There are breathing techniques such as pranayam yoga and other techniques such as yoga of the 6 chakras and other methods by which they could access the 3rd eye centre to go within. Out of all the systems which I have personally gone through even after I met my teacher (GM Sawan Singh) I still explored those things. You can belong to any religion, nationality, gender, age…nothing to do with outside rules but discovery of your own self. The yoga that best suited me is Surat Shabd Yoga…yoga of putting attention to the inner sound. That sound can be heard by anybody…these ears don’t participate at all and you can hear more clearly the inner music. It is directly coming from our soul. Since we can hear our own soul there is no better way to hear it by going within. The sound is used in certain contexts…we think words we speak/ music we hear that is sound…with these ears. Even inside when we hear the sound it is a sound that can be heard outside also… a very basic sound that brings us to gain knowledge is called the spoken language like I am using now. Ultimately you will notice that what we call language is nothing more than symbols/ sounds that we have been associating in our life with experiences. We have to understand message of mystics who are telling of inner experiences so they speak and we hear in ordinary language. When we say this is a path of putting attention of sound its starts from spoken language…called varnatmak and then we hear the inner sound which is a melody that has its own beauty…its not stuck…its like a continuous sound of bell peal…its called dhunatmak shabd. Dhun means melody. That is only the 2nd stage. In the astral plane that sound becomes our language. What we call telepathy communication..the other person understands the meaning and translates in his or her own language. There are so many differences start taking place when you raise your awareness to different levels. The Dhunatmak shabd can be heard it’s so beautiful it pulls you to itself and takes you off your feet. Its a wonderful experience..it leads to next experience. The next experience is where you get into the midst of the song..it looks like you have gone into music…entering into infinity of music and you are a part of the infinity…you discover your own endlessness.

10min- Time that has existed here…those are very small time-frame in eternity and when you g into the causal plane where only mind is there you enter into melody you feel you are that melody which is called anhad Shabd…it has no beginning and end… the sound of the causal plane. Time and space work in all these 3 planes. All this information and knowledge gained is being gained by the mind. It is not realised that the mind itself is merely an accessory to consciousness that empowers the mind…its different. This separation of your own self from the mind does not take place with the help of the mind. There you have to get help from someone who can pull you from there…that is from PLM who with his unconditional love helps you and realises you are beyond the mind. When we reach that point above the mind in parbrahm we realise who we are. That sound there is called Sar-shabd….in many people highest realised people in the world have stopped there…know thy self…but there are a few mystics that have gone beyond that! Even the feeling of one unit of consciousness is also a cover upon yourself. The reality is you are not a separate unit of experience but a part of a larger unit of consciousness…then you discover the totality of consciousness and become a part of the whole. Master Ji described the drop and ocean analogy to describe the totality of consciousness. He described this is a lose-lose deal on merging myself in the ocean…but I was wrong..the truth is that the drop never left the ocean and WAS the ocean but contracted its awareness to the drop ❤ The spiritual path is awakening and expanding your awareness. You were always the ocean. Therefore when we reach the ultimate true home we were the author of the entire show and were worship somebody else. Peopel say can you see God…I say which God? God that exists somewhere else or God that we made up. Nobody can describe where God is…they say we can see God. If you can see God means you are separate from God…God however is total. Only way to see God is to become God ❤ i.e. getting the same level of consciousness…it is the ultimate power of one that becomes many. The most beautiful reason is that one has the quality of love, intuitive knowledge, bliss…when you can create many you experience all these without that how do you experience it? To experience love, beauty etc then you can carry on this further by putting on more masks, mask mind, body, sense perception and have a variety of experiences. The reason is to have intuitive real knowledge…to love and be loved is most essential to our soul. We create separation and rejoin is the best experience we can have and the spiritual path offers that experience.

20min- In religion, people have started calling that Word into a book…in the form of scriptures…every religion has reduced that creative power into written text by human beings here and using that word with W. I saw in the Oxford Dictionary…The Word means the Bible….the book that has been translated several times and versions have been changed again and again. In USA the call Word of God was authorised by the King of England…and they still think its the same Word we are talking about for creating the universe. The first beautiful path of spiritual path was it is experiential and did not require any blind faith. I hold a short meditation session tomorrow. I will right now take a few questions. A Q&A session. Master Ji asked to be reminded of doing that orange juice experiment…it is not to see the 3rd eye centre but to see attention can be held and moved at any part of the body. 3rd eye centre is not part of this body. The dream is not reality…is wakeful state reality? No…this is also a dream where we can wake up more. This reality we are living in could not be real…when we dream we go to a lower reality. We wake up…we find that was just a dream and this is real. We never ask for any proof when we are awake but when we are asked there is a higher self we ask for proof.

When we wake up we don’t pinch ourselves to know we are awake…because we remember when we went to sleep. Same thing happens in higher wakefulness…you reconnect of being there earlier!

29min- When you are initiated by a PLM you do your homework…minimum homework withdraw attention to 3rd eye centre to see the radiant form of the master. What will happen to the soul after someone dies…does the soul create another person is the soul God? When someone dies….the soul does not die…its immortal…when a person dies in the physical body he immediately becomes the astral body..with no matter but only feeling, and seeing, It has got eyes…it is a disembodied spirit and has eyes and ears and began to function in that form. We call such spirits as ghosts. The astral plane I talked about has an overlap…part of it overlapped with the physical body and part beyond that. A person could still be roaming in this physical and try to connect with us..but it’s difficult for him to connect as he has no physical body. It is not really the power of that astral body to become human. Sometimes it tries to find a weak person and tries to wake him and manage to displace consciousness of that person and use that body temporarily and some people suddenly go into a trans and this happens rarely but does happen. They remain in that state depending on their karma. If they commit suicide unnatural death before time. Ghost can be 2 kinds…bhoot and pret. Bhoot is a ghost that has been so disappointed in human life that it was searching for something and roams around fly around. Pret is a ghost that has been stuck by one place because of the murder and stays there and haunts that place. But the soul is immortal and these are bodies and they can be reborned in human beings. They don’t reach the level of the soul…soul in its totality…becomes God. Soul as an individual is not God. Why were you born twins in this lifetime…because in your previous life, you loved each other too much..so its an old attachment from past life. Astral form is form of life which has no material physical body but has all the sense perceptions. It has no matter…when it becomes casual body it only has the mind and no body and yet when we want to use it to explain what it looks like it has no resemblance to this body. You are free and not living in a world of objects and ideas but concepts. One has to understand these 3 things are different.

39min- Ishwar Ji talked about Socrates about idea of a chair from the world of ideas…now we have millions of designs of chairs from one idea of a chair. But before the idea of chair…how did somebody got the idea…it came from the concept that the body can sit. The mental body did not require to sit but created a concept that one can sit…in different ways. These are the functions of causal, astral and physical self. These are 3 forms of the mind…mind itself functions in the physical body and treats everything in the physical level and same in the Astral and Causal planes (in the form of concepts). The philosophy of different planes of consciousness and self expresses itself in different ways. If one is initiated by a PLM the effect of that goes to the whole family…to 7 generations. The effect is very deep. Rebirth takes place in the same area again and again and the benefit is very much there….we all get initiated also. When you die…you do see people who are still there at that state….those in overlap you definitely see them. Death is a process by which consciousness moves from the extremities to the brain. Meditation in 3rd eye center is similar…becoming unaware of your body. Paul says in the Bible I die daily. Destiny is composed of highs and lows. Sometimes we are happy sometimes we are not. When serious crisis comes they will be protected….it could have been much worse. Masters and divine power do intervene. When one is happy…I don’t find somebody want to go back home….I guess a little bit of unhappiness is needed to go home. If you find the seeds of seeking…to go back home…don’t come from happiness but unhappiness…illness, disappointments. Those events do happen in our life making us seekers. These are natural things that happen. Is it not a bad idea to fall sick and have difficulties..it looks unfair…but if you wake up we discover it was a very bad dream.

50min- When we try to listen to sounds within…instructions give you some guidance on inside and outside sounds. Some sound like a heartbeat, flow of blood…created by body itself…they sound resemble something like a truck is going outside…or the sound of thunder…or a drumming sound. These are all sounds created around the sound we are looking for. I don’t say don’t listen to them…I call them to practise sound as you can listen inside with imagination and help with the withdrawal of attention inside but then comes a distant sound…that sounds like the peel of a bell…its normally the first sound that pulls us. We can hear sound from left or right side…first of all sound I am speaking of doesn’t come from ears as its not a physical sound. Again these are practice sounds. The right brain is more intuitive and the left brain is logical. Real sound is at a distance…its the most beautiful sound…that sound your attention picks it up! its a melodious sound and rapidly you become unaware of the body and helps you with meditation.
