Video Description: I am very happy to see you again. It’s always sense of happiness when you meet people travelling together on the same path. we are co-travellers. This morning someone sent me picture of John Elton and it says “when I was 5 years old my mother told me most important thing in life is happiness…when I went to school…what do you want to be in life…I said happiness…my teacher…then you don’t understand your assignment…then I said…you don’t understand life”. I read a book by Russell…”Conquest of Happiness”. He searched a lot and he finds happiness in Church. Church people are happy…what part you like? When I appreciate paintings I get happiness (not what pastor was saying <3). Today I might start with a joke…I noticed many doctors sitting here (medical doctors). A person a friend mine complained to me how come you are always happy? I said I must have done my unhappiness course earlier so now I am doing that other part. Some people feel at early age too many miseries…thank God its happening now so you will get happiness later…law of karma includes high and low…good time and bad times. I happen to know large number of celebrities who acted in films in California. When I see them in their private life they are most unhappy people. Happiness of they are looking for is not able to find someone to love and be loved. That is why happiness comes when you can love somebody and be loved. Those who are loved somebody forget their material needs. When it comes to meditation and finding beloved…we don’t do anything and take it like a little chore. Secret of happiness is not outside but from within…you know your beloved is with you…and he loves you more than you can love anyone. That comes with being on spiritual path. Most of world pretends to be happy but are unhappy. There is nothing inside if the one inside us is not there..when we get initiated by a PLM…that’s a beauty of initiation he is accessible to us forever. That inner relationship which is so outstanding…it does not have any ifs and buts…no doubts…its a doubt-free and best love affair and that inside is constantly there. It takes little exercise and its worth while to reach that point…in the centre of our head. You are able to establish a contact….dry initiation when you don’t see much because they try to meditate with a effort..and its a very strange thing effort doesn’t help…when we do that in this life we are doing this with ego. If ‘I’ ego is so strong that’s main obstacle, that is why no effort involved in reaching inside. When you fall in love with somebody…no effort to love somebody. Then all you do is you have nice conversation within. You should chat even if you can’t see! Meditation should not be taken as an exercise. You would like to spend time with your beloved, be angry sometime. If all our problems, feelings good or bad are shared inside what kind of relationship is that. Inside is more real than the outside. Of course if a PLM is in a living body…has to be…to develop that relationship…if dead sorry its too late.

18min- These masters can be quite clever but they are helping those who are around them. Therefore, do not miss the opportunity of having a PLM. Only a human living master can help us but ponce initiated…that relationship continues no matter what. I remember a young British girl came to dera in India and got initiated by GM. Very young pretty girl…I was also very young and I would sit at an angel where I could see her. She never looked at me at all…her eyes were at GM…she didn’t understand a word of Punjabi. I was so impressed by way she was looking at the Master. She was only interested in this. In a few months, she was working with British military unit and wrote a letter to GM. My grand-father was going to draft a letter…he gave him a copy of that letter to me. I was surprised I was holding to that letter so many years…she said after I saw you I made some progress…I was quickly able to see you radiant form but I saw many attractive things in Astral plane but with your help I went to great place…a beautiful experience where my mind merged with universal mind. A beautiful letter…such an inspiration for me ❤ Then I recall she looked at master…we do not realise value of darshan. Just by looking at master so many of our karma is being destroyed. If master looks at you…its even better (drishti). My mother-in-law told me a story of a holy man Narad Muni where he learned value of getting darshan of a master. To be able to see a perfect saint once guarantees you will go back one day…that one thing makes a seeker. He marked those he choses.

30min- What are most important thing on spiritual path? Not only darshan, initiation, satsangh with a PLM…means company of the truth. To have frequent meetings with a PLM is a great way to make progress. These are things that add to the value. If you can’t be the master you can be with like minded people its also satsang. Two people talking about master is satsang. It keeps us on track and speeds up those days when meditation is good. Some people have asked me that we have so much worldly work to do…for a living and you saying put high priority on meditation. How can we do that by ignoring our worldly duties? I said- no. If you can be detached while you are working then it can be useful and very successful in meditation. When you work for a living- your thought is to get wages to take care of my family. I am working, master put me in this position…thank you Master ❤ Say you are working for the master…its a change of attitude. You will notice the difference. 2nd tip is that do your meditation while you are working i.e. something is being done…master thank you…any problems, results in work…you are constantly reminded of the master for problem or solution. There was a American seeker he wanted instant knowledge. He found in Himalayas a yogi who has a special mantra…you get instant knowledge. He travelled to India and reached a little cave where that yogi was. He was lucky yogi turned out…and he asked Yogi…master I come from USA…and I want to have instant knowledge and I believe you have a mantra. Yogi said I do and I will give it to you. Yogi said ‘Abracadabra’. When you say it don’t think of bananas. Yogi was demonstration its not what we do but our attachments continues to pull us…that’s how mind works. Demonstrating a point you do not detach by working to separate/ detach. The way you only get detach when you get attached to something else. It comes normal and natural to you.

40min- The detachment comes automatically when we have inner attachment…you make spiritual progress the more inner attachment you get…with a human being you have seen outside and can visualise inside and remember that love and devotion creates that detachment. Talk to master inside…he is so effective…you can’t find solutions…immediate reaction is…thank you master ❤ You automatically began to connect its the relationship with Master within is doing things. If you do depend on the master…he WILL do everything…personal experience. If you are willing to leave everything on master…he will do so. But if you are in doubt…then it won’t. There was a man in Pondicherry who was known to walk on water but I have never seen anything and I can’t believe unless I see myself. He went there and saw man doing it and he was surprised. If you have 100% faith you can walk on water…unshakable. It’s not a big deal. There was a today this morning I was sharing with my host…that new minister of Govt of India (Jagjivan Ram…I worked with him). One day we travelled together and I was telling him the same story and in return he said he didn’t believe it either till he heard of someone doing so. He travelled all the way by plane, jeep into remote village. He reached man lived in a small hut…whole village was surprised. Jagjivan was telling me this story. At night the yogi came…and he said I have come as a seeker of truth that do you walk on water…he said yes its not a big deal. I will tell you how I do but I won’t do it. Stretch out your hands…I am going to put my foot on your hand but you won’t feel it. So he put his foot on his hand…and other foot was in air! The fact that you are able to do these things doesn’t take away desire to seek truth inside you. These kinds of experience lead us nowhere…people perform miracles like these. Fact humans can do these things doesn’t mean we gained happiness or made spiritual progress. Happiness comes from within…and when it does…then you make other people happy. I was going to talk about happiness. True happiness comes from within…Guru Nanak says…the whole world is unhappy but those who base life on naam are happy. If you want to have true happiness…follow spiritual path with guidance of a PLM.

50min- Creation of experience and experience of experience takes place in the same time so we don’t see what the cause is and we see experience as the reality of life. We live our life as the mind. When we want to leave the mind …it fights us because its survival depends up on being alive…and that is our power. Consciousness empowers everything. When person is dying he cannot tell us what’s happening…all is disappearing for someone who is dying…when it disappears…new world opens up…its a different world with different laws of nature. Then he realises world has not ended but different. So its keep on happening until causal plane. When we want to fight the mind…the mind comes and argues with us. All speaking is done by the mind. The mind itself is for its own surivial preventing us from going beyond. What we do in exercises is to be able to watch your mind as a separate thing than yourself. Mind is merely a thinking machine…you become the spectator…an onlooker as if its a seperate thing happenng in you. First time you may realise you are not the mind. That’s a good starting point to handle the mind. The bliss and joy you talk of is not a function of the mind. This is a question about sharing karma. Our karma includes many other people. If you have a strong will you can enhance your own karmic experience and relives others. PLM often do that by taking up on themselves of karma. The pain is much less than person taking and they do help where its needed like that. GM used to tell a story about a woman- young daughter in law in India and she got very sick. People say that but they are not ready to do it. When you go back to the creator you will find you have many options…where we are now is only one of those options…there are so many universes created that you can travel in meditation. If you go with law of probability it says if the way we understand expansion of the universe (space and crweation of matter) has lead to creation of planet earth there should be at least 28,000 planets like ours! And there is no doubt about it. Do they follow same law? Probably not. If you meditate and realise laws are very different. I will give you a hint…planet with habitation having freewill. They have different of time and idea of time from us. They do not distinbuthg between time and space…its totally normal for them. Time and space excatly same. So in that universe they go faster or slower not in terms of space but time they are occupying and they take it normal. This change as it happens I observed that show law of nature have already been tried by creator. Basic principle we talk of we appreciate our own self by creating different forms…if you collectively see way beyond our milky way etc and how they react you will be so intensely blissful and happy …you can’t even imagine. There are hans and buns in Sachkhand. When we return we are so full of bliss we jump and laugh and dance….and we dance higher than them..what is so speacial about you. Therefore, the system works perfectly.

1hr5min- I shared what worked for me. 1st part is using words repeating them to not to think of other things and concentrate behind the eyes we call it simran/ mantra/ zeekar. These can be spoken or written words. Then we get on to finding who we are by locating ourselves and since we are one looking for…its a little problem as we are used to two things being seperate. One who is looking for and looking for something is not the same thing…two ways to do so. One is that we picture us as somebody else and we bring that picture and that pictures becomes as master. Master is You, that;s why he knows more than you. So its very exciting experience to see somebody looks different but yet internally is the same. Since this is also temporary…other way do we as conciouness per say manifest ourselves in any other way? We start as a creative power of conciouness and then we build into it resonance of own power that travels throughout and vibration part is us…and melodious part is us and descend to physical plane…our inner sound…we can it sound because at this level is audible (you can hear it). It’s a great way via surat shabd yoga. The description of sound has been attempted. John Gospel says in the beginning was the word…word was God. Shabd/ word/ nard/ islamic culture is called Bang-i-Asmani. We establish master’s form inside…by recall we saw the master and then new thing happen.

1hr10min- This process of brining master recall and see him inside via memory is dhyaan. Its not picture but a living person who we recall comes back. Dhyaan is a useful device in both stages both listening and repeating words and helps us concentrating better to the 3rd eye centre. Mind tries to run but dhyaan helps for meditaiton process on the spiritual path. A little tip for you- Get mad at your master…why can’t I see you, talk to him with firm enthusiasm…if you try that he will appear. It’s natural to get emotional when we see our beloved. Emotions are designed to work with our inner feelings. Emotions comes from heart chakra..when you see master because some connection is established soul to soul which we are not used to…and tears come. I draw too many cry babies because its just an emotion. In Harvard there were two prof. trying experiments with mushroom Dr Richard Helport and Timothy Leary both professor of pychology. They experimented and found they can have out of body experiences. I was a student there and two othe students from India and we were living together. Those two students attended those functions and ask me to join the party and I would say I am not interested. You are a weak person that can’t go to a party. I go to a party…so I told them I will join. And host was a Muslim Pakistani student. I was brought there to be converted to modern day of living. Maybe about 100 people there drinking and made sure there is no vegetarian food or soft-drink to convert me to their life-style. I happen to sit in one corner…two students of those professors were explaining about use of LDS and mushroom. After listening to them…I said I experience too. Anybody can do without taking drugs and putting attention to heart centre. So they gathered around…so satsangh taking place. Whole thing change completed and immediately order some soft drink and vegetarian pizza and all forgot about that host. I then gave a talk in university “How to turn on without drugs”. I am only telling you all these things are inside us.

When soul communicates with soul emotions come up automatically. Soul is looking for love, bliss and joy and looking for true knowledge that does not require mind.

1hr20min- We are going beyond universal mind…our true home where everything orginates and beyond which we dont know! Out of body is not the ‘end’ of the journey but a minor show in the journey. Sometimes I never want to show you can do these things becasue it diverts people into these things and they are as distracting as other things in life. I was in Rochester, MN and I talked about developing will-power. These worldly things- Book called “Secrets” whatever you strongly pull towards..will happen. Jo Mange Thakur Aapne…what is the catch in the statement…catch is you should believe it WILL happen. When you have faith it will happen. If you have strong enough faith it will happen. We were talking about will power and there was a witch came with us…I ws telling them GM quote if will power is strong aeroplane will stop if yo have will power…an aeroplane was up there and it did stop…it did not move till we left sight of it. These external miracles are dependent on will power. Mental and your will…your will is empowering the mental will. Conciousness will is superior…beyond thoughts will always win. So if you follow law of attraction…have a spiritual desire. When Mark gives list of things needed to get initiate. If your seeking is strong you will get it. They have earlier tried and they couldn’t but when seeking became strong and master appeared…they couldn’t believe it happened…they start crying without knowing why because they don’t understand soul and mind are different. Our reality is the soul, mind is merely something to use…we should use mind fully a well equiped computer…use it but don’t let it tell you what to do. If you follow one tip of mine…whatever comes as a gut feeling first…do it! Then tell the mind how to do it. Don’t let mind think what to do…then mind think this is best option and then you may regret. Why is this? Intituve power and reason power…difference is reason operates only on limited knowledge in front of it..intution comes from collective wisdom over several lifetimes which you can’t see but you get gut feeling.

1hr27min- True intituion takes into account much larger experience and bring all the wisdom together. Wisdom is what we have learnt over time and not merely what is happening in front of us. Reason is good but we have such limited opportunity to examine situations. Scientists are wondering how they can explain phenonenon like radiation, energy, energy to mass…they can’t explain and they have to use new concepts. The unknown concepts like dark energy, matter and 3, 4 dimensions. To explain to observe energy levels there have to be more dimensions. There have to be at least of physical universe to account for the energy. Where are those dimensions? The only way to explain is things move from one dimension to another (one scientist say). This is physics (not metaphysics). When I was doing bachelor degree in physics and chemistry, when you look at matter (like an eletron) roaming around nucleus…electron has no mass and when they rotate they create mass. If all space between electron and nuclei is taken out this whole earth will become like a football! I came to Harvard universiry and he said he was wrong it will actually become a marble! Now they are saying it will become a point…therefore we are living in space not material. We are creating space and time which look like solid experience. That is why use reason is so limited but intituion goes beyond that. It has real knowledge at all times. It removes doubt and those who meditate never has doubts. Perhaps and maybe are removed…and certain what’s happening. All of you can be in that state. Imagine what opportunities in front of us and we can all live on this planet without any doubt and with certainity. We create miseries by doubt by being afraid. If you want to banish fear do this meditation you will find it very sucecssful. These are perks of meditation. Real goal is to go back home but these perks come side by side. The more you go ahead the bigger the perks ahead and makes like more interesting. Then you don’t mind being here! GM gave a talk how many lives….a group of people in the US came to me and said we are waiting for our 4 lives. We read in scriptures that once you get intiated you have to go home in 4 lives and somebody here quoted to me 4 lives are essential…I said I didn’t know that. Swami Ji was quoted. I said I dont know what Swamiji said, I know what GM said and I rather go with what living person told me and he told my dad. That one satsang could not be attended by my father and later on he heard that master said you cannot have more than 4 lives. So my dad went to the master. Lekh Raj why are you worried about your 4 lives…this is your last life. But if you (GM) come again and again so why can’t I have more than 4 lives. GM laughed…4 life is merely a rule..it doesn’t mean everything has to go through it. It all depends on how closely you are able to observe and follow the instructions of the master. What stops us…no body except our own mind ❤ If you control your mind, realise that you are the master and mind is the slave…instruct the mind you won’t have the problem.
