Welcome to the 2nd half of today’s program. Again I am very happy to see all of you and to see the seeking on your faces…you are all seekers of the truth and you and I are traveling on the same path. Sometime we take detours and come back but we are on the same path. To go to different parts of the energy centres inside there are many routes. Except love and devotion nothing else counts on the path. Why not keep this in mind from the beginning and start from there (L&D) it can be experienced at any time. How do we develop love and devotion? We can’t. We all love somebody who pulls us from the other side…there has to be a pull. If love is strong and pure then our response is not merely love but love and devotion…we become devoted. That is why we continuously use these terms….love is created by the pull of the beloved. Love is first born in the heart of the beloved. Make that an essential part…put your feelings into practice. Withdrawal of attention is a mechanical mental thing not spiritual but with that body inside…you talk about love and devotion…it becomes spiritual. When you express your love…when you feel love for someone you express it…not always with words. You feel is coming from other than your mind…comes from your heart but its not heart it comes from the intuitive self inside but to distinguish we say head and heart but nothing to do with physical heart. That is why, when you come across a PLM…first thing you will notice is if its based on love there is friendship. The relationship with a PLM who takes you back to your true home is one of friendship. Therefore, in meditation, you talk like friends. When a PLM initiates us i.e. accepts us…he places himself inside us. We cannot see it because our attention is not there but after we pull our attention inside we can see him but till that happens…he can hear and see you. Therefore, continue to have a conversation with him. One method of concentrating attention is a repetition of words to block mind from thinking of other words. Suppose instead of those words you are having a conversation with the master inside…that is also holding attention inside. I am giving you practical tips about this otherwise we keep repeating words but our mind are somewhere else but when we involve a living person and have a conversation our thoughts are there right behind the eyes. Master Ji talked about Dr Isher Singh…who used to say master was ‘yaar’ first and then a guru. He was changing from idea of worshipping to loving and devoting to somebody.

11min- Some people have a conversation with a photograph…but if you have seen the master with your own eyes and remember what you saw even for a moment…and can recall that moment as you saw him…and that image comes in front of you that image becomes alive. This is only to pull the memory of a live person and that person continues to be alive for you. This is a great beautiful part of meditation. If you are having a good conversation, time passes fast and you get to know your inner self much better. These are practical tips that helped me that I am sharing with you. God is in everything… everything you talk to except human beings is talking to your own mind. When you talk to your mind it is interested in keeping you engaged with that and attachments here. You have to talk to human beings who can say no to you. Therefore, it needs to be a living person who you have seen. This course of going back to true home is not short in terms of time as it can take several lifetimes but once you are initiated by PLM it cannot take more than 4 lives. This was a big subject of discussion when I first came to this country. Master Ji talked about the Radha Swami group created by Shiv Dayal Singh who’s words were repeated by GM Sawan Singh and Master’s father Lekh Raj.

19min- Just following master’s instruction makes this your last life. So if you follow the instructions as best as you can…I am telling you the tips about love and devotion which makes it certainty this will be your last life. But if you do it mechanically and love is not there…you have to come again. If you haven’t seen the master you have to come again. American disciple of GM asked him…master how often should we come and see you. GM said if you can see me everyday…if someone is not close by then once a week…my grandfather became disciple after my father from that day he went to see GM every week. But if someone is living very far away and cannot afford then once a month should be alright, if someone lives overseas in that case come once a year…suppose we can’t come once a year…master had a smile and said wait for next life. Its important to have satsangh…the company of the truth. Experience of getting together and talking, thinking of master has to be repeated often for simple reason your mind will float away…it has too many attachments and does not stay and everytime we gather together it keeps mind focused on the path. On the path if you want to be on List A put this as priority No. 1. When I put it high all other jobs went well. We don’t realise everything adjusts after all its all been created from the same source. You can see effects you spent time at the 3rd eye center with the master…you see a series of miracles that day. This is not a theoretical model but practical experience. When you surrender to master’s love…your effort is over. Problem is when mind comes in and said I have to make an effort..why don’t you let the master make some effort. Okay lets test out to see your power…these are amazing things you find by experience. If you don’t even try and remain skeptic you can’t see it so we should open the mind. Please remind me how to separate the mind from yourself i.e. the soul as right now its all so mixed up.

28min- Mind is a machine but just because we use it all the time, we identify with it. You can enjoy the meditation by ignoring the mind but you have to learn how to distinguish yourself and the thinking machine. Once you can do so life changes. They have parshaad today, which is blessed food. Parshaad is to take to remember who gave…its the association with it. Which is good it goes on we are able to remember the master and think of other things much less. I will bless it with GM’s blessings.
