Video Description: Questions will never finish, as every answer that came resulted in another question. Mind is always creating doubts and fears. When we use mind as a servant/ computer working for us…our soul then becomes our master. Mind creates doubt because it cannot see everything and works on principal of deductive logic (limited to something that is already known) and inductive logic (leaves a degree of uncertainty as it relies on law of probability). Mind has limited resources and we are working within that data as soon as something new comes in…mind says I didn’t know that. So that is why mind is questioning too much…and doesn’t want to take next step…you could spend whole life asking questions. There is a story in an Indian village with many wells…one intellectual philosopher by chance fell into the well. Fortunately, the well wasn’t too deep and he was crying…a man heard him. He stopped and said I will help you, he said before you bring a rope tell me why I fell in the well. No, I must get proof…how will I be sure you will bring the rope and lower it, how can I be sure you will pull me out. Some of us when we have to go into area unknown to us- then we are asking questions…some spend lifetime asking questions, I did so in first 8 years. I got baptised in Catholic Church… I got converted to other religions to find answers. So what’s the purpose of life etc. Islamic, Christians, Hindus all say the same thing but we have put so many ceremonies outside differently. Instead of uniting, that truth lies inside…religion has divided us. I do not believe in blind faith…there must be some evidence. Don’t take a blind leap… I recommend to all of you. True spiritual path, there is no place for blind faith. Have living faith…like you grow, faith should grow…every day there should be some experience and adds to your development. Questions that mind asks should always be answered.

10 min- There is a difference in the way we define love. Love for child, mother, teacher, property, lustful love, sex are all different ‘love’. When it comes to love for the master…it is true pure spiritual love. Mind has no role in it all. When love is experienced you began to forget your own self! It is filled up with the beloved so much that for a moment you dont know who are you but you know who the beloved is…even for a human being or any love. Also, when you say I love somebody…its egoistic function…when you fall in love don’t think like that..somebody is pulling you with love. Love is first born in the heart of the beloved…if there is no pull there is no love. Otherwise all types of love are mental/ ego game. Secondly, if the love has to come…it has to come from the master/ beloved. If there is no pull then master’s role is different than to take you to Sachkhand but to help you understand intellectually and prepare you to be taken away by another master. Much initiated woman was one who got initiated by every master. Including Mark who said he has been to so many masters. The first master is your own mother…where you are born then little role of father but more mother then school teacher becomes master. Then later going to religion…religion tells you things and conditioned your mind…then you find none of these work…who is saying that? Not the mind, because the mind is following what’s being taught…that is the soul seeking inside. Then you come across spiritual masters…they take you to up to where they have gone but the way they will describe their experience that they have reached sachkhand…because in these level of creation each level looks like final. Then there are masters that go beyond the astral stage than to trikuti where all destiny originate…where one single mind becomes universal mind. Then very few have gone beyond the mind…which is merely an attachment and is not the self. They are call Sadhgurus. Then there are masters who want to seek beyond…the totality those few masters are called Sant Satgurus beyond parbrahm where we realise everything was one consciousness where entire show is taking from. Our seeking growns…master who ultimately pulls us…pull is of pure love and love pulls us in such a way all mind doubts become irrelevant. Mind doubts and fears don’t stop a person when that happens…that master becomes your permanent friend forever and stay with you forever…you can see his radiant form inside and even outside! It becomes so visible at all levels that experience we will have is for PLM. Keep on seeking…if you are seeker you will find or rather master will find you. There are people from childhood they dont know why they are having that feeling is from previous life who make quick spiritual progress. There are some stages in meditation you will find out yourself and that’s not very far to see previous lives. That knowledge you personally are far more convincing than anything outside…so practise yourself no matter how long it takes. Time is not dependent, it is quality of time is important…how focus was your attention to go within. Focus and power of attention are important. If you put your attention on sound of consciousness (surat shabd yoga) you are pulled by that sound…and makes the progress very easy. If you are initiated by master past lives you maybe hearing voice before initiation! So, all these lives work together.

26min- We have potential awareness, master has imminent awareness. He comes with a limited role and he carries with him two lists. List A and List B for marked-souls…who have been seeking before they even came down to the physical plane. List A is one they will be take home, List B is will be later or future lives. A very small part of the journey is when we are in physical body and get initiated and master says I am now sitting inside you…now you find me. You feel he is there but you can’t find him. He says to knock on the 10th door inside where I am hiding…he is giving location…what kind of hide-and-seek he is playing. We make images outside and try to see with these eyes. On the other hand, if I tell you you imagine you sitting on top of this building…you can do so…nothing to do with these eyes! How did you do it? With pure imagination from the astral self. Remember these teachings being so natural known to very few because we are so absorbed in external activities. We are so preoccupied with life outside. I met an atheist who said thank God I am an atheist. PLM comes for us…they pick up souls and many others follow. Many are called few are chosen. Those who are chosen go with them. 33min- Meditation is art of withdrawing our attention to what lies within us. It’s a technique of withdrawing attention within ourselves. It’s simple but not easy because from childhood till we die…we are trained to put attention outside. We have learnt from great skills how to put our skills outside. We never learnt how to withdraw attention. We know how to focus attention…you have to have another object. In meditation, you don’t focus but withdraw attention to the self.

36min- This is not your body but a house divided in different floors. This would be the 6th floor…the top floor behind the eyes and its a floor and you are sitting somewhere in the centre and are consciousness you are there in the centre and you notice where are you…

39min- You have so many options in the 6th floor but do it where you are and no other thought except what is around you there in that room of yours. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5….open your eyes….welcome back ❤ Your master’s book Spiritual Gem…can you lend me a copy. I started reading books here…so I read it and pointed out 16 places that you need to be at the third eye centre otherwise our awareness not pull in. When you start from there lot of pull is already coming there. Inside you can see the sky above you and so many things with imagination its a difference place. So go there and stay there for a while. Ask where am I…what I am doing here…I am sitting there…keep your eyes closed till I count 5…1 ,2 3, 4, 5…welcome back! Any questions on what we have been doing? Do you know what takes you out? Somebody has a problem sleeping, try meditation.

46min- Tendency to sleep increases during meditation. When we feel behind eyes…its a wakeful state. When you are dreaming, you are at the throat centre. Notional point is operating behind the eyes at wakeful state and when we sleep it drops down to throat centre. So when you meditate tendency for attention to drop…what’s in your awareness that you can move around i.e. change your attention? The only available part of consciousness which we can work on is attention. Consciousness is completely undefined then smaller part of consciousness is awareness but we are conscious of the whole world and universe (as we heard about it). The awareness gets limited by sense perception…ultimately it shrinks down to small fraction which we have control and that is attention. Attention is most valuable gift humans have as we can control over it. When we pull our attention back…it is different in different forms we take. Attention is making this physical body. When we are awake the notional point…where we act in this shell around us is behind the eyes. When we go to sleep it drops. Sleep is a pattern for survival so tendency to sleep in meditation is very strong.

54min- My master’s master Baba Jaimal Singh main complain was that he falls asleep. He had long hair…and I have seen hut where he lives…he dug a little pit and used a trick to ensure he doesn’t go to sleep. 57min- Ultimately it is practise. I want to tell you a little story about practise because its good to have some comic relief. I don’t tell unncessary stories…a king in India Maharaja of Guwalai and used to go hunting and was a great marksman…a cute funny story of value of practise and a Blimpy baby doll elephant 🙂 Story is with practise one can do anything and meditation is all done by practise…of course if you are not doing it correctly, you keep practising error you remain in error…to LEARN where you learn you must go to somebody who knows how to do it right. Who do we go to? We go to someone who has done a little more than us. We will do some more practise tomorrow. Listneing mechanism is built into soul itself and speaking into the mind.

1hr4min- A mind (causal body) all thing are caused from there. The mind functions only in time and space and only believes in cause and effect and therefore it creates law of karma. Mind thinks, reasons, applies logic. The mind functions by thinking in speech that we have learnt externally. Most of our thoughts are in words. When mind functions its very useful to communication but we don’t do that properly. We allow mind what it wants and tell us what to do…and that’s where we put the cart before the horse. We should be telling the mind what to do- that can happen via meditation. You will tell the mind implement this decision of mine. Mind is doing that function- astral body is sense perception: power to split perception. Mind in combintation with sensory self expands itself and we wrap it via physical body and we create a physical world outside. Because it functions this forms- we reverse this by going back to that. Mind thinks of other things its attached/ desires. Its running out because of attachments. Desire and attachment makes the mind runs away. We absorb the mind’s inner experience so it gets attached to inner experiences. I will be able to share some with you when we have more time tomorrow. I hope my experience will help you because I don’t talk about something unless I have tested it out. I don’t rely too much on books nbecause I have verifcation of book is saying. Unfortunately books have become more important than our own experience. I can read about Wikkibeach but never went there but only read the book! We are doing same with our scriptures…unless we follow them by going within it will not lead you anywhere. I am Sikh by birth…I read the Granth Sahab several times…5th guru composed 10 gurus and all 10 gurus had human gurus…nowhere it says Granth is the Guru. Same thing elsewhere Christian Bible…I read all issues (including original one) and Bible has been changed many times. Toda we say its the Word of God. What does ‘Word’ means? In the beginning was the word …word was with God and word was God. In Rig Vedas…initially nothing there but nard …almost same translation of the John Gospel. Scripture tells us what the truth is but follow what they are saying! Something is common in all religions. One thing in common in all religion was each one said our one is the correct one. Anyway, I am glad we could review these things objectively and let’s see what is real and not just have blind faith. Study your own religion and Go Within. Religion to most part as it grows depends on external rituals than real message. A girl sent me yesterday…she says they are selling Akarshic records ($400) and $800 to change them. PLM you can be sure will not make money out of you…they work like we work and they share the information freely. Of course if they get donation they share for sharing informaiton but not for themselves. I am only sharing these things because its a practical thing you have to discover yourself.
