Video Description: I am very happy to be here in Memphis. Our destination is always the same its our true home where we belong. We have come away from that true home. We have come here for a short period because these bodies will shed away in short time. And during that period we have a great opportunity to go back to our true home. In order to seek and find we have to be having an experience called freewill…to make a choice. We know that in other form of life there is no choice to make but in human form we have ability to make a choice and that enables to seek and one day you will find. Secret of finding out our true home is to seek…seek in our heart but not by shouting loudly for it. Who hears us…something inside. Reality is our own true kingdom is within ourselves and not outside. The kingdom of God lies within us not outside. Therefore, if we want to seek we need to seek inside not outside. We have assigned name to ourself by our parents, church by somebody that calls this body with a particular name and we think that is us. We have totally identified ourself with this physical body…and that maybe or may not be true. We don’t remember if we had earlier form or not and left on faith or guess work as personally we know nothing. If that is true (or not true so far we believe is true) that this body is ourselves…when we say kingdom of God is within us…we are talking bout this body. We have made things outside…whole creation exists outside but the creator must be inside this body. Is it possible to actually explore what is inside this body? We are constantly looking outside. How do we look inside…people say by prayers you can do it. But when we close eyes its all dark but we are still looking outside because we only way we know of looking is via these eyes. There must be a better way of trying to explore what is inside. And if there is something inside this body…where could it be. Supposing we believe we are a spirit or a soul where will this be in our body…could it be in our hands or feet? They are most removed from what we think about this question and ultimately we discover where we operate from is from behind the eyes in our head…in the brain. Mystics have said it is possible to find yourself inside that your real self is lying inside yourself behind the eyes. We don’t know how to go behind the eyes…but with power of imagination we could do so. The power of imagination is a gift given to us…very powerful. It cannot be underestimated and only called an imaginary thing. Can we use the power of imagination to imagine that we are actually sitting in the head? It makes it even simpler that this body is a temporary house and we are living in it as a mobile home. If I was to describe this house Iw ould say 6 floors in this body…6 energy centers and likened to 6 levels of a house. We are putting our attention within ourselves. Attention is an even more important gift because when you are aware of things you cannot change the awareness. We have a moveable part of our awareness and human attention can be placed wherever you like through imagination. We put our attention in the area we think we are inside our head…think of nothing else that means withdrawing our attention from outside things. We are making an effort to put ourselves in this body and wait and watch what happens next. Imagination and power to move your attention and a 3rd gift…power to concentrate your attention wherever you like 🙂 We are altering our perception of sound of those drums…power of concentration is so remarkable that you gradually become unaware of other things around. Thta is the real secret of discovering who you are by the concentration of attention between the eyes in the center of the head…often referred to as 3rd eye center.

14min- Eyes are being used to draw images and put together behind the eyes and in the center and that’s where we ask questions from and that is called a 3rd eye center where our consciousness is operating when we are awaken. It likened to a door opening. If you could concentrate your attention behind the eyes there will be so much light you will never see outside. This is not somebody’s privilege…its open to all. The problem is from childhood till death we are putting attention outside but never cared to withdraw our attention to inside. Its so wonderful to know there is far more real…you discover that the one moving looking around in the 6th floor is your own conscious self and you can have so many experiences. This little head of ours and concentrate what will happen…you become unaware of other things. This body is not yourself…there is something inside and that operates independently of this body…its a big discovery after that we know this body is temporary and we are here to have a material experience. Of course bigger purpose is that in this body…while other self is embedded into it…we have strange experience of freewill which enables us to seek and to find out what’s inside. Its not merely meant for drinking, sex, getting old and dying. This is something happening to all animals there must be some distinction with human and other living beings. They have no choice…deliberative choice (should I do it or not do it). A friend of mine wrote to me from Israel and that my dog has a deliberative choice…where is the difference? Difference is dog goes by its taste whereas we chose that we see what choice is open and decide which one to take…this is what makes us a seeker. This is only available to human beings alone. Out of 8.4million species the last 400K includes angels, ghosts, all those plus human being and its only human beings which has deliberate freewill and morality. Its amazing gift to have a human body. I just mentioned if we practice this kind of meditation we will become unaware of this body..if we can stay long enough in those states we will be able to recall things that happened to that body inside…you will be able to find out what happened 200 years ago…to yourself! People go to get past lives regressions…some people believe and some don’t but when you have your own experience which we can recall you were something else…is the greatest proof of pre-life and after-life. There is no external belief system to prove it but having a personal experience of finding out who we are. Seeing is not seeing with these eyes its more than that…all 5 senses we are using are available to us even without this body. The inner body contains all the sense perceptions.

24min- I am talking of being unaware of this body and opening up secret of who you are inside. This is in fact have been the message of all religions which discover yourself within yourself. It’s a method of applying your religion within yourself. There are more fundamental truths that can be revealed. You can go inside your other body also…you can keep on moving till you discover your own reality. When you reach the destination you are the totality of consciousness and all these were dream-like sequences. Its a self-discovery we can do while we are human being. There is no language to describe that is something outside of space and time. We have been calling it The Word…In the beginning, was the Word…its not only the Christian Bible says that Hindu Rigvedas…they are translated. What is this creative power that we can’t describe than just call it the Word. We are all made with the same power with human being. We have the ability, opportunity and privilege to tap into what The Word is. The Word is the creative power never leaves us. There was a Chinese Fa-Hein who he dreamt he was a butterfly. The amazing thing is when you have these inner experiences of different forms…the self remains the same. The self is what is being expressed as The Word in our own self. Self is inside…we change the definition of what we identify with. We have experience of self of the human body and when we change form till we reach the totality. If there is one thing that never change is The Self but all our experience change therefore we talk of The Word its expressed as The Self. Is there a way supposing we have no experience… and only self remains…how do we know we are the self? Self has a resonance…it has music… music it is audible…that is why we call it Sound/ The Word…all these expressions have been described the ultimate power which can be heard. How do we listen to The Self?

33min- To be able to experience the resonance and music of your own self is the shortest route to your true heaven. That is why different methods of mditaiton….being born in a country with yogas, yogis…I found out ultimately truth can be found by listening to your own self. That led to the biggest discovery…the speaking part is called the mind…it uses languages…and then there is our own soul….which listens to what is happening. Our true self is a listener and mind that is given to us is a speaker. We communicate via mind and do everything with our mind but we don’t use it…what has happened is we have put cart before the horse and mind thinks for us and tell us what to do. We have become a follower of our own mind…mind was delivered to us like a computer, accessory and we have allowed mind to become our master. How have we forgotten that we have other faculties? What are they? The mind can only speak, think, reason, use logic, and say I understand or analyze, break open things. The soul gives us intuitive knowledge… the mind cannot do it. Intuitive power is directly from our soul and does not need time and space whereas mind needs them both. That gut feeling is from myself. If it comes we override it by thinking about it via mind. Tell the mind to carry this out…our life can change from today if we made this change. The power of love comes directly from the soul. The mind creates doubt even what we are experiencing. Love is not a function of the mind. Appreciation of beauty, joy and bliss…cannot be done by mind. Here are 3 functions that soul is performing every day for us and we put our mind ahead of it. We are using a slave/ servant of ours how can we get happiness in this life. The intention of the soul was not to suffer only…the experience was to generate kind of experience via intuitive knowledge, love and appreciation. We are however relying on what we are thinking. You reverse this for one week and see the difference. Think of mind as a machine which is very useful if we use it what our self needs and direct it. We say do some singing of hyms…repeat holy words…why do we do it…so mind cannot think of bizarre things and we think of these chosen words to replace the words of thought to control the mind. We can take a step further and control the mind…by meditation techniques by which we can handle the mind and direct it to do what we like…our life changes right from here. Its not use to speculate from the outside, we have too much debate going on for centuries when we look at the tree or is the tree real and we are looking it. Materialists say there is an empirical outside world that exists and you cannot perceive inside. Idealists say where are you seeing things from.

45min- Consciousness is the power that creates a feeling of self and which remains the same form no matter what form or no form and is the ultimate source of all our experiences. We came for experiences here…haven’t we had enough…only that person becomes a real seeker and look for truth within themselves for their true self. If you look around this world spend 2-3 days in home of someone who is happy…there is so much misery…if this the nature of our consciousness…so what is the reason for suffering. The power of self to experience intuitive knowledge, love, being love and loving…and the power to appreciate. If we are living in a world there is no unhappiness would we appreciate it? Don’t we overhear all experiences are felt because of opposites? Every experience we are having is based on pairs of opposites…how do we appreciate it? By creating a world of duality so we can appreciate a world of non-duality our true home….a very good reason to create this experience. You will notice this is the reason of going through pain and pleasure and is real opposite of our true home. If you imagine trillions of souls in our true home…dancing in bliss …then we who have been here we go back and we dance even more…they say we are the same soul as we are…we will say you don’t know what you are missing. This creation is perfectly balanced and appreciates our immortal home. This is not a theoretical model but a practical thing. People today who meditate and they can guide us…as seekers on a spiritual path to the same destination its useful to find such people who can guide us. The easiest way is to discover ourselves via the power of love. People who have that kind of awareness don’t pull us by their discourses but by the power of love. The mind does not go into our true home…and if you practice with mind it does not take you beyond it but the unconditional love of one who is already above the mind level can pull us above. They appear and pull us by love and compassion…they don’t judge us…their love is unconditional…and extend love to you and you will experience whether you love, hate or crucify you are not. I am sure you seekers you will meet someone. I am very happy to meet all of you. We will take a short break now. There is food for body I have given you food for thoughts.
