Welcome friends to this monthly gathering that we have and I am very happy to be back after my second total knee replacements…I have both my knees with a titanium plate. I am happy to join you on this holiday party (Christmas, Hanukkah). I always like to confine my information from my experiences…if you have not experience you can read books but there are some things which are from your personal experiences…there is the authority behind that as you are speaking from your experience. If some experience fits with mine I am willing to quote that. I will share two messages which fit in with my experience. The first message is for the spirit/ soul…our reality who are we, and the second message is for the mind. For soul, it will take 2 minutes and to mind several hours, 🙂 Remember…when you receive a message with a soul the mind should be kept out of the way. The soul is the beginning and the mind is an attachment, an accessory, to the soul. It enables the experience of the soul to time and space, the law of karma and creates a sense of how things should happen from cause and effect…to understand…all knowing is soul and understanding is mental. First message/ message to the soul I have to use two quotations- I am going to read…first is from my own master…Sawan Sigh…whom I got everything I have. “The path of the saints begins with the master…master is the start…middle…end….it is the master at every step in every form and shape.” Then earlier master Guru Nanak “If you have surrendered to a PLM…your effort is complete…while you dance and happy you get salvation” The Message is if you are able to meet a human of that awareness…and accept you…what else do you want…have a completely different view of life after that ❤ The struggle we are doing is only for the mind. Now my second message to the mind…its a tough thing to do the spiritual course. Firstly, how do we believe this is true? The mind can say anybody can concoct a good story…if this path has real value it should be able to be proven scientifically…it should be a repeatable experiment and everybody should see it and then we should be able to accept it but nobody has seen it so there are doubts. Therefore, a long course is prescribed for the spiritual path…do your meditation, and follow these instructions. You can pursue this path mentally and at the end you might say I am not sure….trying hard to succeed because of our mind…has been trained, brain-washed not in one lifetime…goes back to the inception of the universe. This mind has been there carrying from one body to another has been indoctrinated unless you work for it.

13min- Mind wants to struggle therefore wants to know what I should do. These clever masters say a lot of things you can do. Suppose you see all flashes of light…is it enlightenment? Have you seen any part of your true home or who you are? The mental process takes us through all these stages and we love to go the mental way as we are trained like that. Faith shakes because this is our reality and we come back in this body and other experience looks more real when it was there. We are taking everyone we are talking as real not realising its just a projection. Consciousness which is our soul has the capacity to express itself in different forms…its creation…this creation around us is an expression of the soul and so are other creations. Most remarkable thing is all our awareness of this created world is being perceived through our sense perceptions, period. There is no way to experience this universe (or any other creation) none of them can be experienced except through sense perception or perception of different kinds. In physical universe is base on sensory perception (eyes, telescope, microscope). Einstein stated I did not take into account the roleof the observed. Quantum theory stated observation altered things but not examined whether observation was creation the whole experience. All sense perceptions are internal to us. In perception creating a universe or universe exists independently (which is not known). CAn something not being observed by human beings no exist? Dark matter comes under our observation although we haven’t seen them. Mind can’t answer do we have real world around us or are we creating one via sense perception. We see with our eyes…we open our eyes and see things…first of all its dark we don’t see them. We need light…ther is a handicap perception via eyes it needs external light to see. When light falls up on an object…what happens? The rays reflected of that light reach our eyes and go through the lens, and forms an inverted image of what you are seeing in the retina behind. The inverted image falls on the retina which is an extension according to the anatomy of the body of the optic nerve and spreads out and picks up these elements of color and shape and carries it to the brain and there it tickles…vibrates…sends electric message…and once it reaches there if yo are consciousness and awake you will see that thing. If you are not consciousness you won’t see it. Elements of seeing it object must be there outside with light on it and so on…if the retina can makes images on it its own…we will see the world exactly as we see now. Something nothing to do with the retina…but optic nerves, which vibrate and create the image it will automatically image on the retina and outside. If nothing in the brain at all ultimately its pickup up the wakefulness of the consciousness to create the image. Which is the causal direction from in to out or out to in…no discussion to this question so far. But there is an answer…investigate it. What can you investigate? There is a catch that we are not used to examining things inside but only outside.

The soul can create and experience creation simultaneously.

26min- We have two eyes…so we can create a depth of vision by merging of two visions. Where do they merge as we see one and actually seeing? If you examine that part…do we see level where eyes are…no…if you just look into your head…you merge it in the 3rd eye centre right behind the eyes…always. Same thing holds true for all sense perception. Supposing your hearing is deficient…two ears gives me a clear direction of where sound comes from. To use devices which have been fixed for sense perception to make the real world. This world is our reality due to our use of sense perception. You always come back to the physical body and the physical universe around it and that is why because this is our reality we are looking for the truth and using our experience of this reality to understand via mind what other realities may be. The mental pursuit of spiritual truth can go on in a circle. The mental pursuit will only take part including the biggest trap of this universe that everything is placed in time and space. If we can understand nature of time and space, we have a totally different vision but we are taking them as granted. The beginning was there never was a beginning. No way you can apply the rules of this universe to reality. That’s why, the mental game of trying to understand the spiritual path and what is our role always is bound to fail and we fail again and again and we try again and again and spend our whole life doing it. What is the other system…other system is intuitively knowing. We all use intuition every day. We want to understand things…we can’t move forward without it and that itself has a limitation of the context of physically outside of us. That is why we are constantly troubled. The spiritual way is part 1- that you know what brings you to a perfect living master…go back to that. Did you come by understanding or some other means? When you look at the ingredients…what that knowing is which draws you to a master of a different state of awareness is not understanding but is intuition, love and joy. Blissful feelings which do not come fro the mind at all. So you are using different part of yourself when you get on a spiritual path via strange coincidence. You were drawn by love, a strange blissful feeling inside and when you have these feelings you are drawn to a PLM and that is a spiritual pursuit with nothing to do with the mind. But we want to UNDERSTAND what happens and then we build walls in between of doubt. How many are building faith on personal experience and looking at others? I said do not have blind faith as its a mental adaptation.

39min- If we are all human beings created equally…some are rich, poor, etc large discrimination and if religion teaches us there is one creator how could he be so discriminative among all his children? What makes the difference. We can’t understand but come up with a theoretical model- one good one is it is our karma…our destiny that gives us what we have. What is destiny? We don’t know we were born in a certain place. Who distributes this destiny…very discriminatory…terrible. We can’t blame the creator who is equal for all in all religions. If you blame the creator (you can do it but the creator doesn’t care)…destiny does not change. If you blame others still no change..ultimately you blame yourself…that’s hitting nail on the head. You created your own destiny. Of course law of karma becomes valid. There must come in reincarnation based on past lives. So the formula of a karmic theoretical model holds very well. The law of karma explains everything…its a good theory. In science we accept if its a good theory so this theoretical model of being born again and again with karmic reasons we get into a life circumstance of our destiny. When did we start making a destiny? Is there a real clear answer on karma…what did the first karma start? What form were we in were we human beings? According to the law of karma, you cannot have an event here without a prior cause…therefore a previous karma is necessary to have a life itself. Where did it all start? That’s a question that the mind cannot understand as it does not understand what is infinity. Infinity is a strange thing…it is where you cannot find an end or beginning. We are sitting in infinite time and space. I was surprised to see a group of scientists who said there was no big bang took place. A big bang was a subsidiary creation within that infinity. It only means you can go on and on as much as you like…but you will finish and that’s the end of infinity. When we go into a dream state we go into an infinite universe. Perhaps this universe is created by consciousness is infinite in time and space. Consciousness is creating an experience that creates infinite experience always. Infinity is not a trap…trap is time itself! Without time there will be no karma. Where did this start? Can we really explore? If you close your eyes where am I looking out from you automatically are at the 3rd eye. If you are looking from there and then want to be there…you can start exploring other things. Making that vision movable vision inside and looking at different things… eyeballs will also move because you are used to it but later you realise these eyes have nothing to do with inner movement. That’s when the subject of the use of imagination comes in.

51min- Use of imagination is we can use the inner eyes not dependent on eyes that see outside. We have separated ourselves from the vision outside and that’s a great thing. Once you can do that then you find one that is seeing the 3rd eye centre is merely a shift of power of seeing or whole sense perception? Can you see, touch from there? Stretch your imagination self hands and find you can do everything and more than with this body. You can fly using your imagination. But we discard it being unreal and with opened eyes is real. Now let us see we have great power in us…power of concentrating our attention wherever we like. What happens is that becomes real..this becomes unreal for that time. But while you are there in reality you can fly…you can see more. The whole secret is have you used the power of concentration of attention to make any form of yours more real than the other form because you have different forms. The beauty is, supposing you discover that imaginary form inside…I can fly…I have new hands (inside), and I have reached a point where that is a reality now I want to meditate with that reality not with this body anymore. I can go into that state quickly…once you have done it…don’t step back in this body to meditate more…you have eyes, head, 3rd eye centre in that body…inside that imaginary body. Now imagine what will happen…forget about this body…you use purely that inner body to meditate with that 3rd eye centre…you become formless. Remember we have only one reality that’s the problem…once we come back here due to karmic reasons…we can’t hold on to those experiences but have them…beauty is when you meditate with the inner body and become formless…you are able to see the making of your destiny.

1hr- What is that formless self? Just our mind without sense perception without the body and yet that’s kept alive because we are conscious. What we call a causal body is the mind. This is a kind of trap…why we don’t call it a great opportunity? We didn’t do that..we designed a variety of experiences…that consciousness has no limits…with that great capacity, we created a variety of experiences at different levels at levels we can be aware of many like ourselves. But why so much high and low? Why not all pleasure and joy…we did try that too if we could do everything. Joy all the time doesn’t remain joy all the time. Everything has to be seen in the pair of opposites in the 3 worlds (physical, astral and causal worlds). Without pairs of opposites what state are we in? With a duality world, we can appreciate non-duality. In consciousness the principle remains the same…we have relative experience to see the value of other experiences. We wake up in our true home and find the whole thing was generated just to appreciate our own state. It will apply to our true home also…we are talking of the opposite of the opposite. It makes sense to soul and mind but the question is how long do we have to wait for this to go on? There used to be the study of sleep and dreams. Most dreams are 7 minutes or less. We dream several times every night but we can dream the whole lifetime in that 7minutes.

1hr9min- Dream can extend the time and what would happen if we dream within dream…we can extend time to infinity. When we wake up how long did we dream…not even a second….all this time was created for the sake of this experience. We are able to create events in time and space and make them so real. We lose touch with ourselves…we have to find another creative power to justify what is happening. We have to invent a god…who would you worship? You won’t worship yourself…but if you do which self and where is it? When you find the same creative power totality of consciousness who creates all powers at all levels…you can give any name. You want the creator to be somebody outside yourself. Taking your identity as a physical body is a small speck in the large world…its just a part of creation. The creator is the power to make this world and is within us not outside. We always do so because we are small creatures unaware of the purpose of creation…that’s a forgotten t rap and to recall to remember and be able to find it in this physical body…is the greatest miracle. At one time we only have one reality and now imagine you withdraw your attention to another reality. At all these stages you only have one reality at one time. But if you merge into totality of consciousness…its TOTAL by definition including all levels. When you reach that level of awareness you find all levels exist right there in one place. When you enter totality of consciousness the whole thing is real and unreal at the same time. A PLM is a human being like ourselves no different with that kind of awareness. When he holds that awareness he knows whole thing is a part of that awareness. He views us as part of the characters and he acts his role as a human being and he knows its a play but we don’t. Mind main function is thinking and it performs it continuously without stopping just like heartbeat. It autonomous…to keep us alive…the thinking keeps the mind alive. It goes on and on. By thinking we use time-space, cause and effect to understand…logic comes into action. If you use this instrument as far as mental willpower and go to the astral plane and mental plane and see your destinies and it stops there. What takes us beyond cannot be by thinking. Beyond the mind is soul…what does it do… intuitive knowledge, love, joy, bliss, and appreciation of beauty all come from there beyond the mind.

1hr19min- Pull of love takes you above the mind. What are these PLMs are doing here…they are pulling you with their love. Their unconditional love of such great magnitude from totality pulls us even overriding attachments and desires of the mind. The unconditional love is so strong… the higher we go more we experience it and we are pulled into the spiritual region where no time and causation exists and the soul dances with joy (using physical analogy). Discover your soul is to discover yourself…you are consciousness. But the ultimately true home is where you merge into totality and realise you are totality…imagine this what I am sharing with you is possible in this physical world. Design of the physical body contains those parts in the brain itself, within the head that when your attention is concentrated on those points they open up experiences in that region. You stay in the body and you just by putting attention on those centres/ chakras of awareness you are able to have experiences which are highest experiences including experience of totality of consciousness. All we need is little help…lot of struggle mentally or surrender to master ❤ Best shortcut is if you know who is a PLM, who has pulled you…he says I will take you…good..hold his hands…we will have a break ❤
