Welcome friends for this monthly meeting. The idea of these monthly meetings is that from the spiritual path we are fighting a serious adversary that is our own mind. When we have these meetings for sometimes the effect lasts on us and we feel the spiritual path is the true purpose of life. And later we get involved in our daily chores so we need some reminder that we should not give up the real sense of life. Satsang means the company of the truth. That feeling that comes in the presence of people we call perfect living masters sustains our spiritual progress. Why do we call the spiritual path as true purpose of life? I must have received 1000s of emails what is the purpose of life? I say to find who you are and why you are here and the purpose of these experiences and that’s the main purpose of being a human being. Why are we here and come into this world at all? We didn’t come into having suffered, was it forced upon us. How much there is so much discrimination as people are born poor and rich? If we can find the truth about ourselves we will find the answers. Who we really are? What is that answer…. the answer is that the creator whom we place outside is actually inside….he is our own reality. He is the truth inside us and all rest have been created for experience by the power of that one truth which we have no name. I call it the Totality of Consciousness. Our reality is actually inside us and is manifesting through these experiences inside. There is no creator sitting outside. There is only one dreamer who sets up a series of dreams…the experiments that can be done are so infinite and why not experiment and then place in those experiences one experience which enables you to wake up to the single dreamer. The creative power has been placed in one of the characters at all times in every level of consciousness. It lies inside every form that has ever been created and their experience everything is created outside doesn’t matter if its an animal, human being, angel etc. Creative power is always inside and creation is created outward. Personal experience of going within finding the real secret of this creation and that is the purpose of this human life has been made singularly different from other lives and provides us chance to wake up from the dream and from these outer covers and find the inside core of our true-self.

11min- Physical reality outside is your only reality and you are the self because you are functioning inside through the physical being. Not realising physical being is just one of many other characters. You are always experiencing through the same self. A Chinese philosopher dreamt he was a butterfly…cute story 🙂 The true self never changes at any level of consciousness. All these great mystics said go within…real kingdom is within you. The human being is a unique form of life because it has been given a unique experience…free will. We feel we can make our own decisions. We can make choices and no other forms of life have it. We only other hand with similar DNA almost identical to a monkey but the difference is they don’t think about what they have to decide but we think about what we have to do…the experience of free will is real. This concept that free will is not real does not apply to the human state…we make choices there is no option for that and then it’s truly real…we will find out. In physical form, it will always be real. It helps you SEEK in human form as no other form can be a seeker and that’s why it’s the greatest gift to be a human being. Seeking within is the secret available only to human beings. You will discover this body of yours…was merely yourself in a costume designed to create a physical experience…its made up by consciousness like everything else. You are able to use this physical body including the experience of seeking and finding the truth beyond physical. How do we do it? It appears there are other forms of life also which are not physical. There are people who can wake up from this level and wake up to an astral level which is not physical…can we also do it? People say they have a near-death experience. Can we try it? Everyone dies…no one is immortal in the physical world. This human being has a character in the physical world that creates everything around. Death is not really death of self but only of a body…its a great experience but dying and not being able to tell others is of no use. Can we while alive check out what happens when we die physically….yes it is possible. You can die while living and tell the story from your own experience. How do you die while living? In the Gospels Paul says…I die daily. Master Ji gave the example of Ramana Maharishi. If we can pretend to be dead it can work…to simulate it is no easy therefore as practice these mystics have given us a good formula…death does not take place simultaneously but creeps up on us from the lower body to the upper body. Our awareness we have hands and feet we are aware of the world outside what if we withdraw this awareness…wouldn’t we able to come back to same point where death takes us? What is creating the awareness…by power of small probe called attention.

25min- If attention is creating all these experiences, we can work with withdrawing our attention as we can place attention wherever we like. Using attention properly is the secret of discovering yourself…instead of putting attention outside but where the attention is origination in the head…right in the centre head of the head which is the most protected part of the human body. If we place our attention there…the more unaware you become of your surroundings, your own body starting from limbs, hand and feet and eventually not being aware of your entire body. You awake to a new level. We all use attention including 5 year old or 100. Meditation is possible for anyone irrespective of nationality, color of skin, gender, sex anything. Its the greatest gift given to us to be able to use your attention to withdraw to your own self and waken to the higher reality. It is necessary for us to believe its real world…all others are imaginary…its true at physical level we believe it is the only reality but if you put your attention within yourself and awaken this becomes a dream. If this was not the only reality how would mytic not tell us the same…then mystics are also not real

The process of using illusion by consciousness creating something that is not materially real and yet giving the experience of material reality is a process being used to create reality for us.

32min- The system of meditation is to be used in the physical body and once you use the system you can find the true reality which is beyond the physical reality. Once you are able to do that…what happens? We don’t disappear…we are more alive than here…we become like the butterfly like Fa-Hein. You the SELF is creating this world and body is not you. The possibility of discovering all levels of creation lies in the human body when we are sitting here and that’s amazing. Its a miracle and the process is the same…go within the body you discover the higher self and so on. People cannot even understand what it means to find out our true self. The ultimate merger is the merger of the creation at the entire level with you going to the true world. We are taking our separation as reality. Everything is different so how can we be one? We are one…there is only One…one creating the We….creating the experience of the we….experience of separation. There is great art…ultimate creator is the greatest artist. The artist only one artist chooses to make many of the same type… consciousness splitting into multiple consciousnesses. What was the need…why did one totality of consciousness decide to create the many? We discover the reasons these levels are being created…we reach the top we discover something that persists at each level…even now in dream and at every level…there is one thing that’s flowing all the time…which does not leave us at any time…Love…power of love exists everywhere…its almost identity of the totality, they say Love is God and God is Love…because love is right there to the top and never leaves us. The principle of attachment are based on love.

41min- The power of bliss, ultimate happiness (not pleasure)…that state of appreciating and feeling glad about it persists at all levels. In our essence…where we are the creative power these things can still be found there- love, beauty and appreciation. The whole of creation is based on that principle. When you talk of love how do you experience love? Having more than one…one became the many to experience the essence of love and we call it our true home that’s where we belong. The principle of going within via meditation can take you to that level. You can go through those steps is to experience dying while living. Sense perceptions are the astral body..they function like a body but are powerful in that form so you can see, touch, taste without a physical body that’s why you are so light, no gravity…that experience is available to you by withdrawing attention behind the eyes at 3rd eye centre. The sense perception are sustained and never die for a long time…the average length of life for sense perception is more than the physical body from 1000-3000 physical years. When you withdraw your attention within that body behind the eyes of that astral self…you will notice that you are becoming unaware of your sense perception. They disappear and what comes up is a total mental grasp of everything…hearing and seeing becomes the same. To discover you have a mind the same mind you are thinking today…the mind becomes yourself…we call casual state…these things that we thought were separate were coming from same source. The mind is the causal body…concepts created..make picture of things in astral plane…Socrates via Plato explained this idea. Plato talking with Aristotle…the world of ideas is more real than the physical world. Chair won’t be there if there was no idea…you will discover somebody’s imagination..thinking inside came up with an idea to sit higher than the ground and idea of chair come up. Today we have million of types of chair but came from one idea! Where did that idea came from? The concept we sit high or low…where concept come from…from the mind…the sensory perception created what would be seen. Mind is the causal body and we discover how our destinies are made and we find consciousness is the ultimate creator.

52min- Soul is immortal…we go higher that is total…all souls are part of it. Its the creator experiencing its own creation…all this I am sharing with you can be verified by you. It is not a theoretical model…I am saying see it for yourself..practise go within…do your best. Is there any purpose for consciousness for experiencing misery? The truth is that consciousness when confined to a mental level (space and time) cannot experience anything except in pairs of opposites. Therefore, the dual world was created to have all the experiences but was it necessary for the ultimate reality to do that…yes so it creates the opposite of the totality of the world of duality. Is it good to give pain to self? No…when you wake up you have no real pain. We didn’t cause real pain but caused experience of pain which goes away when we wake up. We came here with an arrangement at inception that when we are tired of this experience we will go back and wake. Master Ji talked about the movie Inception. Seeking comes…PLM appears in our life…we cannot find a PLM but he can draw you to him…with the power of Love ❤ Our soul only requires love and love pulls us…that is why we are drawn by strange love when we meet these people. In India, they say when the chela is ready guru appears. He appears…and that is how it happens. He acts like ourselves…like an ordinary person. Master Ji talked about Baba Fakir Chand.

1hr- Master Ji mentioned Fakir Chand being his neighbour and he also attended his Satsang. He shared the story of WW1 and how 3 soldiers who were his disciples ready to surrender themselves… an incredible miracle. Knowledge is coming from the true home…that power is in us all and in one satsangh Fakir Chand telling same story and his disciple Sant Tara Chand…takes the microphone and says I have come 1000 miles away to see him…I want to explain to you why he is saying that…he is making a point all true knowledge comes from one source therefore he is taking no credit in the physical self. All creation is the same source…when we meet these PLMs they are just like us…their whole life is like us and they fall sick like us and take treatment like us. The difference is their awareness of the totality of themselves. This is a personal experienceable by everybody. My suggestion to you would be to listen to everybody but don’t believe without your own experience. Blind faith has no space in true spirituality. It does not mean unless you spectacle inside that yo are spiritual…if your life changes outside you are experiencing is a sign of spiritual progress. Don’t wait for something to come later. The moment your love and devotion is increasing you are making progress. Mind only goes to the causal plane but only love and devotion take us beyond that.
