There is no place for blind faith in true spirituality. The belief should be on our experience….build upon it very slow…every little step is good enough. Are we performing our duties in objective manner…how much attention does it need. To be human is great opportunity we have, not even souls ascended to higher level of consciousnesses..they know its all planned (that we are nothing but robot…no more than puppets with strings pulled by the program). They don’t have chance of selection i.e. free-will. Find truth in go back home…are we not fed up being here. The duality of night-day, pain-pleasure…we need to go back to our true-home. True home is right inside us. Same soul is in different living beings.

He talks about two approaches on how do we balance obligations and internal thing. Give priority to meditation at start of the day and before going to bed. What is inside and outside are same…metaphysical approach. We project our inner experience outside (just like a movie theater). We function in this life exactly like a projector. What we are seeing outside is what’s been projected inside. Go inside and see how sense perception works. Karma is inside our mind. Mind is a useful instrument nothing more … seek to go beyond the mind to find our true-self. We will find a PLM automatically included karma created by the seeking. Seeking is a secret as we appear to have a free will to seek or not seek. If we go beyond mind our soul never had any karma at all. What we are bothered about here is never bothered our real self.

Consciousnesses has power to have consciousnesses of anything. Its a creative power. 

The ultimate can be experienced right here. But its all within our self. To see the complete triviality for everything is by going within. Duties are assigned to us with experience we are having outside. Obligations are given where we live, we grow up etc. We should full-fill duties as best as we can. He quoted Krishna mentioning to Arjun to perform his action to maximum skill he has. When we full fill duties do not expect anything…we prolong our karmic pattern…we want to end it. We reduce karma by having no expectation! That’s the secret. Thinking beyond our duties…we not only prolong our karmic pattern but we also embedded more and more in our world chore.

What we think good and bad is different in different centuries..all made up by our own mind. Mind creates a morale code. If we go with the flow we accept what comes. He talked about Rumi. We act according to signs from the nature to do worldly activities. It is living in the will of God. If you interfere with mind then its mind’s (mental) will. Mind’s will comes in if you ask should I or should I not. If you follow circumstances tells you then its spiritual will. How we develop spiritual will if we keep thinking. Say… NO! If you can say no to the mind only 3-4 times a week your spiritual will will develop.

He shared story of two hunters in this video. We repeat same thing over and over again. Therefore if we can say no to our mind- we are following our spiritual will. It develops when we are strong enough and we become stronger as spiritual will becomes overwhelming will ❤ When mind something REALLY bad that’s when we should say no. Spiritual will expresses itself via intuitive awareness. He talked about two kinds of logic- deductive and inductive. He also talked about Uncertainty principle used in quantum physics.

He talked about how mind thinks. Mind does not dies. When we die physically brain dies but mind stays alive as it holds memory for millions of years. If you go to the mental level you can remember the thought, karma of mind million years ago. Mind can learn things its a machine. Mind is our slave but we/ master become our slave. This should bother us! The power of our soul that can operate without time and space- our self has intuition of no duration at all. Mind cannot function without time but out gut feeling comes with no time but every though comes with time. Ishwar Ji mentioned about meditation to observe the mind. What’s needed- point where we are watching the world is in the head behind the eyes right at the center where we operate. Meditate by imagination we are sitting there. Two kinds of thoughts language and image. Relax watch the bizarre thoughts come and go and you will be surprised to see functioning of our mind. Our understanding of mind then becomes better and realise its just a machine. Use mind to remember things, communicate people but we USE it to do it. Mind always think (its an annoying git). We are the experiencer of everything. Ego of the mind makes us into ‘I’… that I that comes up is alone is selfish. The self is most charitable when separated from the mind.

He talked about a cute story of a German lady who prefers not to use word ‘I’ but ‘we’ to suppress ego. I am the most humble person is also spoken from ego 🙂 Its really goofy clip.

Without ego we cannot do seeking. So how can we call it bad- its all about how we use it! Its neither good or bad (wow!).

GM said put it on Master. Expand your ego to totality which master is. Ego is bad when its small. Say master does everything- somehow other master start doing things. We cannot fight the mind- simply ignore mind. Once we center our self in the middle of the eyes. Then forget the body! Once we place our self there to meditate we will hear mind thinking- don’t think don’t participate put our attention on being there…let mind think. Mind will eventually give up and we can direct mind but don’t fight the mind!!! He talked about his sharing from his experience what worked for him.
