Video Description: Welcome to this 3rd day in Stockholm. Very happy to spend a few days here with you. Lovely weather, great seekers in this audience…we are all co-travellers on the same path. All roads leads to the same destination. Everything adds up…is the fact that our seeking is being responded to circumstances allowing us to continue to seek until we are ready…then we are automatically led by a PLM, via coincidences. He has no judgement…he is just like any other human being but has higher level of awareness. HE is aware of who we are and the Totality of Consciousness at ALL TIMES. He can speak to us from any level he wants to, depend on the level we are at. He becomes a great friend of ours as we share our values and seeking. That is why he becomes a friend and co-traveller. We are going to the same destination…I can be a little guide because I have seen the destination, obstacles that come in the way and together we can work it out. It all depends on our karma…it’s that theory by which everything can get explained. But the truth is, karma is a deep reality for us at this stage that we live through only via karma. Remembering Krishna who is the reincarnation of Lord Vishnu when he was a child was taking care of cows. He had a little friend, Udho. Karma does not spare anybody. So long there is gripe of kaal/ time…there is no way of escaping because law of karma postulates if you do something good you will be rewarded and do something bad you will be punished. Our own conscience decides it. There is no cancellation of one karma by another. That is why when you see human life, there is so much high and low. Karma dictates what kind of life we will have. There are some situations where we can have very bad times…done really horrible things, we go into one of those hells in sub-astral plane. They are meant for different experiences and you can be punished there. Once you do too much good…you get reward in heaven. The law of karma also include that if you are able to keep living in the will of God…go with the flow…by doing that you create no karma.

11min- There is plenty of reserved karma pull out enough to make other lives. One of the biggest advantages after initiation by a PLM destroys your sinchit karma. Therefore, any second life has to come will be based on karma on this life. But if you live in the will of God you don’t have to go come back at all. If you cannot follow and distracted by world temptation but we have to come back one more life based on karma created in this life. That is why we don’t stay too long after being initiated by a PLM. If you completely leave the path you may have to come third life but first and second will be better. If you go against master you may have to return to fourth life but nobody has to return beyond four lives. People ask me how do we know when we get initiated by master were we really initiated as we don’t feel anything. Initiation takes place at the 3rd eye centre. Therefore, if you want to be sure go within and check it out. You only receive with your faith based on your own experience…personal experience adds up slowly. Two ways to judge progress- one are you feeling less angry day by day, are you feeling more loving and not so greedy about things, not so lustful as before. These signs come in your life slowly and you will not see, but others will tell you. Inner progress is when you do inner meditation and sit for a reasonable amount of time without mind running out. Sound becomes part of your life. You are in a state of meditation whatever you are doing. When mind thinks of the master, missing master, love, and devotion of the master…it is also progress on the spiritual path. People says it’s my duty to do certain things..duties look more real than meditation. Masters have never said give up your duties here. Karma has to be matched and balanced with dharma (duty). Therefore, there is a balance between the two and what our duty is how to perform them. So karma is a big philosophy and explains lot of things and gives us direction. To live a karma free life we have to live in will of God/ creator/ higher-self. Ultimately, it is our own will. Your will is your mind’s will which is different. Your spiritual will/ God’s will is same at all time. Manmukh (mind will) and Gurumukh (God’s will). When your mind is actively, it separately you from God. Therefore, if you want to follow God’s will it is not difficult…if God gave a spade in your hand…dig…if God has give you a job…do it. Do work as good as you can. Living in God’s will via coincidences, you are not creating karma as there is no personal mental intentions involved. There is way to lighten the burden of karma for those who have been initiated. Less karma they create, more they live in the will. There is more sightseeing to be done in Astral plane than the physical plane. Our body has a limited life, very short in terms of cosmic time. To take advantage of this time we have to act quickly based on our seeking and not lose anything. In astral plane, the sensory system has much longer life. When you go back and realise who you are at every stage you can get your memory back. I know some people artistic, they stay for a long time in the astral plane. Master always stay with them ..never leaves them…that form of the master remains no longer how long it takes. Desires have to be fulfilled at that stage before they move forward. Karma is created when you have intention to decide and implementing freewill. It can be created in human life, but paid off in several ways (8.4 million ways!). Imagine a human being in short span can create so much karma…show how active our mind has become. The intension itself is creating karma and keep on storing it. There are of course ways of initiation by a PLM…when he initiates from the true home itself, to which we belong also. Via meditation also clears up karma, be in company of the master. Jo Mange Thakur…he gives you a hug he cuts of so much of your karma…several ways huge chunk of karma is removed from our life and it becomes easier..it can be felt within this life. Sant Mat is not religion at all…the only do is go within and it applies to all religions. The gift given by the creator and part of the system of the creation and to get out of it. You don’t have to change your religion except follow the advice of your own religion which says go within…kingdom of God within you. All external things come up and truth within us is lost. Law of karma says we are all equal our bodies, sense perception, mind are different but soul is the same.

32min- Amazing thing is this is all possible to achieve, it’s not something to learn but to go within and experience it. Nothing comes into the way other than our mind. There is no obstruction on the path other than our own mind. That is why law of karma contains this human life and to have seeking to go back. Let’s someone come in our life at right time…we can feel something to connect to..where we can speak soul to soul…so deep that there is a connection there. That person should have awareness of Totality and we can become co-travellers on the path. This universe has been setup to give permeance. Soul never born or dies as it is beyond time. The Word/ Sound is immortal. All the rest is created for time. We accumulate lot of karma not all units of consciousness are all here. Very small number are here and circulate in the physical world. Rest are spread out in different forms of creation. Many are in true home right now. They are enjoying the bliss of being many in one. 90% created many are there only 10% are hovering around here but we are having experience and those aren’t. When we meet those souls they are in bliss and we dance like better bliss…they wonder what’s so special about you…how are you jumping high and we tell them you don’t know what you are missing. Purpose of creation was to get an opposite experience where we are always immortal. Therefore, this world is very important. Appreciation is key word why we are here. We never say God what do you want from us ❤ If you did pray…God will say one word…appreciate. So this is a different relationship than we are used to. The karmic pattern they are so designed that within karma we can work out way back.

39min- Very happy to take Q&A session. We get physical ailments all from our own karma and they come at all time even when we meditate. Good to maintain your health to be a better meditator also. Take something like asprin 🙂 Of course some aches and pains just because of meditation those are different.

41min- First part of question do PLM exist on this earth- yes…at least one always. But there are sometimes more but not too many…max ever been is 7-8 at one time! They come in your life when you are ready. A PLM is needed in order to go beyond the mind otherwise all our efforts to go within on the path is via mind and mind does not go beyond mental regions. How to become free from emotions- they arise from lower centres of energy (heart centre) when you pull your attention behind the eyes you get feeling of calmness in all circumstances. Advita-Vidanta means non-duality- a searching of truth without duality beyond the mind. So we can find our true self who has already gone there. When you ask these question who am I that is the basic question to ask. Automatically the question goes to am I my body, sense perception or am I more than that? You can go as far as you like if you pursue your seeking with your question. Please explain 12 chakras above 3rd eye and access them. 6 chakras of pinda of physical system lies below the eyes. The next 6 chakras of aanda goes behind and goes in 1000 petal lotus. The remaining bramand and suchkhanda are inside and above and merely notional points in human body. It doesn’t mean there are real chakras sitting there. In this age there are more PLMs because distraction for seekers are more therefore the negativitiy pulling more so more masters come to help seekers. The PLM know each other as they are coming from the same source. They use any mantra…all are equally effective. Its not the words that matters but empowered that makes them effective. When you meet a master you get 2 benefit- you get darshan and if master is looking at you you are getting drishti. Darshan gaunratee you are seeker and you will get back. Drishti means you will get initiated within the next 4 lives. Ishwar Ji shared a story on Narad Muni. Advantage of darshann it takes care of pattern of our karma that we get marked to go back home. Drishti is even more powerful that than. All places where PLM have sat, walk and sat are holy places as we associate it with them. But holiest of holiest place is right behind our eyes. I can meditation from music what do you think of that? Yes, music is of help- in two ways. You can play meditational music, generated..music what we want to hear is inside. Really derived from inner sounds…always that is why you will find spiritual path chanting, singing is all been part of spiritual tradition. But outside music just listening cannot take us anywhere but give us calmness..but if it helps us find melodious music inside…you cannot match outside as its so soft and what we make outside is trying to make what’s inside. Music can be used only if it draws your attention inside.

1hr- The power of meditation is effected by the food we eat in terms of degree of life we have extinguished. Nobody is totally free of eating any life…we surive on life but when you eat something of higher degree of awareness then impact on meditation i greater. With vegetable impact is minimal so if you want to have good concentration of your attention in your meditaiton vegetarian food at lowest level is best. But it’s also important you eat limited as that will also impact your concentration. The mantra by a PLM has limited value…it is to be used to concentrate on attention behind the eyes. It is used while we are merely to see if the image of master is made up or real. Mind cannot make up eyes and forehead of a PLM. When you repeat this mantra you cannot make up the image ❤ The face and presense of master will not be changed. But after we go beyond the astral and causual stage we have to switch over to sound. If someone heards sound before mantra…then you don’t need a mantra. When a person is initiated the instructions are start practising sound…you can switching from one to the other easily. The sound we are associating becomes our own true indentity. Our soul itself is a sound. So there is a role for repetition of word to go to the first stage. Role for music is go to the second stage. Above that real power take us beyond mind is love and devotion. If you are unsure of master…wait then PLM will come into your life and unconditional love of him will make your doubts start to disappear. Therefore, the right master always comes if we keep on seeking within yourself not outside. Master has to search you and you can know what coincedences are. It is an unusal event which goes against law of probabilty. There is one part that come up in this question of general interest on how much we should talk about this path of our own progress to help others. The advise is this is not something you have to go and convert them…they will come automatically for advise. Just answer their questions don’t go beyond to convincence them as conviction must come from within them. Share up to a point you are just answering a question of a seeker but don’t go beyond. Very personal experiences internally should not be shared as it may reduce those experiences during meditation. I said in the morning we cannot have a lifeform without karma. That lifeform is based on previous karma. There are karma called karamjuni and bhogjuni (paying off karma). Except human life all lives are bhogjuni. Animals are living because of past karma they are paying it off. Bliss isa better word than happiness as its a state of being..its just a story..there is no space, time and what we define as happiness but its something in zero time and space so it is very difficult to express it. Can a master be angry? He can pretend too and do a good job! 🙂 So many things about parenting we have different views on. My recommendation is always treat a child with love and affection and understand from their view point of their age. Its a unique place where we belong…we are there now but we have lost the awareness.

1hr16min- Love and devotion is the soul to soul connection. Love is what attracts to that devotion and devotion is the respond to that love. Our true home ,sachkhand, is so beautiful…I can tell stories but there is no way to describe it. We were one there was never any divison, which we created for experience. Love is a healing power but there is receptivity which is important…love of master is flowing like rain…attention of the cup is just not in that direction. I have met Osho and I do not make any comments on any master as that is not my role. If your seeking goes on…no matter which master you met. You can’t judge a master from his following, eloquent speech but from your own experience. All masters are doing their own job. When we are here, all are real as our reality depends on level of conciosuness we are in.

Devotion to master means responding to the love you get from the master.

1hr25min- This is an autobiography of all of us…the more you know, the more you learn that you know nothing. The scope of knowledge expands as we began to get more knowledge. The idea of knowledge and knowing is we are so confined and we have no idea who we are. Beyond the mind except to be in the company of one who is talking from true home at all times such a person can take us to true home. Surath means attention to listening and neerith means attention to seeing- these two gointo higher level of consciousness. Thank you very much for your patience and I will see you after lunch.
