The net results of all the research is the ultimate answer of what we are looking for outside does not exist there but inside. If we want to find that world of peace…it cannot be found outside but within ourselves. That is why, all religions have said if you want to find the truth go within yourself. What does it mean within us? When we look at this human body there are several areas like eyes. Experiments to go within have been encouraged by people who have had experience in doing so. What is that life force that makes us alive…if we can find its location we can trace back how to go within ourselves. We don’t know where the lifeforce is…they call the process of yoga as union with your true self. These 3 methods of performing yoga has been tried out for centuries. Things happen below eyes and behind and above eyes…big difference. Below eyes is a use of our energy…it exists below the eyes…our awareness is behind and above the eyes. Prana has been translated as life force… a breath of life. Prana can be the vitality of life or soul of the human being you can give it many name. Breath of life was literally as breathing of life through lungs…via yoga…and people used it. They concentrated their attention on breathing and variation of it took place in form of many pranayama yogas. We have 12 energy centers some below and some above. The system of yoga is called the 6 energy system (or chakras)…focusing on them gave unusual experiences…they could get out-of-body exercise. Great experience….but that is only experiencing energy but not higher awareness. Others came up and said the secret does not lie in developing more energy but more awareness.

11min- What is in the brain section that can give us better information on on who we are and raise our awareness. They experimented with something behind the eyes and had an amazing experience…that self that makes us feel we are occupying the body….the self in the wakeful state in the human body is right behind the eyes. Can we withdraw our attention from these eyes to the inner eyes. Eyes inside are not the same as physical eyes…when we imagine something now but we don’t see with these physical eyes…same as a dream at night we don’t use these physical eyes. With practice of withdrawing but not focusing attention behind the eyes and point at the center of the head…and looking from the centre…you can locate yourself…we can use the method of imagination that we are behind the eyes and centre of the head…and treat the body as its a house we are living in…as a car and driver seat is behind the eyes…by withdrawing attention behind the eyes…wonderful experience. Recall things before this body was born…and therefore that was a great discovery but pre-existed before we were born. The physical body has been identified as our own self…imaginary self becomes real and this body becomes unreal. Therefore this is a very interesting subject of attention. If you were to look at consciousness…ability to be aware…consciousness exists all the time. Awareness is a part of consciousness that you are using here…within that awareness, you can place attention on something that gets highlighted and awareness is all around you but putting on one section highlights it and if you concentrate your attention another area of awareness become dim and dim and eventually totally unaware. You can go within with the power of attention and we have the power to concentrate our attention helping make other things unaware. Use of this method was attempted by mystics and saints…to find the truth of their own home.

20min- Behind these eyes there is a point in the centre where we think..the single eye…eye at which the self exists. Having discovered that much they were able to learn how to withdraw attention to that point. Astral body is embedded in us at all times for sense perceptions. We are not using these physical eyes but eyes of the inner body and these eyes only obstruct our vision. By a simple process of withdrawing attention to 3rd eye centre at the pineal gland. We have experimented enough…now we are trying to enhance our awareness. From there started a new spiritual journey…if you withdraw attention at 3rd eye centre of the inner body…you become unaware even of that inner body and realise the thinking process is coming from there…cause of all these experiences…that is your causal body…its the ultimate thinking machine where you discover one universal mind created all others. We are too involved in doing things that are placed in front of us without bothering what is inside and who is God…where is that creator…no time for it. There are people who said go within and went and heard them in temples, churches, and synagogues,…they said truth lies within but we heard from one ear and got out from another. Those sermons never took us away from our worldly obligations. Therefore, we never got a chance of who we are. All religions say kingdom of God is within you not outside. Master Ji talked about musk deer who doesn’t realise the truth of the aroma he is carrying within himself. Mind is not the origin of the universe… Consciousness comes to have this experience in this world is beyond the mind. You have to go more into the mind itself to realise thinking the mind is a machine…are covers us…mind, sensory system and physical body to have a variety of experiences and in combination we get experiences like we do now. We haven’t discovered our soul…making us alive making our mind and senses alive. To find that very few people…perfect living masters have said truth lies beyond the mind. When we go deeper in the mind…with help of someone who has already gone beyond it…all processes where we use thinking, effort it only limits us to mind domain…something must PULL us beyond that mind…and that pull comes from our ownself…soul has its own function.

33min- The ability to have experience of love does not come from the mind. Love is a function of soul directly…intuition gut-feeling comes from the soul, appreciation of beauty and state of bliss because of the appreciation comes from the soul. Mind is into analysis but soul sees things in totality. Soul which is our true self lies within the mind and envelopes itself with the mind. The soul has no beginning or end. PLM’s role…is to come via coincidences into our life and they pull us…not by their teachings…with power of unconditional love. The ego of the mind is usually in the front of the mind…it prevents us to have true experience of love. Mind has a great ability to create doubt…it then creates fear. If you have an experience of going beyond the mind and discovering your soul…you will become fearless. Role of a PLM, who is a human being like us, who talks to us…our mind says something he says no….human being can say no…difference between one human and other is in their state of awareness. PLMs awareness has reached awareness beyond the mind and holding that awareness from any level of awareness. The process of consciousness is not to create illusion but uses illusion to create reality. We create levels of reality and consciousness is able to create all kinds of realities…PLMs awareness extends to all levels of reality including the totality of consciousness.

40min- PLMs who have attained a state of the totality of consciousness become a friend of ours and pulls us with their unconditional love. How do we find such a person? We cannot find such a person and such a person can find us. What is required is seeking in our own heart for the discovery of our own true-self. Masters can come in succession in our life. In one of the scriptures…4 teachers…mother, a school teacher, a religious teacher and then comes the spiritual teacher. When the chela is ready Guru appears. These things are experienced by us gradually. A PLM’s role is to make us exactly like himself. He comes to pickup marked soul whose seeking has reached a point where we had enough of this. Surat Shabd Yoga is what PLM uses to take us back us home. That sound resonance has been described as The Word. In the Bible it states In the beginning was The Word…all things were made by Him…opening verses of John’s Gospel. We go and look at another text…Rigvedas…opening sentence in the beginning was the Nard…Nard was the creator…why is it called Sound and not power? Power is a created thing… conciseness can create power…as it happens this creative power when it descends down and comes down to the level of human beings… can be heard. This sound exists in each one of us. When we move our attention to 3rd eye centre you can get inner experiences.

48min- I have found Surat Shabd Yoga is the best to pull me in. I compared methods with cars…forward and rear drive. When such a person comes he will help you to satisfy your mind. I hope you will be able to find what you are seeking and act upon it. I will be very happy to answer some questions. Holy feet has an internal meaning entirely…when the master accepts you i.e. you are ready he initiates you…and start our journey together and teaches some methods of meditation…he said I will wait for you right inside your own head… the journey is inside yourself…put your attention inside and there form of the master is illuminated…radiant….it doesn’t need outside light to fall upon it. So the radiant form of your master is seen inside…and you like to fall on the feet of the master inside. There is a list of species, and forms of life…it says 8.4million species of life in this whole creation. 8.4million in the Indian language is called 84lakhs. 5.4million is in plant life itself, then insect life, mammals, birds…and last 400K lives there comes one life is human life which is at the top. In 400K it also includes gods and angels. This whole existing in this cycle of 8.4 million is governed by cause and effect law. If you do something good you get rewarded and if you do something bad you get punished for it.

55min- Karma means actions or intentions to act which create these consequences which create life. All things have been created by a single source…by the totality of consciousness…it creates both negative and positive experiences of duality. There is no duality in our true home. The negative power is actually creation in time…mind and time are all negative power. Supposing there was no darkness and it was always light..you would have never seen the light. If there was no pain then we won’t know what pleasure is…all our experiences are based on pairs of opposites. Its a designed thing therefore its not unusual to see the power of negative power where we live now when we ascend our consciousness beyond the mind. The journey becomes interesting…with ups and downs. Nobody has a life that is all high or down…its always high and low…its a combination. To come to a human life its a combination of two…power to seek…to have free will only exist in human life all others are programmed and that is why we have good we have this mixture. Its nothing wrong with it. What is a soicot kills people without any conscience…we have part of our mind handling morality…we set aside part of the thinking machine for conscience…and we assign it a role to determine morality trained by society. Karma perhaps works independently on conscience…TBC (?). When a master accepts us means initiates us…acceptance is inside…he manifests himself in you…radiant form is there forever and stays with us on our spiritual journey. He is more alive when he is dead…its a great experience to manifest him once…his radiant form…its the greatest friendship to have who is always with you continuously and therefore never lost even after Master dies. Inner experiences knows the distinction and wisdom to what’s happening in the physical world and inside…therefore he keeps his mouth shut. The causal body doesn’t die of any diseases but dies natural death after approximately 3 million physical years…so we can have several astral and physical bodies with one mine. The astral body can die of disease carried in the physical body but the normal life of the astral body is 1000-3000 years. It only dies from disease if the disease is picked out to pay off karma. I am sorry to say karma is never atoned…atonement itself is good karma. Karma is the most amazing law…if you do good you can go to heaven and if you do something bad you can go to hell…it is so extreme it’s relentless. The law of karma is so rigid it is the greatest trap. Its only when we can go beyond the mind via PLM that karma can end. I can join you again at 3’o Clock again.
