Video Description: Welcome and good morning friends….I am very happy to get this opportunity to visit Florida. Such beautiful weather unlike what we see in Chicago. So many of you have come from different parts of the world…I welcome all of you. The purpose of my coming and meeting you is to share my experiences with a perfect living master…GM Hazur Maharaj Sawan Singh Ji. What I am sharing is based on my experience after initiation by a PLM. These masters come here in response to our seeking. The 9 doors that open outside and connect us with this world and the mind is seeking pleasure by connecting with world outside. The soul…which is the power that gives us life, empowers the mind to function, our sense perception to work, does not want any of these things. The soul is seeking what belongs to it…normal natural for it. The mind thinks, the soul loves, enjoys bliss. The soul operates without time. The joy and bliss you get is instantaneous. Mind functions only in time and space and follows law of cause and effect. Mind does not produce love in us, soul does. If we go beyond body the sensory system inside us…inner body which we can see in the out-of-body experience, imagination, dream…maybe that is more real…even that is not real and we start thinking mind is us. This is not true also as they are all covers up on us. We are in this physical world with this equipment given to us. The thinking mind, creative mind…mind makes sense of everything…beautiful its like a computer and is much more efficient than any computer. Then in order for it to appreciate other experiences, it operates via sense perception and we enjoy them…soul enjoys the ride with the mind and we cover the whole thing with physical body. But we cannot start believing just because we have this equipment therefore we have become the equipment itself. The soul is the power that gives life. Soul is consciousness and it does not need anything to be a soul.

Totality of consciousness is the ultimate creator…it is a creator of creator including God.

9min- In Bible it says there was Word and from Word came God and all creations. Its a power that creates a creator… and all creation and all creation becomes a totality of its own consciousness. In Indian vedas its call Nard. All these names mean something that represent sound that is audible. How can we call something creating whole universe a word? Reason is because in the physical world, that’s very creative power can be heard…audible. Therefore, word/ sound/ shabd are same thing the power that creates everything in the physical world can be heard. This gives us way to find truth about ourselves…and get means of getting self/ God realisation…to know who we REALLY are. The SELF very dies. The mind is not immortal either- it consists of life of few million years and dies. None of these is immortal. What power empowers them is immortal. We are constantly listening to things outside…if we ever get a chance to listen inside…people do meditate…what they listen…they listen to their thoughts and don’t go beyond that! People think maybe its not the mind- its the highest power. They reduce God to their own minds. This miscommunication and misidentification is leading to all our trouble as mind is focused on things outside. We are only spending time with our own mind. God is within us, but its beyond the mind. Nobody is telling us mind is only instrument give to you. You are empowering the mind therefore its only rarely we come across such people but those people exist at all times…we call them Perfect Living Masters (PLM). Their qualification is while in physical body attain a level of consciousness above the mind. They have personally experienced a level of consciousness beyond the mind. And even amongst them, even more rare are those who have gone to Totality of Consciousness where there is Oneness. Can we find them? Answer is no- sorry we can’t find them because if we could find them we have the same level of consciousness as them…moreover since they discovered the truth of all us being one…they would not come and tell us who they are. When people start telling they are masters of something, then they cannot be PLM. So how do we find such ordinary people with such extraordinary awareness. They will find us if they have reached the level of Totality of Consciousness. The truth is when we seek inside for the truth…something not part of this world..beyond our sense perception…which our mind cannot think…something is touching us inside and we have tested out world is not giving us that…then we found no amount of thinking its touching that part of us…they appear in our life by themselves via coincidences.

A discovery of our own soul is discovery of our true self.

23min- Within laws of these world it feels like coincidence…when we meet them what experience do we have? We get an experience of now someone is touching us that nobody understood and is drawing us to level of love and knowledge beyond reason. Their purpose is not to teach us anything but to take us back home. If we are seeking truth about us they take us to our ultimate creator and take us to our true home. That is the feeling we get into our soul. How do they do that? They reveal to us our true home is connected to us at all time. Life depends on all levels with our constant contact with our true home. Its the world being project from within to outside. The source of the world is within ourselves. The source of creation is within you. Outside is the illusion of experience. So they come into our life and they advise truth we want to find within yourself, not outside. And then they tell us what is the connection with our true home is…sachkhand where we came as soul…fact we are alive is a sign we are still connected to our true home. Sometimes we feel we are lost sheep and now our job is to search travel to our true home…not true at all…its a good story but not the truth…we never left our true home but lost the AWARENESS of our true home. Spiritual path is to REGAIN that lost awareness by withdrawal of attention. Beauty of this connection is being connected to our true home is very power that connects us can be heard is audible in this body…not outside…a soul consciousness generating inside…a gift given to us how we can do this…biggest gift is power of attention..we can put our attention to where we like. Also, power of concentrating that attention is useful…if we go to a concert we will notice if we are interested in drums…concentrate on it you will see other instruments are fading out. Power to use concentration of attention is so great, so powerful you can use this to put your own attention only on your own self. Double-edged gift…is …the experience of freewill we all as human beings have it.

33min- This life is spread out…in Indian scripture on this planet is 8.4million species on planet earth. Out of all those 8.4 million species of life only form…human form is the only form that experiences freewill ability to say I like this I don’t like this. It only exists in the human beings…without that there is no chance therefore a human being is top of creation is next to the creator…why do we say man is made in the image of the creator…because creator’s true freewill created everything. This similarity of use of freewill by the ultimate creator and the individuated will is the only similarity between the human being and the creator. What we think in which we’re exercising freewill is already drawn up when there was no time and space. This freewill is one of the most interesting subjects that is why I share it with you. It operates like this- experience of freewill in the physical world is real…as we are really experiencing it. Babaji then shared an example of a friend who discovered freewill…fun story. 🙂 Baba Ji played a trick and put a cup of tea, coffee and empty to have this experiment of freewill. I wanted to prove to you experience of freewill is real…this is so important what you dont know what you will take. Okay I will have coffee..I said if I could go into your mind and see through things…could have predicted you were going to take coffee today…do you know how you make choices? Whenever we make a choice what are the factors in our mind…to operate that freewill..one is our genetic factor (hereditary), environmental factor (people you sit drink it and acquired factor are already there)- no other factor other than this two factor.

43min- All decisions are made predetermined by these two factors. Freewill is one subject I have studied in depth. What caused us to separate into a world of torture and misery? How could he be God and we are all his children and we are going through so much misery and suffering. Another good question in metaphysics. What I think is my freewill is God’s will. There we are in a state of bliss…how can we have an appreciation if we have no opposite there. Then we create an illusion where pair of opposite creates the world and this world becomes opposite of the totality and everything falls into perfection. But can we leave all this to talk or are this verifiable truth. Our mind has grown in civilization…we are seeking truth …we want proof of these statements…They say proof of pudding lies in the eating. Same principle applies here. Scientist says the world was created by big bang. We believe in assumptions and new scientist come and break the assumption. You must prove it to yourself. What is the difference between believing someone and proving to yourself…its blind faith. Whereas if we experience yourself its living faith of your own experience. Your belief growth…a living faith grows along with experience but blind faith believe static. Has any real awareness comes to us? Religion has not served that purpose but growing faith of your own experience does these things..then all these things change. Greed, lust for what? Temporary things here. We all die in our physical body…nobody has survived in a short period of time and we know we will die too..yet…amount of things we start collecting. In one day of death everything disappears.

53min- Baba Ji shared story of Alexander The Great. Wonderful story. At the end he said when I die in my coffin let my hand remain outside the coffin..that even Alexander the great went empty handed. I have killed so many people..so much torture…and yet look at us…we keep on acuqiring thing. We see people die…we never think we will die. I see people of my age…we just made very good investment at 88 years old…buy bigger mansion..I wonder don’t they realise we cant know about tomorrow..we do not stop…sometime we go to nice talks we hear these things we shouldnt do this…we make a resolution…how many times we make resolutions…but we do it again. Okay I will intrupt my serious talk…I will tell you a little joke. Sometime people tell me you talk so seriously what happens to your humourous side. Story about 2 alchendars…they rented a small aircraft elk hunting…they killed four elks and the pilot said these are very heavy my plane cannot carry them. Take 2 at a time…last year we took 4…so they dragged them all 4 in the plane…plane crashed. Pilot was killed…but these two survived…one comes out and say where are we…same place like last year. We get initiated by a PLM…method of how to discover ourself…make promises but after sometime we have more importantly world duties therefore fall off from it. This tendency is a very minor parttime activity of life. We are running…diamond mind open to us…and ignoring them going after little pennies…because we cannot see the diamond…therefore I am suggesting if you are serious about discovering the truth at least make a resolution I am going to try and find out what’s going on…and don’t give up at least give it a fair try. Its difficult to get much if your approach is treat it as a part-time thing because this discovery of yourself requires a fundamental change…you have used to putting attention to outside things.

1hr5min- Baba Ji talked about the value of withdrawal of attention rather than focusing of attention. Method we are operation on focusing of attention does not work…big difference between the two. We are used to focusing attention. In discovering yourself withdrawal is helpful. 3rd gift thats necessary is imagination…if you can imagine of something you can place your attention there. Sense perception of yours is called the astral body..out of body experience is nothing more than that move coming out of the physical body. This power of imagination you can imagine that you are sitting inside the head of this body just imagine…when you imagine you are sitting there…you are really withdrawing your attention inside. The method we recommend that if you can imagine this body is not you…you are inside the body…localise it in head…you can also imagine this body as 6 floors with 6 energy centres and divide energetic experiences in 6 levels. There is elevator also along the spine. This 6th floor room of yours is very important..it divides this house from what is below and what is in front of the eyes and all what’s behind. Energetic experiencs are there below 6th floor. But higher awareness is all behind the 6th floor. Then start your meditaiton process from the 6th floor behind the eyes. When we greater opportunity, I can share more experiences. We should be grateful of these gifts…experience of freewill which makes us into seekers. Gift of imagination, on where we are…gifts of concentration our attention…we can go anywhere we like outside and inside. The difficulty is if you as a soul with a spiritual will decide to do it…you will do it. If you let mind decide it will destroy all your plans. Mind is our greatest enemy on spiritual journey. Mind is dragging power of life gratification outside. It is also become our greatest friend…to convert give it gratification inside…that’s all it wants all time. So, even some minor experiences inside are gratifying. This is possible if we are able to have some experiences. When you withdraw attention inside…it may take sometime…if you imagine you are there…you concentrate on being there. You get more pleasures inside than outside and mind turns from enemy to friend. Why? Because if this instruction to us to do this is given by a PLM..who knows where we are and he initiates us…what does he do…by doing so he imbeds/ manifests himself in the right point and we have to reach that first stage and find him there. Every experience above that is in the company of a PLM…you see him in form you saw him in ordinary human body. In totality you find that you and master are one. In the process of doing this you will get answers to all your life. This whole process is avilable when we are human being. See his picture…everything I shared with you came from this guy…beautiful guy…most radiant person I ever met. For many years, I doubted what he said…and the mind was creating doubts all the time…the mind was following doubts creating fear…all these things I passed for several years. I went through that phase.I tried everything and then I came to the fact this method of attaching to sound that comes naturally…what we call surat shabd yoga, this was probably the best because you can do it with your normal life.

1hr21min- I could do everything others can do without interfering with my spiritual progress with this method of surat shabd yoga. There is no clash between the two…between world duties, still working, I am very happy and best thing is since I discovered this method I have been living happily all the time…it cannot be matched with anything. In Harvard University some professors (two expelled as they were trying Richard and Timithory) in 1962-63 discussing with me about inner experiences…they said can we create by mind..we can do this with some chemicals…that is not truly spiritual. I said maybe you are right…I am willing to accept I am making all this stuff but I have been happy all my life but you are depressed isn’t it worth to have to make such experiences to be happy throughout your life than going and getting drugs to keep away from depression. They had no answer for that. I didn’t my job because I am on my spiritual path. That’s one agreement and one method of staying with GM teaching help me stay where I am even today. Indeed if you meditate properly your clarity becomes so good your worldy work enhances. It’s a win-win situation on the spiritual path. We will now have a break and I ahve fed you with lot of food for thought but you need real food too. How many asked for interviews? I am not sure if I will have time for all but I will try to accomodate as many as I can.
