now. People try to search for it and look into the darkness in front. How can closing eyes can give vision for inside. Withdraw attention is the opposite of focusing attention. Being at the 3rd eye centre is being there and just realising that you are not sitting anywhere except inside your head. You can use imagination again…imagine this body as a house which has several floors (6 levels corresponding to chakras)…you are at the 6th floor. Once you imagine its not your head…you are in the centre already…sitting there…imagination can take you there. From there you can see what you like. 3rd eye centre is not such a mystical thing as we think. If you are there, imagine you are there…body is not you…you have to imagine the body is around you like a house …don’t imagine seeing yourself there. This is the concentration of attention on where you are and not in the body. When that happens, you can still see, hear, touch, taste and smell. That is why you discover the SELF that you are looking for have all the sense perception and they are much better than outside. That is youre more real self than your physical self.

1hr2min- If you concentrate your attention further then you will go back in reverse where your mind was alone. You will know exactly how you created this universe. You will also find what you thought was your mind is only a part of the universal mind. Many of the greatest mystics have mistaken it to be our true home. The experience of not having a body, sense perception very few people have thought of anything beyond that…that is not our soul which is empowering that state. The soul is consciousness, the creator of those events. Effort has a very limited value in true spiritual experience. Go beyond mind in true spiritual region is not possible via effort or mind. People have tried effortless meditation also …goofy story of Ishwar Ji’s friend’s letter. We can’t get out of belief in mind without effort you can’t get anything. That is why, all people making effort end up there and nobody goes to true spiritual region as effort cannot go there. How can we then go to our true home? Here comes the real answer…you cannot by effort push beyond but you can be pulled! Somebody pulls you…hmmm…I wonder who that somebody is 🙂 The only power that exists in this universe is the power of unconditional love. To go beyond the mind the only way I know of is a pull of love beyond the mind. Somebody says to us…your role on path is do nothing…our mind does not accept it. Therefore, even a PLM in human body who with his absolute unconditional love pulls us…draws us…we still say what am I supposed to do? Mind continuously argues. If master says do this…meditate…we like it! Do you know who are on the path the more they meditate less experience they get. What they want is to be pulled by love. When he comes…he has that effect upon us as if soul is being pulled by a soul. We can’t explain it to ourselves. Mind try to warn us and yet the pull goes on. Mind comes up with doubts…its not consistent with you belief system…take precautions..the mind things all these things for good reason…and yet the pull goes on. The game of love goes on and that is way master pulls us with unconditional love. Their love is totally unconditional.

1hr10min- There is no judgment or expectation involved from such a person. His goal is only to take you back to your true home, period. They say when the disciple is ready…guru appears. You cannot find a master because master is too ordinary. PLMs never claim themselves master but as servants of those whom they have come to take. How do you know them is their presence come and affects you…they come in your life by chance. Suppose you are able to recognise the PLM…you don’t need to do anything! Mind however doesn’t believe that. Master Ji shared a verse from Guru Granth Sahib. Master gives instructions to the mind to satisfy the mind…do you know all meditation we do is for the mind. After that you can live your life normally and go back to your true home but mind doesn’t beleive…okay then you meditate etc. What I am saying about astral, casual plane could be all made up by imagination? This is real and I am equally real if I am unreal you won’t hear me or who am I talking to…we all believe we are real as this is our only reality. At one time we only have one reality. In dream, we have a dream body where things move so fast. Rules of nature totally change…every reality has different rules and laws and dream reality is different and we say…little awakening come to us…I think its a dream…I believe its a dream…who is saying that? Not the body but a dream body then what it does…it says to all look its a dream…and then you wake up there were no other people and that was not your body. Its a beautiful system actually to create experience.We create not one reality but several. We look for a PLM because this is the only reality of course later you find master was as unreal real as we were.

1hr18min- All this creation is within one consciousness but we think it’s outside. You are in the same state as PLM…what would you see.. the whole thing is a play for consciousness to move in…big game…big drama… it’s a very interesting experience. Imagine if a PLM comes here and takes us to our true home…he takes you to the same place he has. True home contains all…therefore all levels become real and unreal from that point. A PLM does not come to make you a better human being but to make you identical to yourself, nothing less. These PLM when they say we accept you … guarantee you to be exactly like themselves. When are we ready…when seeking becomes so strong we are fed up with this life. I have had a chance to multi-millionaires and never met more unhappy people than those. This is a strange state where we don’t realise very thing we realise will give us happiness doesn’t give us happiness. This is the most beautiful moment of our life.
