Video Description: Welcome friends to this 3rd and final day of our workshop. I am very happy we were able to have these 3 days together and able to spend sometime in meditation. Time here is always very limited…we do ‘sample’ meditation, so the idea is you carry this system of meditation back home and continue it there. GM was once asked how many hours should we meditate daily? He said the idea would be 24 hours out of 24 hours 🙂 2.5hours concept is based upon 10% principle followed in many religions to give to charity. The best time is feeling like meditating it makes you feel good, then you can do more meditation but how do we balance 2.5 hrs to 21.5hrs. GM said if you think of your master and do repetition of words, you are meditating. If you meditate for 30min before going to sleep, the words continue through your sleep…you may awake and realise you are still meditating. GM made point, meditation is not merely closing eyes…when you think of master…it’s meditation… doing your job is meditation. If you are doing your job with thought, I am doing it for master..it’s service and meditation.

7min- You can be in meditation all the time. True meditation accelerated route is meditation all the time. Continue to associate everything you do with thinking of master. What about the time when you haven’t been able to visualize him inside…you are feeling he is hiding behind…during that time of course meet master physically. Once you manifest him inside, then you are able to see him every day. Best thing you can do it….manifest my radiant form …do as much meditation…he kept his promise. When master’s radiant form comes in us…he is with us all the time…that’s a friendship association which is incomparable. Why call it radiant form? i.e. astral form…he is with you all the time. And when we don’t have it…spend as much time to get that. I am giving you these hints about true meditation…it’s not 2.5hours but way we conduct our life itself. Don’t take meditation only what we practice here.

12min- Behind the 10th door you will see the radiant form of master. A grey looking sky with stars, got moons, sun there are different kinds of experiences and passed through them and find radiant form of the master…looks he is at distant comes near and goes away due to attention is not stable. Once it’s focused on him…after that, you don’t have to worry about different levels. A PLM does not come here to make us better people but to make us like himself…no difference is left and you merge and become one. That is why this meditation technique is just a stepping stone to the real journey with the master. Master will not leave us…no many how many years pass in spite of our tendencies he will take us back home.

16min- Whatever you seek is your destination and a master will come into your life. Indeed, there are some masters start from beginning (mother of child is first master). So is school teacher, lecturer in university and when you meet a spiritual master he takes you as far as he can. A perfect master comes and take you to the highest level. The unconditional love is a guarantee he said okay…I have two masters…and I can’t make up my mind who is my master…I said you are lucky man people can’t find one but you found two! The master recognizes the soul. Mind is a creator of doubt even for genuine love. The soul says I am sure…mind says how can I be sure. Unconditional love of a master overrides the mind doubt and pulls us. Our meditation is a way to strengthen our belief system, feelings we are having outside and inside feelings are confirmed by outside and vice-versa. Sometimes we call them miracles! Then we realise something else is going on…internally we are having an experience which corroborates with the outside. These coincidences are not accidents but planned nature of inner feeling with outside. The more you go into meditation or on spiritual path more coincidences happen in your life. I am sharing these do not take meditation as a ritual or religion its a method of IMPLEMENT religion originally promised- that is truth lies within you and can be realised within you. It’s a personal seeking- that is why its not requirement to change religion not at all…path of masters is confirmation of original ideas of religion can be validated within us.

22min- Its a method tested and tried and you have people who have done it and tell you how to do it. This is a good aim in life…apart from that what else happens? While we are here…there is semi-belief in all these things…we carry on with reality of this world…even things change in this reality…you have better clarity…look at things differently…things start to fall into place themselves. The duality is not for miserable life. Once you are able to grasp via meditation nature of creation then everything changes. Sit behind eyes and watch the show which we call life. Of course one of the big changes are body in which you are sitting itself is a character in the movie. But we identify with the body so we couldn’t see the move…but once we sit as audience inside you will see joy of watching the movie…it would look so different. Happy to share these experiences and he is with me at all times and is blessing! Without his blessing it is not possible. We will visit the site (conference centre)- the dera site.

29min- Associate with people who talk about spirituality and master. Have rest, some snack, sit for meditation for 30min and go to sleep and meditate all night..and get up again…GM gave a whole timetable. We waste so much time gossips…I don’t understand why people enjoy gossip so much… same time can be used about talking about meditation. Try talking about humor and life becomes spiritual life (but not ritualist things within spirituality, as that is no change at all!). Practise…make your whole of meditation and spiritual seeking and then you take full advantage of it.

31min- A Q&A session. Good question about religion…every religion has created God and ‘satan’ why? Because we wanted a good god not bad evil god. Our life is in duality…so if we live in a world of opposite so we need someone to attribute. That was necessary to sustain the world of duality (positive and negative power) has been there whenever mental creation takes place. Physical, Astral and Casual worlds are duality for every experience. But opposite was not always created in terms of physical experiences, but divine experiences (God good and satan evil). We want to give credit to the ultimate creator. God can be seen over there but then question would be…is that the ultimate god if there are others around him? Therefore, when we go to higher level…there is something else causing this to happen…above astral plane we go on and find what is creating God and duality and that duality is taking care of whats happening below it. There the mind that creates duality here and astral plane becomes ONE. The universal mind is creator of everything! The devolution takes place to that point but PLM have told us even that is region of the mind and mind is not the soul. Something empowers all these…to transcend the Universal mind…pure soul…therefore there is a possibility to go beyond…who’s power…power of our own self…consciousness is creating the whole show. Whole show is setup from there and when you go there and discover soul is higher…even realise even soul is not ultimate reality…its participating in the Totality of Consciousness…no word can describe…we don’t know what word to use. We find opposite are not real all made up…only way to experience is to become that!

The Totality of Consciousness only be realised by becoming that!

40min- When we meditate how do we prevent thoughts family and world things come in our way? Concentration means putting all your attention there and not on other things…with practice you can do it. You do professional work with your mind…that is the proper way to use the mind. The radiant form of the master…no exception..master places them at initiation and is at contact with you from time he does so…its a permanent relationship. How much you manifest it depends on how close you are able to meditate within. When attached with worldly work it takes long. If you do meditate regularly according to what I have been describing in the last 3 days if you are able to follow that you are able to achieve that in a short period. If you cannot follow it will take you long. Follow direction as good as you can and you will get results, ❤ Good and bad are created with our own mind. The division of experience takes place in the mind…it is the basis of the law of karma. Mind creates karma, divides things, it divides itself into conscience. The system goes on…its so perfect we never escape as we are always dealing with good and bad, birth and rebirth. Good and bad will last here.Good thing can be rewarded in this life or 100 times later…its held in sanchit karma (stored karma) where it can be brought into physical life. Karma cannot be cancelled with each other because both are independently being punished and rewarded by the system. But if you meditate…where you can think of love and devotion…that cuts into karma. PLM during initiation burns entire sanchit karma at that very moment! The only new life that can be created is from karma of this life…that is why next life is always better to going back home.

50min- How you look at life…when watch it as a show…impact is cut down. So many other changes take place via meditation. Everything is pre-determined, period- including our seeking and going home. If the pre-determined pattern we provided experience of determination. The will created it to exercise its will (i.e. Totality of Consciousness did so). This is a catch 21 (or catch 22) 🙂 I think we did the most wonderful in creating a freewill by freewill which looks illusionary right now but looks real at the same time. We made it now as only now exists nothing else exist…time-frame is there just to create past, present and future to create karma to create this kind of adventure. We can go to akashic records to find out its as all written earlier. We aer very bound down by present/ now in this life and we can see little bit of the past nothing of the future…predicted future but we cannot see it. Here we can at least see t he future and whole past (at the casual plane). If you go there would you like to change it? Why would you change if you made it? Therefore, it is immaterial. Master Ji talked about Geoffrey Chaucer…and a fun story 🙂 Why did he chose to be criticized by his own creators? How can same way Jesus be crucified by his own creation…because he knew he was the author of all creators…God knows all of them are equal. We see so little of the story (aka life/ creation) so we cannot see the perfection).

1hr min- I love GM so much because he loves me so much. His love was extended to me when I saw him physically…I could feel his unconditional love then and today. He is a human being like us the difference was merely his awareness. How can you not love such a person? Mostly I get negative messages this is a positive message…thank you very much for your message. Strong feeling for someone can be egoistic attachment…just a lustful feeling…for opposite sex (sometime same sex).It can be feeling arising from body’s needs…it can also be from paying off karma. Karma we carry from past lives stage through our strong feelings…there has to be motivation to pay off via lust, greed etc. But if the feeling is such replace your I with you…that is feeling of pure love. Desire for things that trap us are seeking from the mind! Soul and mind gets coupled together we cannot tell which is soul and which is mind. Desire of mind is mixed up with seeking of the soul. The desire of the world tasting goodies from this world and attaching to them increase…the desire is a mental off-spring of the seeking of the soul. Desire of the mind is different from seeking of the soul. One more…thank you very much…I am very happy I could spend these days with you. Then there will be parshaad…blessed food. We use it as an instrument of remembering the master. We love eating you know…something that can be eaten easy to remember…it does not change molecular structure of the food but being blessed we think of the master who blesses it…I will envoke the blessings of GM…you will remember who is giving the parshaad…take little at a time…make it last longer! So…what we used to do..puffed rice…and he would say I will give you this much before it finishes…put similar rice and shake it up…it all becomes parshaad…way of extended the parshaad.

1hr10min- Meditation without love and devotion does not work, period. Love and devotion are essential to go beyond the mind. To be guided by a PLM with love and devotion avoids all those dangers and protected from negative experiences…that is why meditate with love and devotion. Let us use all we learnt on repetition of words…how to watch out for internal sounds and listen to them…focus on the sound coming from the centre. Meditation is a technique of withdrawing attention to your ownself to the centre of your head. At all times…mode should be for love and devotion for the master. You can intrupt your meditaiton to have a converaion with master but don’t leave the location. So long you retain your position everything will work. Let’s have final session of meditation…remember this body is your house…sit right in the centre of the room and you are aware of this body. Smile, complain to master…he is a friend first and master next. Don’t think of anything else…whole concentration is what is happening inside. Think of all that nothing else.
