Video Description: He welcomed all his friends…he has been sharing information about our true self which lies within our external self and can be found by anybody. A PLM can take us home who knows the way. He said his mind in his early childhood days doubted if the path was just a made up story…how do we know what is true? It lead to lot of questioning…he was happy he was questioned so much…he rebel again the path because he did not search for this path properly…he was born into a family that believed in him. He talked about his father being initiated by GM before he was married…so it all started everyone became a disciple…so he was born into a belief system that already existed there. He talked about ahead into a belief system being born into a certain religious family…the seed is planted so early its difficult to overcome them as we grow. He talked about being just 9.5 years when he got initiated. It was his grand-father who took him to the GM to get half-initiation and his father didn’t even know when he got initiated. He was taken for half-initiation…GM asked Baba Ji do you want sweet or salted naam. At that age children don’t understand what they get at that age. Baba Ji said he doesn’t want sweets but what is in the 3rd eye…GM hold his arm tightly. When he reached home…his father was excited to see his son being initiated so early. All his friends said poor son initiated at such young age. Baba Ji was listening to this conversation in other room…and as a child he agreed with those people. Fortunately at time of initiation GM has said what he is going to give he got from his master and hope it works for you…if you have something that works for you take it…permission granted in advance…therefore young Ishwar was happy that he already had the approval…so he spent his teenage years trying all kinds of things…after trying all those things and kept GM informed…after all those years..he gave up and couldn’t find something better…but decided never to give up his search. He was still searching for better even at his age in this video ❤

10min- He said about sharing his story to persuaded anybody to follow this path. What he said is it worked for him…therefore he is sharing. He is giving his background to tell that he got a chance to study all other options (religious and spiritual). He talked about being converting to other religions and went to yogis tried all that and reached a conclusion…those things take to certain stage but not more. If inner seeking is for the highest truth…if that feeling is in you then this is the path for you. This is a method open to everyone…be practical about it…don’t make it into a religion/ sect./ rules that we cannot get out…if it works great…if not try something else. When we really look around…people are generally not happy…they pretend to be happy…go and stay at someone’s house that looks too happy…unhappiness is quite common. Some unhappiness arises from loneliness in spite of being in the crowd. Loneliness is being experienced by soul…its yearning to go back to the totality…we try to overcome that by making relationship in this physical world. By preoccupying we think we are not lonely but it really goes away when we are on the spiritual path. Why there is so much cruelty misery around…why so much suffering…what kind of adventure is this…how can this be an adventure? When we see opposite of something we experience opposite. Pleasure has no meaning without pain. This is a world of duality created to enhance the experience we want.

17min- He talked about Bans and Hans story 🙂 Bans wonder why Hans are jumping more than Bans…Hans tell them you don’t know what you are missing. So the very purpose of coming into an adventure land of duality is to go home where there is no duality…there the grand purpose can only be seen by seeing the grand picture and what happens when we go back home. We have high and low our appreciation of true home goes up when we go back home. We and trying to find new galaxies…time and space factor has narrowed our view. We only stars after light from star comes to us…and nearest star is more than 1 light year away…so we are seeing the star 1 year ago! We cannot simultaneously see any part of the sky we see stars at different times in the past. Our vision is very limited. Inside us we have opportunity to travel faster than speed of light! We can see stars as they exist today from within ❤ Inside our capacity to experience is much greater…therefore for curious person who like to explore all this…exploration of creation itself is a great journey…great journey inside…imagine possibility to travel at that speed. We are stuck here…in cages…trapped here…we don’t feel like that. We can explore this and other universes. The meditation technique helps us to do so…meditation opens doors to every kind of possible experience at all levels.

23min- Meditation should help increase in compassion and love for everybody. We cannot make judgement. This idea getting free from judgement is a big change in our life. We constantly judge people and create gossip out of judgement and think we enjoy our self by gossiping by judging others. He call changes on spiritual path perks of the meditation…it changes one’s life. That’s why he recommend try it all different paths…all options and then see if the path of the masters…which is based on simple principle of our attention is available to us put it wherever we life…self has its own identify and resonance becomes a sound at this stage…it ultimately becomes creative power. When we attach ourselves…that melody (the word/nard) that can pull us up…back to our true home. It resounds in every region in physical plane…its the royal road back to our home. Surat Shabd. He talked about being vegetarian is all that’s needed…idea is to eat lightest food and least consciousness. If we kill someone etc. there is an impact on our subconscious mind and prevents from concentrating properly…don’t take drugs, alcohol..live simple easy life. Use repetition of words, simran, practices to center our-self to enable us to catch hold of this melody…nothing else is needed except stick to that sound.

30min- He asked about how many asked for personal interviews ❤ He talked about doing a short session of meditation with everyone…with love and devotion. We don’t know how to love we call attachment as love…this mental attachment which we call love is not love…in love ‘I’ disappear and the beloved ‘you’ takes the front seat…it takes over your consciousness…that is true love…we find true love from the PLM and its a great experience to have…devotion is our response to that love. That is why term love and devotion is used. Meditation is the same…behind the eyes…not remembering what’s outside so our attention can be withdrawn and 10th door can open quickly…express your love for the beloved. Dhyaan/ contemplation face of our beloved…try this meditation being there using the words to repeat and looking at the face of the beloved and speaking talking inside to him anything you want as if we are together ❤

34min- Live meditation he talked about going behind the eyes…no stress or strain…relax there…repeat words slowly…and express love and devotion for the beloved…if you hear a strong sound pull…listen to that otherwise keep rep[eating mantra…WELCOME BACK….mind can become a friend inside by giving it a little incentive to enjoy something inside. At the end he said end of today as there are interviews. He talked about talking about inner secrets to overcome obstacles during meditation for tomorrow ❤
