Video Description: Final day of the meditation workshop. He started talk with meditation tips: We locate ourselves behind the eyes BEFORE we start our meditation. There are two tools we have use of attention and use of concentration of attention. Different types of meditation we can do- we should not go below the eyes as all the centers of higher awareness are above the eyes. Below eyes are energy levels but not higher awareness which rise above the physical level.

 The tools we actually use meditation are yoga of the audible sound current (surat shabad yoga). Surat- Attention, Shabad- sound and yoga- union with our highest self. 

In this because attention and concentration are needed, there are aided not only by sound which may not be heard of because of our scattered mind. But we use the power of repetition of words. Mind uses process of language to scatter itself. That is why spoken written language is something we can use temporarily to block the mind therefore the simran/ mantra has been introduced into the spiritual path. How it helps is by repeating set words we block other noise of the mind in our thought stream and help us to concentration our attention. Also each word has a meaning. He talked about socrates. How did word chair came in the first place? It came with an idea. Its very easy to make it..a chair was made and called it chair. But the idea of the chair came before the chair from somewhere else. Where do they come from? There is a separate world of idea…astral plane. It began to apply to every kind of chair. The word ‘chair’ got expanded every type of chair took place in the physical level whereas the idea of the chair is in the astral plane.Socrates stated to go to world of ideas to find origin of language. The same word can mean different things in physical plane. Language has limitation as we speak from our own association and ideas. No two are ever the same in physical plane. It may result in misunderstanding more in abstract terms. On other hand, we can communicate better with body or telepathy than verbal language. In astral plane we speak with ideas not with words. PLM gives you few CHARGED words… (he talked about shakey pizza lol). They give association with those words with inner experience not outside therefore they become charged. How does it help? Every time we speak those words…we are remembering something we have not seen! So how does that help? The truth is higher level of casual plane there is no difference between what we have already seen or we will see…difficult to understand here. There time never flows but our attention does at a certain pace which causes events to happen…we can go back, forward…its like space…similarly in casual plane real nature of time its a static phenomenon we go from attention from one location to another. That is why what is to come and what has happened is same in causal plane. These words are used in physical plane to reach up to level where language has no meanings in terms of words but only IDEAS!

What will take us back home? Not words but unspoken language i.e. language of sound. Therefore, its the sound that is in its essence is creative power to help us take us back home. When we hear bell sound that has a pull its already attaching to the higher realm. Real meditation starts at that point! All this is mechanics of meditation 🙂 Therefore ,it does not lead us anywhere. What does not even exist…only that can take you there which is Love and Devotion. Love does not originates from anywhere by spirit level. Therefore we practice something with love and devotion we are practicing a spiritual path anything below is a mental path. This is the MAIN message that without love and devotion could not work—- Please remember!!! 🙂 ❤

The experience of feeling we have become a drop while we are still in the ocean is called individuation. In a way, we are all different points of views of experience by the creator. If PLM initiates us he take us back home…he accepts us…he has taken responsibility…its such important to have that experience to get initiation from a PLM. Even thinking of a master is love and devotion. How love and devotion grow? To do what the master says…we are pleasing him therefore if we follow instruction of a PLM at time of initiation make it a high priority…you are pleasing the master and developing love and devotion for the master. Do meditation practice should be done with love and devotion. If not its a mechanical exercise. Try speaking words during the simran…if you hear sound switch to the sound and vice-versa and keep image of the master and expressing your love for the master in our head. Many of us are engaged in worldly duties- what time do we have for meditation? PLM recommended we must do our duties…earn livelihood with hard-work depending on your skills. But convert all this work into meditation by constantly remembering we are doing this for our master. Its accounted for as meditation and it will accelerate our meditation progress…therefore do not think worldly work is against spirituality it can be made part of spirituality.

Spirituality should be both way of living and meditation!

If we have to work with skill then we might say if we meditate and enjoy all goodies inside…sometime we get so intoxicated that we don’t want to work outside at all. To make that a rare exception, we can measure our progress other way…are we feeling greater love and devotion of the master …we are making internal progress which we can check afterwards while we are working with that feeling. He shared a cute story of Jaimal Singh Ji and Swami Ji where Jaimal Singh was feeling great urge to see his master and wrote a letter to his master…about missing him too much! Swami ji addressed sometime when master want s to focus on undivided attention on outside work and thinking of the master while doing it…it does not mean that your soul is not transcending above…therefore the power of mirth and surth (hear and see) is blocked so we only see things here but progress is being made inside…we then miss our master more…master enables you to do worldly work and we still make progress…you can go in and check you were making spiritual progress..this power is link putting blinders on us and once blinders are removed you can recognise the place.

We should not get impatient because we have not seen anything inside. When we make progress of spirituality…our love for people generally grow…our hatred becomes less…we are willing to see point of view of another person…greed and possessiveness becomes much less…they are happening with same progress of spiritual path. We can perform duties as spiritually to make it a karmic duty into a dharmic duty…we need to associate a duty as a spiritual duty by converting a duty doing for our lovely master. According to GM, if we do all work thinking of master…it all adds up to spiritual work. Do 2.5hours of other stuff and remaining 21.5hours is for spiritual practice!…balance tilts towards spirituality 🙂 ❤

Its a question of internal priority …we should feel committed to spiritual side therefore everything becomes spiritual. People living in ‘God’s will’ we do not create karma…he agrees…how do we know what’s God’s will? Isn’t everything God’s will? Don’ t we already do it just now? Good question… answer is God himself has divided will into two. God’s and mind’s will! He has made it available to us positive (God) and negative (mind) will. He referred to Rumi to explain this. If we respond to coincidences, and intuition we are always doing God’s will. Consult living master if we are not sure ❤ Easiest way is if we meditate go within with simran and ask inside. Manmukh are mind followers…Gurmukh are followers of the guru. Therefore, to attempt to shift from manmukh to Gurmukh is a part of spiritual progress. Unless mind is given something so delicious then it will follow us…mind is our greatest enemy in terms of going to spiritual path and greatest friend if following what we say. He credited his master with all his teachings and doing his seva to his master. Do meditation regularly not off-on because sometime if we leave it for a while we start from beginning so progress is lost. He shared secret of not reading any books until he came to the USA. He was listening to a song last night given to him by his friend of Bulleh Shah (53min). Reading books can arouse curiosity and information but do not lead us anywhere unless we practice by going within ourselves. Its not an academic but purely experiential thing. God is everywhere. Therefore, its important to know path of masters is not concerned with writing of people we are all children of same creator. God is for all of us…there is no other God…give him any name it is the same God…its not a matter of reading but matter of experience. We don’t want our personal experience speaking point and thereby create an image its an ego game! Its good to conceal our personal experience, share experience indirectly but do not bring the ‘i’ into it as it raise ego. Let people’s own seeking find the answer and not impose anything on them.

There was also a question and answer session within this discourse. When mind becomes a friend of ours when it starts enjoying something inside. Mind apart from being a great thinker and interpreted of sense perception it loves variety of pleasurable tastes and seeks and runs after pleasure. If we cannot figure out if Master is coming himself and have to imagine and if we speak the fives words…there is a check on if we image master and does not stay as master unless 5 words make stable and he talks to you. On other hand have experience of love and devotion there is nothing better than creating image therefore we encourage start with imagination to build love and devotion of the master and real image can be checked with 5 words. He talked about experience of free will but its all pre-written. He talked about hereditary factor etc are being used subconsciously to make a choice. We have no real free will. If we had knowledge of past or factors of choice we would have no free will. Therefore its experience of free will made available to us so we can feel we are the seekers and we are seeking. At astral level we discover things we thought were free were written but we have master’s divine intervention for something we don’t like, which provided us limited free will at the astral plane. When we go to casual plane that even divine intervention was pre-written so what is not pre-written? We discover that Akashic records which have not changed by divine intervention when we seek PLM help there…he changes the entire tape but Akashic Records stay intact. He changes the entire past and entire future for one little event! Therefore, there is no notice at all of any chance ❤

We will not have more than 4 lives after initiation. Swami Ji of Agra stated that who explains the four lives. Ishwar Ji spoke about his father (Lekh Raj Puri) (1hr15min), he said one can do this in one live than four. Many people get the inner sound way before initiated …why because they were initiated in their previous life. Initiation in one life carries on…nothing is lost. He shared story of Trilok Chand who was an engineer in Burma (Myanmar) in Rangoon. He shared story within a story of seeker king Janak. A disciple of GM met him by coincidence and had him aware of GM and got initiated.

Seeking is the secret and don't stop seeking no matter who is teaching you what.
