Welcome friends, I am very happy to be here in Germany. I welcome you all. The purpose of my visit here is to share with you the beautiful experience of a spiritual path if one has a PLM in one’s life. A PLM is one who has attained awareness beyond the mind into perfection. Here we are living in an experience where we are all divided not just because of separate souls but thinking minds which divides us further and further. Nothing separates us more than our true creator and being than the human being. Yet we rely up on it for everything we do and think thinking can solve all problem. There is another quality in us that we don’t use too much which is intuition…intuitive knowledge is more reliable than the mind tells us but we depend on mind so much we ignore our intuitive knowledge and began to act on what the mind is saying. Mind is not certain about what it says but intuitive knowledge is always certain. Mind always have maybes and perhaps. That is why we are here in trouble because we have gone into a mental not spiritual state of living. We have forgotten spirit and mind to be the only faculty of making a success of our lives. If our mind was strong and under our control we could make very good use of our mind. Mind has capacity to communicate with people, and appreciate what we can see around us, it assembles our sense perception. If used by us mind is a wonderful thing but a terrible master if it uses us! Mind by itself is not bad but way we make use of it we don’t make best use of it. We are full of attachments of outside things and we try to make those things our own. All these relationships with things or people are based on having a human body which has a very short life. When it does all our attachments are left behind. When we die we carry so much of our attachments and there is no way that we can stop it so long mind is our master. That is why so long we are living a mental life we are in trouble because we cannot go to our true home where we belong. Its our spiritual home where we come from, where there is totality of consciousness and we belong there. We came here for a short adventure and different kind of experience. The soul by itself is so pure, its pure awareness that can create an experience and experience it. That is what soul is…its a creative power. We began to think we are mind..that was not me at all but mind…me was the self was which made the mind alive. Actually time does not exist. We live in the now. We are always in now and cannot get out of it. We can be nowhere except now and now has no time. How come now has no time, it trips into past and before its future. We call meeting point as now/ present means we are not living in time. And yet we feel we live in time…what is this past, present and future which is taken for granted by us all. We call present is actually the immediate past. Where is it happening if there is no time? What is past…it is created by memories. Past is merely a function of memory. It doesn’t exist and when we remember something it becomes past therefore what we call present and now is immediate past. What is future? Suppose we lost ability to hope, or to fear, or to anticipate…these 3 words are removed from dictionary mean same thing positive, negative and neutral anticipations…there is no future. And how do you do these things? We do so in past! And it comes through from memory. Therefore, we are just replaying something there is no time to create it. Something has been created in the timeless state and we have been able to create experience by wearing mind costume and sense perception and physical body…we have created such wonderful experiences.

Mind is a costume soul put on to experience time and space.

14min- How come we came to this reality? Where is this timeless point where whole thing took place. We are thinking its happening now because we remember and we created time. What is time? Carefully…time never existed but experience created by memory. Memory means remembering something that happened. It happened in some state where there was no time. There is a means available to us where we can verify these things…test out if what I am saying is there or not. By a simple process of going within ourselves where all things are created. We think they are happening outside. Movie is a film which was recorded earlier…what we watch is a replay of something recorded earlier…where is it on a film…which is behind us not in front of us but we see a shadow in front from the projector. The film has still picture and move fast. We are so concerned what will happen next. How come we forget its just a shadow. Its not even actors just shadows and if light shuts off it stops. We think its real…we take it so real that we laugh and cry with it. Do we forget its just a play played long ago? How can we take it so seriously? A boy in a small village in India who has never seen a movie…when he saw it on screen in the movie there was a scene girl comes to have a bath in pond…as she takes her clothes off a train passes…he went to see that movie 20 times hoping train would be late…this is how we live our life. Life is a projection from our own consciousness…its creates pictures there and light of consciousness via mind we see it outside. We don’t think like that and feel world outside is real. We feel our reality is outside of us whereas entirely reality is projected from the inside. This debate has been going on for a long time. The material world is necessary are called materialist and others are idealists. Somebody said whatever happens first must be the cause and the later is effect.

22min- The way we see anything is merely parallel rays of light fall upon object (imperial way of looking) and travel towards our eyes…we see all non absorbed colors…this is physics…they reflect back into our eyes there eye carries it and lens inside and forms an inverted image on the retina and if you look at the eyes and see pictures…we see things straight when the image is opposite…then the retina which is an extension of optic nerve…sends a signal…image carries into the certain center in the brain and if we are conscious we see the tree outside. Now supposing the eyelid and retina had the capacity to make images on its own. We would see tree as it was outside. Ultimately what is observing tree is our life-force..only when we are awake so what is the connection between consciousness and us. We can examine trees outside but what about examining it inside? Go inside…look there but we never do that. And we don’t know where is inside as it’s dark. But there is a way to see inside and I am going to tell you how its so simple to see inside. That’s the purpose of going within and finding out our truth. Every experience we have we can discover by going within…when we say going inside…we have a physical body…let’s start from there…where does consciousness sit. It’s behind the forehands behind the eyes. How can we go there? Its easy for us to go outside we can walk, run, drive, fly but another way…suppose I want to go on top of this house without climbing by imagining. What is this power of imagination? Who is that who can look from there. The power of imagination and the power to use attention enables us to go inside. These are great tools and then power of concentration…that means you can put more and more attention at one point…you can ignore and become unaware of other things.

Power of imagination, attention and concentration of attention are 3 key tools we can become unaware of our body and discovery who we are. Anybody can do this. That’s called self-relisation that you are not the body.

34min- Its not a theoretical talk but we should try it. In the course of next 2 days I will demonstrate to you we can all do it and let’s not merely make it a talk but walk the talk. The embedding of another body inside us which is made of sense perception and that’s yourself…it has a clarity of thinking than this body as mind is still the same. That’s a great experience that you have something inside which is more real as it holds secret of our sense perception. The real thing is inside. You can take step 2 and withdraw from sense perception also via imagination your astral body sense perception disappears…you and your mind are still there. And it does not need sense perception we discover that experience can be there without sense perception and physical body. Its a matter of practice. The mind operates most creative thing…you learn so much at that time if you can become unaware of this physical body in a higher wakeful state and become unaware of this body and sense perception and discover the truth of predetermination of the life. You pickup your film there. We created our destinies from there and mind carries the destines. We call it the causal state and a causal body. Mind is the causal body. Memories came before events. There you discover the amazing truth that memory is created first in no time and creates events. Most remarkable experience one can have. We realise whole nature of the creation…coming from inside outwards. The debate between idealists and materialists ends there. Why should we do this? Its much more than that…that is not the end of our spiritual journey but mid-way. Its journey to the mind that has ended…so long we do not distinguish between soul and mind…that’s the ‘end’. That is then our true home and then experiences of karma are all real but that is not true! Very few people who have transcended this state and gone beyond it. No meditation can take us…no effort can take us, period. The PLMs pull us there with their unconditional love as its a function of soul, not mind. The mind thinks it does not involve love, which comes from spirit nor does intuition or appreciation of beauty and joy. We can destroy spiritual experiences by thinking about it. We are beyond the function of the mind we are in a state of pure awareness, love. Our true state is a state of bliss. What is ultimate love? Love is not when you say I love you because a person loves more I than you. Its an ego trip. I is front part of your thinking process…the ego…and ownself does not need any ego. When you have love there is no I left in. The only thing that can pull you above the mind is unconditional love. Therefore soul with pure love can pull you. Human beings like us with awareness beyond the mind can pull us with their unconditional love. These few people who we call perfect living masters pull us with that love. That is the true spiritual journey. I don’t consider meditation taking us to astral or mind does not touch the spirit but it takes us above the mind and then to the totality of conciseness. It can be shown to us. Therefore, the spiritual way of any travel to journey is full of love and devotion.

True love is totally unconditional and has no expectations in it. It’s non-judgemental and puts our ego in the back.

50min- Meditation does not take you beyond the mind. When we talk of spiritual path we are talking of releasing from the mind itself. The mind creates the nature of time…creates cause and effect, and creates events. Time is laid out first and events are placed afterwards. Time never moves. By cause and effect we can make cause good or bad and event follow up that. Soul has no karma itself….in apparatus human mind there is conscience…as if creating a guard over us for morality which are picked up from society they create all the values. We take that as the only reality and get stuck with cause and effect and circulate over and over again in the realm of the mind where we create good and bad. Karma becomes a physical thing in the physical body. Since time has been created for these events, which follow the cycle we never get out of it. The most subtle trap we are caught up in. We have caught ourselves in the machine which we designed for enjoyment. Just by shutting off own self with focus on outside we made this our only reality. We did not want this experience to be shadow like a movie but as real as possible. We made it so real we forgot our own reality. This reality is so deep we go into the physics of particles…and vastness billions of light years away. We have created space and time…do you know how easy it is to create it. In the 60s I was interested to this sleep and dream institute…they would put electrodes and camera to study the vital forces of a subject. When the subject sleep and see rapid eye movement they wake him up and ask what were you seeing.

If cause is mind’s intention and make that the cause…and event take place then we become a judge of our own self. Then the law of karma comes up.

1hr- We forget the dream there is almost a phase-out stage within seconds. But one person dreamt in those experiments that he was a young child, he grew up, had children, grew old, lived his whole life, and when he was about to die…he woke up…it was all in 7 minutes. We change the timeframe altogether. Someone advised me to see the movie Inception. We are in a state of not 3rd but 6th dream and we awaken ourselves 6 times and the whole creation was a part of the dream. All is created by conciseness and a person who is awakened can wake us up. These PLMs with that awareness know nothing is real here so they participate in our reality here and become ordinary humans like us. If this is true then there are people whose level of awareness at all levels of creation and we call them PLMs…how can we find them? We cannot find them, period. If we could find them then we have the same awareness as them. The answer is to seek them…if they are really that aware…at least they will be able to recognize someone is seeking…therefore if you seek you will find. Their part is to find! We should be seeking not them but The Truth. The more intensely we seek the more clearly they appear in our life. We experience love in something like ourselves…PLM they appear in ordinary form like us. Their extraordinariness is in their unconditional nonjudgmental love…that puts them apart. That love is what ultimately affects our soul…souls are the ones that generate and receive love, not the mind or body or senses.

The spiritual journey is to awaken yourself to who you are.

1hr10min- True love only comes from spirit the PLM pulls us from their soul with their unconditional love. And mind creates doubt…but love is so powerful it overrides the mind and then they take us back home. They don’t come here as teachers…they teach because we like to be taught. Our spiritual journey truly is effortless and effort is only for the mind. There was a barrister also a judge at one time, Daryai Lal Kapoor and became a disciple of GM Sawan Singh. He followed him during his career after retirement he came to GM to serve him as his doorman. A beautiful story on the value (or not!) of effort for meditation on the spiritual path ❤ We go through effort because mind is trained but not true about the soul that is why masters say make some effort till you say effort is not doing anything and realise its a path of devotion. But this stage comes when you have tried and failed not before hand. I had a colleague in university and one day he wrote to me I have found this path is not a effort path but effortless and he wrote now I will try very hard to be effortless. Effortless is when you are pulled by Love ❤ From there when we go beyond to soul to soul and spiritual journey starts. PLM will come into your life via coincidence with the degree of your seeking inside. Then rest is automatic…control the mind with simple methods he will teach via repetition of words. The mantra is repeated just to prevent mind from thinking of other things. The music and sound inside pulls you and then you follow that and that doesn’t go very far. People repeat word Om as unlimited sound…but when you say Om it has a beginning and end. So priests start humming…to show it has no beginning or end. This changes also…it requires time and space by going beyond mind it changes to creative power and discovery of our soul …I know who I am…ultimate truth only one exist and whole is created from there. And we are examining a point of view…we are in human bodies. If we were angels or Gods we won’t be making choices as we have total knowledge. Here were are ignorant of the future and having the power to make choices we become seekers. We are projecting everything including a master also. Where is the master? Must be inside…truth is true master is always inside…we don’t see him inside so we project outside and from there he leads us to his true form inside and then we discover why he appeared inside. Our journey to our true home is never alone but with the master. We go with our beloved and all adventures are done together with somebody. Such a nature of this path and teachings I got from this mater Sawan Singh Ji. He promised something and he delivered therefore I call him the perfect living master. Its not my role to judge others but to look at what he has done and tell you there are PLMs who carry an awareness of totality at all times while in this body. Such a human being very rare and accessible to us. You will notice him..mind will create doubt but they will disappear with unconditional love ❤ I hope my experiences will help you with your own seeking.
