Video Description: Welcome friends to this 2nd day of our 3 day program. I am happy to be there. I talk yesterday about way we can travel within us to discover inner regions to discover that creation goes beyond this plane and this particular world physical world has come into being for our experience because we are in a physical body. If we are not in a physical body we go into another world. This cover on us creates our connections in this world. We have experiences with property, matter, energy and of various kinds all in the physical world because of this body. When we die, we leave this physical body behind and therefore all material things also disappear and show in an ethereal form where the matter has been created. We are confined to experiences in this world via sense perception. These sense perceptions look like coming from physical matter but when we die we discover they don’t come from the physical body but the inner body and all of them belong there. We call it the astral world for simplicity. People live comfortably and live for long period of time. The average age in astral plane is 1000 to 3000 physical years. So you can have time to see a lot more there. These experiences can be attained by anyone by not dying but pretending to die…dying while still living. Ramana Maharshi discovered this world is not the only reality by pretending to die. When people die they lose their awareness from extremities, then legs and arms, torso, and when they lose their awareness of head and face they are dead. Clinical death is when the brain dies…head dies last. Meaning life force itself is operating from the head and spreading from head through out this body. We are dying to some extent every night when we go to sleep when we go into the dream state as we have totally different experience. This physical body is a temporary experience and last like a dream. Body in dream carries same self as self in the wakeful body. During the spiritual journey, the self will never change but experiences different kinds of world and ultimately of our true home. We have to pull back attention to our own head behind the eyes from where we notionally feel are operating from.

10min- People have tried this meditation by exploring that state where your casual body is your own thoughts have been creating this body…except that the mind functions differently depending on cover we have. So its a great experience of mind starting from here. But it has covers and different types of experiences and knowledge. You pick up library in the physical world and study over time and come to know and mind grasps. The astral mind can pick up any book from library but book is not a pages but the knowledge you are trying to have and instantly you gain all knowledge here…so it hastens the process of acquiring that knowledge and above…knowledge is ALREADY there (you are the knowledge) so how can you possibly understand we confined to this body think so small. Do we realise we are creating this world ourselves and casual mind has all the knowledge and creating all fundamental knowledge for us here. The mind cannot function without space and time. You can have actual experience of that happening. All our meditation techniques can take up right up to there (casual plane). We can have pitfall in our way…for example in astral plane we have all gods, heavens we also have experiences of hell there..good part bad part so sometime if you are not guided properly you can go into negative territory. In meditation always do under the guidance of a PLM so he can protect you from negative experiences there and here in the physical world! So in the casual plane we can find cause of everything. Then we discover mind we discover in astral and physical plane is merely a unit…of that universal mind. Beyond casual plane there is no time and space and no way you can utter mantra or body to close eyes. The soul is beyond the mind and using the mind to have a series of different experiences. To step away from the mind (physical, astral and casual) and go to into our true home require a different technique- being PULLED by a source as the mind ends there as only mind can push. The only thing that can pull us belongs to the soul and that power is called the power of love. Such a strong current of love can pull you comes from a perfect living master who has identified himself with the totality of consciousness. Therefore, the ultimate method/ way / path is to go on the stream of love which pulls you.

We are the conscious power which makes the mind alive. The soul is the original powerhouse which makes all alive.

21min- In attachments ego is included but when you have true love you forget the I but beloved is and ego takes the back seat and beloved takes the front seat. What is coming in the way? Only one little accessory called the mind…human thinking mind is the only obstacle between experiencing true love. True love turns into an attachment. When we meet a person whom we call a PLM who’s true love pulls us…our mind even fights even that. Ultimately that very love go all way to universal mind keep on getting pulled…its coming from above therefore when you cross region of the mind to pure spirituality its the love from that side that is pulling us. What can we do about it? Yes we can…because love has a second component which is devotion. A devotion is also a form of love…its the response to true love. Love is so strongly felt and devotion is so strong..tey never meditate to go above mind…meditation gradually encourages us to have that kind of experiences but by itself it does not take us anywhere. There was a friend of mine (Hira Singh)…he lived in a small town in India and had a boundary and had a house next to his factory initiated by same master as me. GM died and other masters he invited other followers of GM. Once a master was visiting him and we were both visiting him in India…we went to this house….master was giving his discourse…we happily having a conversation and some people were asking me questions and I was giving them answers based on my experience. Then this friend of mine takes me inside…I have a question…we both were initiated by the same master I have followed the instructions of that master but I have had no experience inside…can you tell me why? I said what makes you think I have an answer? He said I did ask him …he said he smiled and continue your meditation with love and devotion…every master come to my house and they all same the same thing. I said you got the answer but he said no I have been doing it. If you want an answer from me I have to consult my master…he said go inside and check for me…I said about 6 months..because I was supposed to come back after that. I went back and I said I got the answer…same answer…that all found out was you were doing mechanical meditation and the element of love and devotion was missing. I said just visualise of your master and talk to him..say master I forgot to express my love to you for all these years…express your love anyway you want. I came back after 6 months I went back and he said he has made more progress in those 6 months than those 40 years. Love and intuition are inherent essence of our soul/ consciousness and comes automatically from our spirit. Distinct between soul and the mind. Love and devotion works as a jump start to our true home.

35min- Love is first born in the heart of the beloved. Unless there is a pull we cannot express anything in terms of love so its the pull of PLM. They come with one mission- to pick up souls that are ready for back to their true home ❤ He will go anywhere he like to pick up those marked souls. But he goes along with us by teachings, struggling, work hard…he goes along with our mind so we develop confidence and love in him and he pulls us with his love. Marked souls- many are called but few are chosen. Therefore, I have sometime referred to as List A and List B. Our readiness takes time in this physical world. WE do not comehere by itself but we come with a package called destiny (pralabdh) it contains all ingredients to be alive (date, time place of birth and death) it adds on so many relationships etc. This pralabdh which brings us here is predetermined and then in between there are gaps look like time gaps…and experience freewill. where we get to make choices. 80% life is pre-fixed and little gaps gives chance to use freewill those are areas where you deliberate with your mind…and that is the time when you are not only using the method of choosing but deciding is it good or bad. Morality exists due to freewill. Experience of freewill creates morale code for you. You know in your mind when you make choice…did I make good or bad choice. We make lot of bad choices because they are more pleasurable…what happens we get into temptations and carry something called conscience…

45min- Some people think if we do all good things then we will get out of it no you will get rewarded! Therefore, by making good and bad choices you don’t get out of the system. Therefore, its not good or bad karma but it is rising above to a state where we find karma is created at a lower level (casual mind)…all karma is created, stored, and paid off in the mind. All conscience is stored in the mind. Experiences in a higher self (higher than this life) it makes no decision…it takes place here because this is the only form…human form which can make a decision on the so-called experience of freewill. The only other place where this kind of freewill exists is the Totality of Consciousness- we never however depart from it. You can’t get out of God’s will and God’s will is your will too as you are a part of God. The pralabh is the destiny we come with and kiryaman is what karma we make. Karma is made by thoughts/intentions. Karma is created in the mind and there is no way that all can be put into another life. Every life we have created in surplus goes into a reservoir called sanchit karma. Suppose you want no karma…there is a way. A lot of people taught me in the USA…that method was go with the flow. When you make decisions not with options but with whatever is in front of you you then make no karma. When a PLM initiates us from the power that is beyond the mind…he destroys the reservoir of sanchit karma. How can you be born again? It will be based purely on the karma of this current life which means in almost all cases next life is better than this life and conditions will be much better so it will be easier to completely to going back to true home. Initiation by a PLM is the greatest moment…yet I can think of one other event which matches that one that is having a darshan of a PLM. Darshan is amazingly beneficial and if the master happens to look at you in your eyes…the drishti..he guarantees you will be initiated if not in this life but next life. Another great event that determines our course of the spiritual journey. There was a true story of veterinary doctor Dr Isher Singh. Amazing story with Bibi Rukko and GM ❤ Master played a great trick on Isher Singh. He realised the value of initiation. Isher Singh also tried very hard to have his father have the darshan of his master. Another wonderful and goofy story. This great man Isher Singh, I spent many years with him. I was in a top position as chief secretary and Isher would wait outside my office room while I was busy. The guards outside my office they informed my wife there is a man that disturbs the boss and comes and gets in all the time. He is actually creating irritation…my wife found this is so bad. So when I would go home he would follow me…she said get out and I wont let you in…then he discovered that my wife is fond of pakoras…he would say “Com’on I have pakoras for me…she would say come in” I am just reminiscing beautiful disciple he was ❤

1hr20min- A Q&A session. My daily life is same with ups and down. Life is like a roller-coaster you enjoy both positive and negative and your attitude towards it change it completely. Bullah Shah said put your attention from here to here. Its a simple but difficult path ❤ The origin of Love is SELF- it loves itself and that;’s the origin of love at all levels including here. Creativity is of the mind as as we know is in space and time…the soul lies beyond space and time…the mind is the creative agency we use and the power of using mind. Quite a question….in other talks you mentioned that PLM can have marked souls on A or B list. Is it possible for a marked soul to move from Mark B to A list…the answer is yes! Baba Ji talked about Harvard Days about spiritual experiences via psychedelic drugs. He was invited to a party…amazing story ❤ 🙂 Baba ji talked about going high without drugs. GEtting turned on without drugs. The point here is these professors tried these drugs and confirmed there is something beyond but couldn’t discover who they were at all but visualize what they can experience and nothing what one can get via meditation. Richard Helbert got more experience in India and changed his name to Baba Ram Das. Timothy Leary went to Hawaii and he setup a new church Chruch of the boohoo. But they did not find anything of spiritual nature in these drugs. I don’t think its good to be on drugs…my suggestion would be if you are not making progress go to a living master and he will guide you how to move forward. We cannot quieten the mind…we try but we can’t! Another goofy story from Harvard University with a philosopher friend who found a way to stop thinking and quite my mind. I invited him to my apartment.

1hr35min- We create illusion main channel we think stop and higher level think but mind has several channels for thinking. Nature of mind is not to stop thinking. If you quiten the mind, you die! In meditation, we decide how to bypass the mind…how to ignore the mind as attention can be put elsewhere.This is as good as quitening the mind. Sound current is the best thing to do than putting it on simran. How can one fall in love with Satguru- answer you cannot. Only Satguru can fall in you and when you feel the love you will love Satguru..there has to be a PULL from satguru. You miss that person if that happens you fall in love with that person. Its absolutely the best fortune. How many karmas we have done we desire to escape that we find satguru when we are ready. You will find this is indeed great good luck. Signs are you have to be with a satguru that you are ready…you feel yourself…this is not my world…I don’t belong here. When you are ready…satguru will appear in front of you. Everything here is also in astral plane. Day to day life in Astral plane- do people get married, have family? 1hr40min- Yes, everything here is also on astral plane but except the destiny there is known in advance. You don’t make choices there. The events are all the same. Fear does not go away till you reach the casual stage. Does eating non-vegetarian diet all karma to our soul. There is no karma on soul but only on the mind. Only when soul identify as mind it began to feel same as mind. The day you separate yourself from the mind…you see all karma is carried by mind. Karma is also in time and space and only borne by mind and not soul. How can food be an important factor? Its very unimportant..being vegetarian doesn’t mean you are spiritual. Its not the diet that’s connected to spirituality. 1st- What kind of food you eat effects your power of concentration of attention. This path requires concentration of attention behind the eyes. If you kill a man and come back and can I concentrate attention…impossible. To read a book you need put attention on book…and read average page 1min/page…after killing a page…it will take a long time to read that page…if you kill an animal you are still effected but not some extent and same for plant but don’t forget we live with extinguishing other life…even vegetable have life…they have same soul as we have ❤ But when on spiritual path and want power of concentration of attention it is good to avoid food arising from life minimum that it is required. The degree of consciousness visible in them makes a difference. Plants have not only sensitivity but have emotions also. More recently, work elsewhere found that things we found stationary like plants show emotions. Dr Jadish Bose on there is sensitivity in the plants and was able to establish how plants are like visible thing but visible degree of consciousness is less than birds and animals. Active fibre elements- plants have only 1 (water) as we goto other snakes, serpents, birds, and animals it keeps on increasing and mammals have 4 and human have all 5 (intelligence). There is another aspect…Isher Singh had to break his arm…a test to see how ready he was…and I am asking for being a vegetarian…let me think about it. How deeply interested we are in it…its just a test how ready we are. Merely being vegetarian is not enough. Last question- If soul resides at 3rd eye why do we feel intuition at gut or heart level..no one has done so its always in the head. Word heart has been used in the impression for intuitive self not head. Nothing to do with physical organs at all, its just a manner of speaking because many of the yogis who practised art of going to energy centres and called it heart centres…intutuion comes from 3rd eye centre.
